I booked a ticket with Sam Tourist through AbhiBus, but they canceled it on the day of travel without any warning or reason. This caused a lot of trouble and ruined my plans. Their poor service and communication are unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Sam Tourist. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a travel company.

I recently booked a ticket through AbhiBus with Sam Tourist, expecting a smooth and reliable service. However, on the very day of my travel, Sam Tourist canceled my ticket without any prior notice or valid explanation. This sudden and unprofessional cancellation caused immense inconvenience and completely disrupted my travel plans. Their lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Sam Tourist for any travel arrangements. This has been the worst experience I've had with a travel agency.

I'm really upset with Sam Tourist. I booked my ticket 3 to 4 days ago, but today they suddenly canceled it. It's incredibly unprofessional and has messed up my plans. I'm very disappointed and won't be using their service again. I'll make sure to tell others about my bad experience."

Never try this bus, they can cancel the bus any time and they will make us to wait us for 2 hours in our boarding point after that they will say, they are facing some issues they are not coming

I had the worst experience yesterday while travelling to Bangalore from Wayanad in bus by SAM tours. First of all, the bus was late by an hour, it was supposed to reach my boarding point at 11:30PM, instead reached by around 12:30. Apart from that during the journey, the front tyre of the bus got punctured and it took them 2 hours to change the tyre, while all the passengers were stranded in the forest in the dead of the night. The worst part was the bus was supposed to arrive at my dropping point, Madiwala, at 6:30 in the morning however due to the multiple delays, we reached Kalasipalayam at 8:30 AM and all the passengers were asked to get down there itself and were not dropped off at their respective dropping points as promised while booking the ticket. They charge Rs. 1482 per ticket and such a horrible and reckless treatment by SAM tours. I would never recommend anyone to take their service. There are much better bus services available for much affordable prices who ensure the safety and comfort of their customers.

Please don't book in this Sam tours and travels I booked on the bus from Bangalore to iritty.The bus was scheduled at 8:45 pm and I tried connecting the number provided and they asked to wait at Ayurveda hospital gate 2 at Majestic bus stand.

And I waited till 10 and again called the bus operator and they were not picking up the call.I tried connecting all the numbers available they didn't pickup the call and blocked my number.Then I contacted Redbus team and they were also not able to connect with them.

Then by 11:20 pm Redbus cancelled the booking and initiated the refund . Since it was Friday and no other services were available to iritty I returned to my room

Horrible service.Avoid booking in Sam tours and travels

Yesterday ( 24/01/24 )my friend and her mom was travelled from Bangalore to Thrissur in Sam tours and travels and the bus number was AR 01 T 5577 ...And both of them were females. They even didn't know about the reaching Time of their destination..so one of them got down from the bus and went to near by front side ( driver seat) and ask about the reaching time of their destination...at that time 3 members were there in front ( including 2 drivers )..and one of them tried to misbehaved with my friend..then she suddenly close the door and went to her seat...this was very very worst travel experience in my journey..nobody is ready here my complaints from their agency...there is not at all safety in this travels

SAM tourist follows it's only rules and regulations. Never on time one of the worst bus ever inhave travelled. This is the second time in 4 days. These people are idiots no sense of timing neither they keep the bus clean. If the management is seeing this kindly take the responsibility and have things sorted or else one day bo one will prefer ur bus.

We had taken sleeper by from Bangalore to Velankanni on 16th September 2022 Bus was on sheddule at 7 and we were suppose to reach Velankanni around 7 but reached atc12.30 .The reason was permit and stopped on the way for around 3 hours. We had also booked a return on 18th from Velankanni to Bangalore the same bus came on time but not cleaned it was so dirty and unigene that few of my people had to vomit. when asked there bus staff they told they don't have a cleaner for this bus.

We had booked the complete sleeper bus for both the sides

Ticket shows destination place madiwala but bus last stop at kalasipalya, no response from staff, harsh staff, pathetic service, pls don't book in this travels.

Worst travels i ever board in my whole life.

Bus time was 9.45pm and bus came at 1.AM in the morning. When we asked about delay bus coordinator and other guys came to hit us because they are largely gathered at majestic region. Won't recommend this bus even one who wants to travel for 1KM.

Bus coordinator and driver won't pick the call. Bus came without number plate. Don't worry if bus is for 7pm then kindly reach pickup point by 11.50PM in the night. Relax and travel.

Booked 2 tickets from Bengaluru to Kumta. Not picked up from pickup point, called to driver first not picked out call after trying trying he picked up but talking with in an un professional manner. Utlimate result is we could bot travel today. Waste of time and money. I strongly not recommend this travel. Worst

Firstly the bus front wipers weren’t working risking the lives of all well-off families travelling (spending close to 1500/ticket show some respect), none of charging points were functional. Rash driving, non-friendly/untrained/ staff.. dinner and breakfast restaurant they stopped was third-grade I guess only Sam tourist staff prefers. Your below third-grade staff didn’t not heed to ladies requests to stop for a quick loo break and made them wait for close to 2 hours.. Sam tourist doesn’t deserve even one star rating. You are THIRD GRADE FILTH TOURIST OPERATOR.

Hi I traveled from ooty to banglore on 21.01.21 at 8:30.

It has good service but the bus was very dirty with full of cockroachs and dirt.

When we said to conductor he said yo get down from bus.

Conductor and driver way of talking was not proper.

They don't have any way of taking to passengers.And even manager was worst .

We are not going to ake this travels again and will not even recommend to anyone .

Now I want my full refund of cash because of this .

Other travels like suraj travels was actually 100 times better than this .

Worst worst worst service! I haven't faced such situation ever in my life. Frst is customer care service it is zero, they won't receive your call and if u call them more than once or twice they off their phones and aviod customers calls and by chance if they receive they won't answer properly to ur queries, and if the boarding time is 9:30 the bus arrives at 10:30-11:00. if anybody is planning to book this bus for ur journey plz do not book if its an emergency also do no it book its waste of time and money

Guys, I have booked this bus from Thalasserry to Bangalore accidentally since I did not got tickets in other popular providers. To my surprise, they denied boarding mentioning some never heard before luggage rules. In my last 15 years of travelling in same route, nobody asked for extra money considering my luggage is carton box as I am travelling to the airport.

I had arguments with driver and head office but the response was pathetic.

I had a poor experience in this bus.. I booked a ac sleeper bus from thalassery to banglore and at the time of boarding the bus they told me that my seat was shifted to a ac semi sleeper. they did without informing me and gave me a very vague reason as of why my bus was changed ..

Junk yard bus converted to long route bus. Worst condition bus with some highly unprofessional staff, rash driving, and behaviour from the staff. If you are planning to take your family with this travel God bless you
