Booked 1.5Tone split Hitachi inverter A.C. with Rs.500 on 24/05/2020. They informed that unit will come home in three days and installation will be done a day after unit is received. We received the unit on Wednesday i.e. 27/05/2020 but till 31/05/2020 Sunday no body came to install the A.C. Meanwhile, tried to talk with them on Saturday 30/05/2020, nobody gave proper answers, only Mr. Hardik is knowing about installation. After waiting for 5-10minutes on phone, was able to talk with Mr. Hardik. He said your A.C. will get install in Sunday 31/05/2020 before 12:00h. Still nobody came. Called again on Sunday, unable to talk with Hardik, as he is busy with customer and not ready to talk with current customer. Very poor services. Won't recommend from now on.

I got A samsung LED TV on 7/11/2013 and got the delivery of the TV on 8/11/2013, they promised the installation on 8th itself but they didnt turn up on that day, even on 9th they didnt turn up and when asked to sales corner, they reacted rudely which is completely opposite when we got there to buy product. They said that the engineer can come at any time, even at 9 in the evening, and also asked me not to bother them because their work is over after delivering goods!

That's not the answer a customer would accept! and also I have a wife at home alone, I cant accept this answer that the engineer will come at any damn time! if any samsung person is reading it please get back to me on this. One thing that I learnt from this is that we can get a demo from such big showrooms but we should get the products from small sellers as they fulfill their promise in a better manner! at least better than Sales Corner O.P. road Vadodara.

Very Bad Experience.I had purchased refrigerator on 13th June from sales Corner. Their Sales Person are hiding some information about product and financing scheme and only apply cheap marketing gimmicks.

In Order to sale the product they will not disclose some details till the end and you will come to know about only at the time of paying the money or after receiving the product.

They are very unprofessional and force force customer to purchase wrong model which is costly and will give them higher margins.I will never go this shop in future.

Don't purchase any items from sales corner, I have a bad experience, they gives very bad service first I was go sales corner for the purchase my refrigerator they insure me to give me four star refrigerator and give delivery on that day but they give me after seven days and it was a three star refrigerator and also give me stupid answer in phone.

So on my personal experience don't go there.

Avoid SALES CORNER for purchase of any  appliances. I  had a bad experience with the sales corner. I had  purchased the VOLTAS ac from them and have paid 26250 towards it. They  promised me to deliver the product within a day but still I am waiting  for the delivery and it has been 6 days from that day.

So finally I have  taken my cash back from those fools and have owe not to purchase any  damn item from them.

I had a very bad experience with Sales Corner, Old Padra Road, Baroda. I had bought a LG 1.5 ton split AC from them in 2007. But even after paying a generous amount towards installation(Rs. 1700), their staff did a very substandard installation which we had to rectify later at our own cost.

• Firstly, they did not turn up at the given time. I had got the shop staff to promise that they would turn up in the morning the next day, as I had to leave back for Bangalore the next night. Still, they didn't turn up. I had to make 2-3 calls to their "leader." At one point, he told me that "you are not the only person who has bought AC from us, we have lot of houses to visit." I got really irritated. He is not doing a favor by coming to install the AC. We have paid them for it, and Rs. 1700 is a large amount to pay for just labour. It is not my problem if they have too many houses to visit. Finally they turned up late in the afternoon.

  
  




• Secondly, the wiring that they installed for the AC from the main switch was faulty. They charged us another Rs. 1500-odd for it, but it was not at all able to handle the load of the AC. The AC kept tripping every now and then, and finally one day it refused to start. Finally, we called our trusted electrician and he replaced the wiring with good quality Finolex wires and the problem was fixed.

  
  




• Thirdly, they did not even install the AC properly. Neither did they install the AC in the center of the wall, nor did they cover the duct they had drilled in the wall(to take the piping outside) properly. The AC was fitted towards the left of the center of the room, which doesn't look nice. And the duct is visible from below the AC, as they didn't take the measurements properly. Usually the AC is supposed to cover the duct once properly fitted.

  
  




• When all this was pointed out by me to Sales Corner staff, they simply raised their hands off the issue saying that installation is done by a third party for which they are not responsible. But my question is, don't these guys pay them for it? Don't they have any quality of service to maintain? Is it not their job to reprimand them if they don't do a good job? After all, a customer who is paying for installation expects a good job to be done.

  
  

Really, it was a horrible experience with Sales Corner. I vowed never to purchase anything from them. This year, I bought another AC for our house, and was careful not to venture anywhere near Sales Corner while buying.
