Absolute Cheaters! NEVER EVER HIRE THESE GUYS- Very bad service, people don’t go to SAHARA PACKERS AND MOVERS. They don't respond to our complaints. They use abusive languages over the phone.

Worst service, I would say. We should be given an option which is much less than poor. This is the worst service ever scene. These guys are idiots, don't trust SAHARA PACKERS AND MOVERS. This is one CHOR and FRAUD company.

If you are planning to appoint packers for your moving needs and Sahara is the only company available, even then - DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT even think of Sahara. This is the worst group of people that are around only to con people.

Bad experience with Sahara Packers and movers. Deserve negative ratings. When you opt for this, they will be sweet talking with you and when the deal is finalized you will realize that you end up paying about 5 times your original estimate. You have to pay up upfront and once you pay the cash, they just kind of don't care about the service. Extremely rude and ill mannered.

I ended up paying maybe more than my goods worth because what they promise is not what they charge, which you only realize after packing is finished. My goods were delivered after 20 days despite the 7 days promise and that too I had to call them up umpteen number of times. Even the condition of the delivered goods were pitiable.

You are sure to regret if you choose Sahara Packers.

Not even in your dreams, don't go for Sahara Packers and Movers, even though I read all the negative reviews about sahara I selected this sahara guys for little cheap in price compared to others. But they screwed me to the core and they proved they are cheap in behaving and packing.

1. First the marketing guy told me the price, later he increased it by 2.5k, under the guise of charging tax

   
   




2. He agreed to take me in the truck, later they charge me 500 Rs for that.

   
   




3. The truck did not belong to Sahara, so while travelling, the truck driver screwed me and my things by driving very rashly.

   
   

They are not experienced enough, in this industry, better go for experienced guys for a better price.

Recently, I have taken services of Sahara Packers for shifting of my house hold from Chennai to Pune. I have got many damaged items. I have lost items. Insurance was done but no response from any one from staff. Not picking up phone.

Recently, their behavior before taking order is very very good and it is very very bad once contract is given. I recommend not to take their service.

Recently, I have taken services of Sahara Packers for shifting of my house hold from Chennai to Pune and house hold have been delivered after 6 hrs of scheduled time 11 AM morning causing a lot of inconvenience. All labours hired for household arrangement left because of late arrival. Party has not assembled my beds even after one week of unloading of households. Insurance paper is not given so far.

All calls are not answered by their Chennai and Pune offices. Their behaviour before taking order is very-very good and it is very-very bad once contract is given.

I recommend not to take their services.

Please never ever use them. When I came to Bangalore from Chennai, there was nobody to unload my baggage. When I threatened them with non payment of fees, they sent 2 people. In the beginning, their marketing is excellent, they would sweet talk you into using their services, Please never ever use them.

You will be disappointed.

Sahara is one of the worst packers I ever see, they don't know how to behave, they damaged all my items and they theft ed my kitchen items  and other stuffs iron coat. I highly recommend don't go to Sahara packers although their shifting charges are very less than others.

They are writing be aware of fraud, they them self fraud. Very sad to see this. This is happened last month September 2013

BEWARE OF Sahara Packers.

My email to Sahara Packers - nothign turned up. I am writing up this email because of the nasty experience that I had with you last week end in moving my goods from BLR to CHN. (Date: 30/08/13) You are such a most irresponsible people in handling the customers –a very worst experience in my life. I had been with couple of other packers and movers in past in moving btw BLR/CHN, but have not seen such a worst, I rather have no other words. Sorry. I would like to mention the way your “ ZONAL manager house hold good” had made false promise with so called pharses- next day morning delivery, when he visited my house for taking the order. Do you pay your employees for to cheat customers ? your so called ‘Transport Manager’ was very clever, never answered properly to my phone calls till the end. ‘Transport Manager’ - he was not even able to get me the concern people contact numbers who driving the vechile. Per your ZONAL manager commitment I was supposed to get my goods the very next day morning aroudn 10:00 AM (31/08/13) but it reached my home only 2 o'clock at night– spoiling all my day in following with your people. I would have made 25-30 calls from my mobile to follow up with them, but none of my phone calls were answered properly finally I was able to get Chennai contact number from internet (not from your people). None of them were sure where the load was and when it reach my address. My struggle with your people started around morning 11:30 AM (saturday) finally ended at 3:00 AM (sunday). I understand there will be delay, as various facts are being involved in transportation but such a non-responsiveness cannot be acceptable from so called ZONAL manager and ‘Transport Manager’ and other people. Considering the fact that I would be your one time customer (not frequently relocate), you were highly negligence/ignorance in all aspects. Had we have better judicial system in India, we would have to suffer with these kind of trobule. I am very sure you would not even care of our complaints but mind that you are gonna miss some references. Many thanks for your service and long live.

I booked my house stuff from Bangalore to Chennai falling for the good words of the sales executive Mr. Mukesh. He visited the site before the quote on the day of packing 3 people turned up. They ran out of packing paper and tape. Started at 10 am and did not finish till 9 pm just the packing. How can 3 people bring down a sofa which needs to be held in 4 corners? Send a small vehicle and so the furniture did not fit. So hung some furniture outside the truck and send it to Chennai in the rain.

Bangalore Chennai is 4 hours drive. they delivered it in Chennai 18 hours after leaving Bangalore. Delivery came at 4 PM. Driver said he slept of in the cold. As unpacking takes time and would not finish in 3 hours by 7 PM. I asked for it to be held in their go-down till next day morning. I was very rudely told they will deliver the same day or I have to pay a huge fine as holding charge.

They wrote on cane furniture and polished surfaces with marker pens. Use Sahara if you want damaged good delivered.

Sahara Packers and Movers is very worst, and I got a very worst experience of my life. Never go with this packers and movers. Think 100000000 times before giving to this packers and movers. They are big cheaters.

When Hassan Ansari named guy, came and give quotation he told me that it will charge 12 k (including every thing) + insurance optional and he told he will send container vehicle and one member can accompany the vehicle.

But nothing happened as per promise... see below reasons:

1. They sent open vehicle and told that they will use tart-form to cover it and packing will be waterproof. I scolded him that he cheated me and he don't have answer to it.

   
   




2. They sent 3 members to pack but promised 5.

   
   




3. They have not bought enough material to pack it, 1/4 of my goods are not packed correctly and they did very worst packing, so there estimation and planning is very very poor.

   
   




4. They promised me that one guy can accompany the vehicle but after loading the vehicle they are saying that no they cant take any one with them and it was a big punch to us. :(  I fought again with the guy on phone but he not listened and told me that he will not take another person at any cost.

   
   




5. He was forcing me to take the insurance, I told I don't need insurance just make sure all our belongings reached safely that's it because insurance is optional.

   
   




6. He was also asking me to pay the tax extra 2700 which he didn't mention me earlier he said me while giving quotation that its including every thing you have to pay 12k and insurance extra that's it, but I didn't pay him any thing extra.

   
   




7. Super punch is they took all my goods in one vehicle and they have replaced other vehicle which was going to my destination place that's the reason he didn't agree to take one person with him because we will not allow it rite... :(

   
   




8. Another punch is he didn't send the people to unload the things at the destination when I called the marketing manager many times, he didn't lift the phone a big cheaters so I have paid again extra to unload my belongings 700 rs locally.

   
   




9. Another punch is because of replacing one vehicle in mid some of my material is damaged, suit case broken, one bag missing, 2 to 3 boxes are totally damaged. Now when I am calling that marketing manager Hassan he is not lifting the phone :(

   
   




10. Driver who took vehicle locally took 100 rs for tea and all.

    
    




11. Packing guys also took 200 as a tip, where as packing was very worst this people are literally asking money to give tip and all.

    
    

Overall, very much dissatisfied with there services.

Do not get fooled by their initial professional approach and phone call follows. They are fraudsters.

Once they collect your money they disappear. They  hire trucks from the market to transport goods. The one who used to transport my household items was wanted by police and got stopped in border check-post. Sahara did nothing to help retrieve or even turn up to unpack.

They are the most unprofessional people in the planet. Go with some other packers, never trust Sahara. I had the most unpleasant experience with Sahara.

I contact Sahara M&P when I was moving from Bangalore to Noida. It turned out to be a nightmare for me. Their Agent Manoj Jain is highly unprofessional. He talked nicely when he came for quotation. After receiving cheque, he didn't bother to pick my phone, He promised insurance from Tata AIG and wooden crates for fragile items.

However none were met and worst came when he stated using unprofessional language. He told me that he is a goon and warned me with dire consequences if I call him again!! After that, I called several times to Sahara office but nobody was interested to listen about anything.

I strongly recommend not to contact Sahara M&P.

Mr.MD of sahara packers and movers, you have good staff I think. You do recruitment in the jail. The behaviour of your staff are te hsame. i could not differentiate. The biggest cheater in your company is Mr. Chirangieve,  the no which gets displayed on the website.

People, don't ever call this company for service and don't get admired by the website.

Excellent service and good communication skill, by the staff members and care center.  We were shifting our house hold from Bangalore to Delhi. It was very difficult but Sahara packers and movers solved my all problems very smoothly and safely.

I booked Sahara to move my house from Mysore to Bhopal. Over phone they said one thing, while evaluating the house said another, and finally denied any of it and booked me for a total of 40K! The agreement was for 30K all included.

Now I had no other option and ended up paying them that much. I had negotiated for 50% down payment and 50% after delivery. Finally, they brought in some bugger from Bangalore office threatening me to pay the full money of loose all my stuff. One f**ing company.

Never go for them. Quite a bit of my items were damaged, and some missing. They asked me to pay for insurance. And now I am doing run about for procedure to claim. Never NEVER BOOK THEM IF YOU ARE SANE. Go to any Tom Dick and Harry but not Sahara.

This is one fraud company. I had engaged them to shift my household from Delhi to Bangalore. All promises vanished in thin air and every other item had a damage or two. My entire crockery was broken. Initially they said 80/20 payment, but after reaching destination insisted to pay full amount before delivery. The guys unloading were just coolie guys and never handled stuff professionally. Finally Sahara Packer employees (I should say they are worse than the vagabonds on the streets) made me visit their office many times to initiate claim for damaged items. Still they have not processed mentioning their surveyor has to inspect the damages.

The staff deployed for packing even stole few precious items like expensive pens, torch, crystal items etc. which we came to know only on arrival of items. I`m planning to take the matter to local authorities and also media so that no one else gets cheated by these rogues... Anyone else having similar experience can contact me so that we can raise the matter collectively with local media and legal authorities.... After all its our hard earned money spoiled by these dirty dogs... called Sahara Packers...

Beware, of these guys and their promising talks while procuring the order and money, hardly anyone likes their service.... Most importantly, their employees are most inexperienced and not even trustworthy to be employed elsewhere...

Only partial stuff reaches the destination (they will somehow show that the number of items is same).

But items will be missing and maybe even complete box being replaced by a new bag.

My Luck was so bad that I decided on the Sahara movers and packers, These guys were so good when they cam to give the quote and fortunately the lowest quote from any one Else.

These guys should be put behind the BARS, they charge you Insurance amount but trust me they take this amount and keep in their pocket. Early morning 6 am  they came with my household items from Mumbai to Chennai, I have already paid 50% in advance to them, these people who came to deliver were so rude that they were not ready to give my house hold until I pay them the entire amount. They made me run around in the morning for ATM and after they gave me things WITH  DAMAGES. Now no one is picking my call up and the Area head whom I spoke to was so rude " he said that if you dont give the money I will not give your house hold items and then you will have to come to my godown and pick up every thing at your own cost"

I Shifted from Bangalore to Chennai my house hold items and they damaged each of the things. My cot was the most damaged and I returned the cot in the same vehicle to repair and return.

Past one month, I am following up them and none is responding my calls nor returning my cot.

It was my biggest mistake of life to choose Sahara domestic packers. Any numbers of lies and rude behaviors .

That Mo..r Fu..r “Manoj jain” . he is a Gan…e Naali ke K..de.

He will come to your house and tell good stories . Once you pay money they always will misbehave you.

Their customer supports are more big liars. The picking team in Bangalore ware drunk and I felt very unsafe with my family. They charged me 1000 bucks extra for pickup.

They just came and haphazardly packed in 2 hours . belive me this unskilled people are treating my valuable things as “Kura or Kachra”. They promised wooden curtain but never gave them. they tell lie it will be wooder curtain while transporting . but I got it unpacked in destination also.

They told they will give insurance from united India. But remember in receipt you have one terms and condition that they do not provide insurance from outside . its all trap and very carefully created system to exploit you .

They broke my Kent purifier and not gave any money . At destination guy told manager will come tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes . It’s a brunch of Criminals and I will never recommend anyone to consider these cheaters.
