Dnt book this limo cabs bangalore , malleswaram. Its Unsafe . Commision based company.driver r unprofessional. Worst condition car. They leave in between of trip without any intimation . Complain is not entertained. And take money before start of trip. From owner to staff all r liar and have no decency of safety norms to be maintained while trip

Booked Innova on 24th Nov 2018 for Mysore(Travel Day 25th Nov 2018 at 6 AM). Got SMS with taxi & drive details.

Car never came, driver did not receive call. While contacting LIMO they start telling lie that they try to reach to me but my mobile was not reachable which is 100% lie.

They damage the whole tour, planning and peace.

I have a very bad experience with Safe Cabs as it is very Costly cab service I have ever travelled.

The driver was so unskilled that he even didn't know the address where I had to reach. He wasted my lot of time.

The driver didn't delivered any guidance to the passengers. It was a very bad experience with I faced. I am very disappointed with this cab service.

I will never suggest any one to travel with this cab as its transport system is so bad which creates alot of problems to the customers.

Overall not a good and helpful Operator.

THe service of cab is very good.they charge cheaper service than others. they take 5 minutes to reach you and take less time to take your destination.this company provides luxury srvice.cars are in good conditions and well maintain. the drivers of this company they behave very well and take care their of customers

Safe cabs taxis have a bad service and it all time provided worst service. It driver any time misbehavior with customers and any customers were angry for our services to and your driver not good drive a car and he is   face is shown for drunk any I dont like the safe cabs online taxi book it bad qulity and not comfortable car used anf not work on ctomer demand and many driver have extra time cover distance it is wrong sir any one was booking taxi that he was want good and comffotable car and at a time cover distance pleaae sir your driver have been change and and sorry for to bad review on ypur post sorry and  please change now presently.

Limo cab service is WORST CAB SERVICE! never take it

1. Customer care executive books the cab without even knowing the name of the destination. They just want business.

   
   




2. Cab driver sent is not even aware of the route. He in turn asked us to check on GPS on mobile phone and inform him.

   
   

When we complained to customer care that the driver doesn't know the route, the customer care manager calls the driver and asks him "why did you say you don't know the route?"

1. worst of all. Drunk driver! The driver hand was shivering and no stability and the whole of the car smelled with liquor. The Driver himself accepted that he has drunk and come for the trip. That shows his arrogance and fleeced us of the money.

   
   




2. Don't believe them if they say they have online tracking of their cabs via GPS. they call the driver from the customer care and find out his position and inform you.that is their GPS tracking.

   
   




3. Cab driver details are changed just 1 hour before start of the trip. so no reliability

   
   




4. The customer care manager informs that he will take action on the driver for being drunk, but no sense of accountability.

   
   

First and last time I ever used a limo cab service. A STRONG  NO!

I booked Tempo Traveler with  Silicon cabs( http: // http://www.siliconcabs.in) . They sent the confirmation they did not turned up to pick up. We got to make many phone calls which went unanswered later on when they were not able to speak to the driver and get back to us. Our entire trip which was planned well in advance went for a toss.

So, please be careful when you choose this kind of unprofessional guys. We got to end up paying more money to the other traveler guy as that was a last minute request and also got to loose money for accommodation.

I suggest not to book a cab by using this service provider.

I had booked a Swift Indigo Non A/C for outstation travel. They sent a confirmation message for the Swift. However, the night before the travel the driver calls me and says that the cab allotted is an Indigo and maybe the Swift car has broken down.

I was extremely annoyed by this unprofessional mannerisms. On a similar incident, i had booked a BMW car for my wedding day and on the wedding day they sent me a crappy BENZ. They upset my wedding drive as well.

I wonder if they really have the fleet of cars that they endorse on the website. They are FRAUDS. If they can't give what they have promised why the hell do they send confirmation messages.

I booked a cab by using this safe cabs. They sent the confirmation and everything but they did not turned up to pick up.

Guy's, I suggest not to book a cab by using this service provider.

I am Sangamesh Patil..worst cabs....don't hire it..we hired a tempo traveller for one day official team outing to Talakadu..I haven't seen such a worst irresponsible driver til nw in my life...

He was stopping for unnecessary things on the trip just checking every tyre...later purchase of tube for the tyre and fixing it..

Driving very slow just to cross night 10 pm so that he will get extra amount for night batta of 250rs..his name is Syed...

We like safe cabs service , Bangalore. I stay in Gorakhpur and I with my colleagues have to visit Ooty

for a business tour. We were four persons, so I hired one innova from car rental Bangalore to Ooty. Up and Down. The whole journey was a fantastic one with full of comfort and luxury....

The charges are transparent and reasonable. The luxury are clean and comfortable. Overall, the journey was quite comfortable. I recommend this service.

Happy day to Everybody, Am Kavya, Married and working as a receptionist in a dental clinic, from last couple of months my husband has been planning for a short vacation.

Earlier we used to take the cabs from one of our relatives place and pay as much as they ask for, but this time they themselves suggested to take the cab outside as the car was not available, feeling it may cost us a hefty price, we thought of cancelling the vacation, but my husband just wanted to give a try.

He called up justdial and was also trying in google, we got a call from safe cabs, to our surprise the tariff told by the person was very less compared to what we used to pay our relative cabs, after the call we received the confirmation mail, the day before our journey we got the cab details.

On the day of journey the cab was at time and the driver was friendly and decent,  we reached kerala at time and had a good sight seeing, though while returning it was bit late from our hotel, he was sitting politely in the car waiting for us and managed to reach the Bangalore at time.

One of our colleague is getting married in the native Tamil Nadu. We were planning to book a cab or Tempo traveller to attend the marriage and have some sight seeing on the way or while coming, we booked a TT at safe cabs, for two days, the person who received our call, told the package and place  which is on our way and also suggested us to visit the place while coming, Thanks a lot (Mr.______ sorry for not remembering your name if u come through this review.

The driver was on time. The tempo traveler was clean and neat, he stopped the vehicle where ever we asked to stop, thought we felt that we may get late, he took us in short cut route, which made us to reach the marriage hall at time and after the marriage, as per the plan we had some sight seeing and enjoyed our whole trip.

We all thanked him after our trip with a shake hand to the driver.

Stay away from them...they book a vehicle..send you a confirmation...and then do not bother to send the same vehicle for which they have given a confirmation, .They send you any vehicle they have and expect you to accommodate yourself in that vehicle. We specified that we need a vehicle for 7 adults and 2 children and booked a Winger. They sent a Tavera with a 5 adult seater and 4 baby seats and said they sent a 9 seater...worst part is that hey offer you a replacement at their own obnoxious cost...

BEWARE...

if you want to travel, avoid them. Else you will end up without your travel.

The worst possible taxi service. I used it for my recent Ooty trip. The car was stinking and then the Driver was even worst. He was talking on phone all the time on way to Ooty, took a much longer route than usual.

Next morning 11 am when we wanted to do sight seeing he said I need to do breafast and then came back after 2 hrs. This was the worst possible taxi service possible

The work very positively and with honesty. Some time We required 10-15 cars on a short notice for our delegation and I must congratulate Safe Cabs and his team to organize everything so professionally. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Safe cab is NOT safe at all.

I booked tempo traveler (AC) one month back for Tirupati for which they had given document number also. But on the day of journey at 12 midnight, they called and said, they wont be able to provide AC cab. They would be giving non AC cab, that too at higher rate.  They told me that if I did not want it, I could cancel the booking. I was left with no other option and I felt cheated.

The tempo traveler they had provided was not in good condition. The driver who drove our vehicle was also not very good. He slept more than the passengers. He had stopped the vehicle 3-4 times while coming back on the road to take a nap for 20-30 mins. The trip became more adventurous when police caught our vehicle saying it had not paid tax and insurance amount.

I suggest everybody not to take SAFE cab for any trip. Its name should be changed to NOT SAFE cab.

I recently shifted to Bangalore and I work in private firm. Though this is a summer and vacation time, I invited my family to visit Bangalore. I just wanted to take them all over Bangalore and some falls in and around Bangalore.

I booked a Cab at Safecabs for 2 days believe me they came up with some good package which I was satisfied and also suggested some of the places which was good and safe to travel, the cab was their at time and  we traveled safely all the way, though the driver was silent, he asked us to be comfortable in our seat while travelling and not to hesitate with any thing they want to ask or know while travelling.

As the name itself says, I am very happy to write about my trip to Srirangam went in a tempo traveler with safe cabs, the staff of safe cabs are very good they provided an SMS with booking conformation and later they provided Driver details with Cab number as an SMS, we asked the cab to report in the early morning 2.00 am to report to our home, the driver was very friendly and  the vehicle was very good, we enjoyed a lot in the trip.

Thanks to safe cabs for giving nice driver and good vehicle.
