The amenities like a gym, rooftop jogging track, and swimming pool are all as per the plan. The handover took longer than expected which is common in real estate but the finishing of the flat is so good so no complaints.

I was not sure but after seeing the sample flat I loved it. They have good floor plans and space utilization. Team was also helpful. It was my first property pruches and they guided me through the loan process as well.

I booked a flat at the Ruparel Malad location mainly because it is close to the metro and has good connectivity. The buying process was smooth. Their staff were not overly pushy like some developers. They gave me time, explained all things properly and made sure I had all the information beforehand.
