I am working in this company for last 6 years. In my opinion RRD is one of the best IT company around the world. This is a US based firm and in India we have 2 sites which are located in Chennai and Trivandrum.

Company provides better facilities and good work environment. Package seems little bit less compared to the other BPO related firms but career growth is much better others.

I worked in this company for almost 3 years. Though the work environment is not that professional, but people are very cooperative and helping. Even management addresses the issues very quickly. Let me write down the pros and cons for your reference:

Pros:

1. The management is supportive.

   
   




2. High job security unless and otherwise your performance is really poor or does not meet certain benchmarks

   
   




3. People engagement activities are high( Though not everyone like to participate and few are forced to do so which can be taken care prudently by the management)

   
   




4. Lot of training sessions for all the levels and trust me they are very helpful for the career growth

   
   

5.High security and even the house keeping guys are very polite and quick responsive.

1. Appraisals are decent enough, twice a year( May be this is the reason why I see many employees are working for years and years)

   
   




2. Managers does not involve in your work and keep poking as long as you have done your work perfect.

   
   




3. Good benefits to the female employees.

   
   

And many more can be trailed.!

Cons:

1. Food is decent enough but need improvement.

   
   




2. Cab drop facility to some teams in the night shift is not provided which should be reconsidered.

   
   




3. Middle level management needs to be improved.

   
   




4. Force people to participate in activities which are NOT at all needed.
