Do not buy anything from royaloak total waste of money. Spent 50k on bed within 6 months it's broken down very cheap material. Customer care is also not listening you have to wait 2-3 days to get it repaired. They first insure you that we will be available whenever you needed but all false .

Delivered furniture with MAJOR defectives in each piece of Queen Bed+ no installation

I had purchased Bed on 11th Dec24 but its already 12 days gone, no response from customer service+no response over mail with 7th reminder also. Please see the photos attached here and mail I had communicated to them.

I would recommend never ever go for purchase of Royal Oak product. While selling they are very good. Once product sold they have no sense of customer problem whether it relates to delivery of the product or installation of the product or defective product whatsoever may be.

On an average every day I am calling to Royal Oak customer care or sending a mail but they are least bother about the defective product delivered without installation also.

Hello Team,

Today is 12th day of purchase the Queen Bed. But you had delivered the Major defective Bed. So no installation done. Even after I call to customer care and mailed several times as you see in the trail mail your team has no response wrt to taking back of the MAJOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and Delivery of good product.

I know your team is not at all care about the customer once the product is sold. This I come to know after I purchased the product and after looking at all the reviews from many customers. Similar to the all other customer I also a pray of your BAD brand and product because without review I went to your shop and purchased. This is my biggest mistake.

I also told to your team that my ill parents are here and requested you several times in the trail mail to take back the DEFECTIVE BED but as usual your team has never come to take back the defective product and you whole team is unhuman not even sense of talking with customer what problem we are undergoing.

With all the above feedback please confirm me:

1. when the defective product you are taking back from my home.

The products are not worth the money.

They get damaged quickly.

When u call for repair within one month of buying they take 10 days to look into the complaint and then the service guy doesn’t come.

We ordered a tv unit from royal oak website on 2nd july. At the time of placing order, delivery date was indicated as 12th or 13th july. Then it got postponed to 17/18th. Today is 21st july - there has been NO update. Their website shows - ITEM DELIVERED, whereas it has not been delivered.Customer care is pathetic. No one calls back. Regret placing order with Royal Oak. I would like to give zero rating.

Never visit Royall Oak, velachery, worst delivery, it took one month for cot delivery that too only half of the cot was delivered and for rest no response from the stores, humble request you have better stores to buy .

KINDLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH. Very very poor so pathetic product we have got. 2 months back we booked one office chair, they just delivered the box with few parts of the chair missing, till today 2pm no one turned up to replace the chair. At 2pm a technician came and fixed the chair, but it's a damaged chair were hand leaver button is not working and tat push button is not visible at all. The so called fresh piece product itself is damaged one, even after so many calls their customer care is ver6 very bad... such an irritating furniture shop.

Finally I received my product today. After pating Royaloak premium amount for thwir products and then waiting for almost 20 days to get order delivered. I found that one of the 04 chairs has dent on one leg.

On another chair frame, touch-up/ polishing is required.

On table’s wooden frame touch-up is required. After rasing my concern to Royaloak, I am again asked waiting for 72 hrs to get the issue resolved.

Please don’t waste you time with Royaloak, better go with Home Center if you want to pay such price for furniture. I am stuck.

Update_18.07.2023-On last Monday Team gave has asked me to wait for another 5-7 days and even on 15th July I was told to wait as store will ensure delivery max by Monday 17th July.

However just now I got to know that delivery is not possible today. Need to wait for another 01 day. Really disappointed.

Review - I had earlier purchased Bed & and have now purchased Dinning Table from this store.

You try calling them to check status of your order but they wont give you a proper date.

These people will always give you false hope and try to sell their product. Even today one of their staff clearly mentioned that they are having some management issue. So, it is better to avoid getting your money stuck with them.

I think I made a huge mistake trusting Royaloak.

Please do not trust on this online site. They only get the Money and after that, no proper status update and even if we call, no response from customer care as well. So last time when I reported an issue about my new sofa , even though I was dis satisfied with the product and the service initially and shared my reviews here , Mr Loganathan after multiple months of follow ups he fixed and was forcing me continuously every day to change my review as it’s impacting him and Bussiness .

Now after few months I have encountered new issue and have been following up daily for last few weeks with show room manager Saravanan and Loganathan service manager , they don’t seem to help again .

I brought my sofa for 95 k and after few months the seats have started to bulge and the quality is degrading , the technician who visited my house agrees and understands there is an issue but royal don’t want to fix it .

I am writing this review so that people don’t get cheated by with brand names and advertisements. The products in royal oak looks good but the quality is very cheap and their customer service is very pathetic.

Now I have to spend my money to fix my sofa .

PLEASE DONT BUY FURNITURES AT ROYAL OAK AND GET CHEATED. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I have purchased 3+2 recliner from royaloak furniture @ 75k and promised the warranty of 1 year, but after 4 months leather started peel off and even on couple of mails and calls no one resolve dthe issue and says warranty os not covered as it is discounted, every products in their store is docounted so none of them got warranty.

Please avoid buying and don't get fooled of their products..

We had purchased six seater sofa on June 26 last year , it's been damaged due to their poor workmanship now we requested them to do the repair work but they are charging for that as it is yet in a guaranteed period. Such a bad experience .I kindly request people to please do not buy any products from this company called Royal Oak , it's just looting people they sent some one for service and that person demanded 7000rs , is it fair to do so when it is still under warranty period , they did the job but it looks like they have parted the seats such a hopeless job really so frustrating please don't go to them

I have purchased One Dresser Unit on 8th April 2023 through online mode costing 50k.

The product got delivered on 26th April with defects on mirror part as the mirror seems used and having lots of scratches on middle portion.

After lots of follow up their store technician visited my house and found that damaged product delivered to me and assured me for replacement through online complaint.

Since then I have been following this seller multiple times through mail and calls but now no response from them.

The seller is a unprofessional one and deliberately sending damaged products through online mode.

I lost my money in the deal.

Now I am waiting 3/4 days more and thenregister a complaint against this fraud seller to Deptt of consumer affairs Govt of India by submission of all proofs along with register a consumer case at Bhubaneswar Court.

Buyers be aware for this seller.
