Ordered online on exchange offer and never heard back on pick up or delivery. They don't honor any orders and don't bother providing any explanations after sales.

If you are planning to purchase furniture from Royal Oak, please stop right away. Do not make this mistake. They sell and then have a very poor delivery process. I purchased a dining table on an exchange, hearing the ad on 93.5 FM and it's been close to a month and the delivery has not happened yet. On follow-ups, they just turn a blind eye and give false assurances.


Do not try the store near Banaswadi or for that matter any store of ROYAL OAK.

We bought a queen size bed online. Price was good, hence we ordered. It was scheduled to be delivered within 5 working days from purchase date. But it was not done. When tried to contact customer care, the only option for online customers is to interact with a WhatsApp account. I guess it is a chatbot and it kept telling the same expected delivery date, though it is well past that.


Amount paid in full, and no signs of delivery and had to interact only with a chatbot, HIGHLY FRUSTRATED we are.


Do not buy from RoyalOakIndia ever. It’s a pathetic place to loose your money.

I purchased RoyalOak kids study table from Flipkart on 7th March 2021.


Following is Order I'd of product-

There were issues with assembling the table chair in beginning and still it's a problem, since the right screws was not send along with product. Also there is a manufacturing defect in chair which we found, I have attached picture for same.


I would like you to either fix these problems or return this product.


Looking forward for support.

Sofa supplied damaged, discolored

Promised to replace if damaged in sofa later cheated, not agreeing to replace, cheating to core, I advice all people please look for better shops, they look attractive in store, but when you bought home they all damaged. I urge do not visit royal Oak even to look into it.

We bought 2 beds, Dining, crokery units, decor during sale they promise everything and post sales is.the worst part.. old products, technicians are inexperienced..


If you want spends lakhs and go through mental trauma, tension and trouble then please go to royal Oak.. if you want to get humiliated then please purchase from them

I purchased a 3 seater sofa , queen size bed and a mattress from Royal Oak near Gayatri Nagar Hyderabad.


I am new in city and just happened to pass by the store and visited for a try . The furnitures looked good and salesmen were polite .


The delivery and fitting was done as promised though I had to call store manager 3-4 times .


So , for customer support , display and pricing I will give 8.5/10 to Royal Oak . For the quality of products I will revisit this site after some years.

Customer Support is worst of the worst you can ever get. I am requesting every single one not to buy a single item from this shop. They treat customers like piece of s, I am so pissed that I am willing to stand outside their shop and stop people from entering such torturous store. I bought 1 table and 4 chairs, they delivered table in 20 days and sent no information of chairs for 2 months(We couldn't go bcuz of our wedding). The manager is such a sloppy person, he blamed it on sales person, his arguments were so ridiculed that I feel bad for the customer's who has to interact with him. Anyway, he said chairs can't be delivered apply for refund. I was shocked, he made us pay in full at the time we bought and when we are asking for our money, he is asking to send mail to customercare@royaloakindia.com and wait for 18 days. We had no choice but to follow this stupid instruction, we took his phone number and his store mail id bng@royaloakindia.com, 19 days passed and 3 days ago, customer care asked bng store to refund amount and he is not responding. I request people to not buy any item from here, they will ask for full payment, then they will not communicate back if product is available/not available, as if it is our responsibility to go to this off-putting store and later if item is not available beg for our money.

We had taken their services for modular kitchen. They first promised they'll take care of end to end renovation. But the service was pretty bad.


Full of communication gaps between their own staff.


They first said they will give us enough notice to demolish the existing kitchen, but didn't.


They also had promised us to get counter tops in the beginning and given us the estimates for the same. But during the time of installation, they said that counter tops are not offerred by Royal Oak. But they'll do it for us as a "favour". We had not asked them for any favour. The payment we made was all based on their estimates. The workers they hired to cut the slab were also not professional. They had also promised to do a skirting for the slab edge. They did a horrible job at it. When asked, they spoke as if they had already done us a huge favour and that we're not entitled to ask them to do that job properly. Even the soft close drawers are not very smooth. And in some cases not soft close at all.


The finishing work is also pathetic. They cut the tiles during fitting as well.


They also did the stone cutting in the middle of the living room despite asking them to do it outside.


This raised a lot of dust and we ended up spending more to clean up the house.


They also "forgot" to check the measurements for the gas outlet. They realised it only when they had to literally keep the stove on top. When it didn't fit, we had to make some compromise and move boxes.


We didn't expect a big brand to do such a shabby job with their preparation.


Overall, I wouldn't recommend anybody to use their services for modular kitchen. They over promise in the beginning but make you end up regretting after you make the full payment.

Looting customer money with faulty products

Two times I had purchased. Two times also bad experience. All the products are with some fault and almost from two months I m tracking them. They aren't sending the service guy. Why to sell faulty products in first place? That too with such high price.


Not at all trustworthy shop. Mainly the Bannerghatta branch is v disappointing store

The most pathetic, worst, horrible customer service and communication.


Please do not waste your money.


Firstly after two months of booking the product you get wrong communication of product already being delivered and installed.


The answer is a technical issue.


Finally, the product gets delivered with multiple follow-ups, installation not done even after a week.


Pay in advance, follow up for delivery and then sit with carton box.


Disgusting!

On 1st of Feb 2021 purchased Royaloak Alpha Bookshelf Two Door, delivered and installed without Glass, installation person said they will fix glass on 2nd Feb, still now not yet came, No response from whatsup number+91 6366 92x xxx, think before you purchase.


Quality also not good.

I gone with 2wheeler the person has came and there is no parking for 2wheelers only for 4 wheelers. If they are looking for 4 wheeler customer let them mention it clearly 2 wheeler people don't come to our showroom. why 2 wheeler people cant buy their products.prices are too costly in market

Made in China Furniture, Received Damaged

All products in store are made in china. For one of the bed I purchased, it was advertised as Italian, then when I asked they said it is made in Malaysia but design is Italian. But when I received the box it is written on it as Made in China.


I have received a damaged product. Instead of replacing they are saying they will patch it. Chased them daily but only got one call back so far for patch work. I have paid double the prize from market for a fake made in china damaged product
