I had ordered a recliner sofa for my dad, the order was placed on 23rd June 2020. According to their sales representative the order was supposed to be delivered on 8th of July. On 12th of July I tried reaching them regarding the order but there was no response from their end I also tried reaching the customer care which was not reachable either. Then later on 15th of July I got hold of a representative name Amit through customer care who informed me that the order is still not taken into account(forget about the delivery), then after a long conversation he somehow promised to get the delivery done on 31st of July. Today on checking the status again I can see the status update that the order is still not processed. And now when I am trying to reach Mr Amit and customer care, there is no response from their end . I would never recommend royal Oak I guess they are running a fraudster company guys please be aware. The customer service is pathetic. They will just give you lame excuses regarding the lockdown but then the service is extremely horrible. They don't even response to your calls even after calling so many times. They are just not bothered. I totally regret my purchase with them.

Please avoid buying any furniture from Royaloak. They had delivered open box furniture and when the installation person opened them they all were used pieces packed into one box. Installation person asked for replacement on his service slip and since more than a month I am following up with their customer service by emails and phone calls and no one had responded on this issue. This is the worst place to buy anything and beware of their fraudulent practices of selling used furniture and very poor customer service. They don't even have a cancellation and refund policy. Don't fall prey for their attractive discounts and stay away from trouble.
I bought the Wardrobe, cot and side table in the month of June 2020.
They delayed the delivery for almost 2weeks then the trouble started there are some damages in the delivered products and when mailed them torectify the issues it took them more than a week to respond after sending two to three reminder mail's.
Still date the issue is unresolved they don't have a service pipeline and there is no coordination between the store and the head office.
Above all no one takes the responsibility to resolve the issue.
They indeed blaim the customer for their mistakes.
Worst bandand worst service.

I don't wanna give 1 rating here too as the Royal Oak customer care service and showroom Managers are horrible and pathetic. If you really value your money do not purchase bay products from these guys. The quality of the product is worst then the sales that happens in very local shops. They Royaly cheat you as the name suggests. I purchased a dining table worth of Rs 40, 000 in this outer ring road showroom and after 7-8 months the sheet of the dining table peels out. It's been a battle of 4 months now dealikg with customer care and showroom Manager. I dealt with Mohan Roy and Aleem and the funny part is they blame each other for the delay and in the end they blame the Royal Oak itself saying the service is bad here n they are aware of it and they want to change their job etc. I mean who care about your office issues just get my issue resolved. OneaOne of the manager advised me the come to showroom on a Saturday evening and create nuisance in front of other customers and that's when they will take the matter seriosuly. They don't answer the call when I followed up and one manager says I moved to different department and another say I am quarantined and not reporting to showroom. Like seriously is there no value to customers time and money. This Manager named Aleem he says no guarantee to life how can we guarantee a table. Wow what a dialogue. Epic isnt it.
And finnaly when I an now nearing to closure of 1 year warranty they are asking me to pay for the service when I am still under the warranty. I have registered a complaint agianst them. However, as I said do not waste your time and money here with this horandeous showroom.
These people take online orders and forget about the delivery. If you cancel the order(will have to write an email), then you will neither get the furniture nor the refund. Never buy anything from them online. You can see other reviews at google and multiple forums telling the same thing.
I placed an order on 1st June since they promised delivery by 6th June 2020. But later I cancelled the order due to delays and other problems. I tried to reach them on their customer care number(call and whatsapp) and by email, but no one responded before 1 month. It has been almost 2 months now, and still I haven't got any status update from them .
So, If you don't want to go through this frustrating experience, then DO NOT buy from royaloak.
I bought a product on May 25th with delivery on May 30th.
I did not receive any thing from them for~ 1.5months.
I raised transaction dispute with sbi and with rbi. After long followup finallly I got a response on July 18th.~ after 2 months and they are stating to do refund after lockdown what a shame. Refund has nothing to do with lockdown yet they want to do the refund after 10 days. Never buy online. Incase going to store ensure they have proper support to it.
Writing out of frustration, please avoid them. They con you and call you to place the order asap. As soon as you transfer the money, they will never call you back and pickup your phones. There customer care only respond back to new purchases. Status of delivery and other queries for the sold product . THEY DONT CARE
I had an extremely unpleasent experience after ordering a chair and waited for delivery like hell. Poster delivery there was a lockdown announced and I was forced the take the product to showroom for installation and irony was they were searching for a mere toolkit and to be precise a screw driver. on top u will here loads of comment from store Manager like why did I order knowing out of stock status. guys to cut a long story short if you want to save your time and money, please never ever buy anything from them
Plz dont buy product from RoyalOAK. Its a bug fraud. They don't even deliver product you in time and you have to call them many times.
I have ordered the sofa on 9th march 2020 from Royal Oak website. The given delivery date was 21st march 2020. But due to corona lockdown and also as a customer i tried to understand that they are not able to delivering the product on given date. Again when i asked them through their whatsapp number, they said i will get my sofa on 30th May 2020. Now since i have been calling them and emailing them continuously but they are not at all replying to my any messages or any calls. I'm worried that my money is gone to a fraudulent company.It's been more than 3 months now I didn't get my product neither i have got any refund from them.Whenenver if you're lucky and if your calls gets connect to them after several trying, one person name miss Sangeetha will pick up the call and will tell you so many lies. As, they also dont know where your product goes.The customer service is worst and dont trust this company atall.I'm still waiting for my delivery or refund.
I have purchased Wall mounting TV stand from RoyalOaks Banaswandi, Bangalore a month back.
They sent unprofessional carpenter for installation.
He installed very badly and ugly.
I have raised complaint many times to their customer care but no response.
It was 13, 000 and it gone waste.
Please don't purchase any product from Royal oaks, instead you can find some local furniture shop, shall they do much better service.

I have placed order april29th 2020 and no delivery till now in bangalore location.
I have contacted Customer care phone and email many times and they have blocked my email . I do not know what to do. 4500 rs for the computer table.
Ordered Coffee table online, delivery due was in two weeks, three weeks has been completed but no delivery has been done.
Customer support is dummy. No Response, would suggest not to go for Royal oak as there are taking money and not delivering goods. At least they need to inform the customers that the delivery is going to be late.

I Made a payment for 2 Office chairs on 29/05/2020 order no: "RMS0040003019" sales executive promised the product will be delivered by one week from the invoice I didn't received I kept on following royal oak team after one week. Even after continuous follow up I got only one chair out of two that to after revisiting the showroom for delivery after revisiting to showroom I got only one chair, for other chair I tried calling sales executive he is not picking my phone call. More over I am getting'customer care call' everyday regarding product delivery even after confirming that non-delivery of product none of team will look after the issue.
Even customer care is just for name sake if you demand customer care executive to follow up the product status and followup to get the product delivered. They just simply disconnect the call.
Royaloak team just needs money of the customer and dont want to deliver the product to customer. Such a fraud company and showroom. So please dont buy products from Roayoak Electronic city
My First and this would be my last purchase from Royal Oak. I bought a dining table, sofa set, coffee table, study table and office chair on Mar'20. The dining table had to be replaced thrice - 1st time defective and incorrect design table top, 2nd - damaged and finally the 3rd time the right one was delivered.
Coffee table - received broken out of box and it has not been replaced till 3-July.
Sofa Set - was delivered damaged, shared the pics which I took while the Tech was installing it with the manager in the Old Madras outlet but there is no resolution to this till today 3 July
Office Chair - the order placed in Mar and the delivery has not happened till today 3 July
It was such an inconvenience waiting and begging for the Tech to come to install and also to collect the defective furnitures which was consuming space. My recommendation is to go to a local furniture shop rather than Royal Oak which is just a brand name all that remains now. Very unhappy and disappointed.
I have paid for 2 units of laptop table but received only one and there is no response from customer care on chat, phone, facebook or email. They are not even responding to Consumer forum notice.

I too had this doubt going through multiple reviews saying the Royal Oak isn't a good company to buy furniture due to their quality of it and then the delivery time which can take a month as well.
1 seater recliner and 2 seater sofa set took 5 days to deliver and the next day 6th day a guy came up and did the installation as promised by the store manager.
For me, the manager and the other staff from Royal Oak, Marathalli were genuine and they said everything is normally done within 5 days and one day for installation and if the product is damaged then it will take 5 more days but max is 10 days.
I visited Damro, Homestop, Homeshop, Homecentre and Evok. All said that it will take 30 to 50 days for delivery and installation. At least Royal Oak did what they said.
So I am happy with the quality of furniture and the delivery and installation time as well.

Hello Greetings of the day Mr.CEO of Royal oak i hereby bring your kind notice what made you to give very cheap products from your end to customer as we have paid vluable money in buying furniture. But your customer care person and Store manager are so irrresonsible to guide the customers in solving the issues. Why cannot give the genuine products very body is fake in the organization anf giving false information on the products? Resolve it
