I wanna share my trustable review on it. I was gone there that's by I am sharing my personal experience. Firstly I would like to say something about their ambience, its ambience is very bad like ugly smelling and mosquito came here.

Its food is not good and so costly, but the presentation is so-so and customer services are very bad they never care for our customers. When I went there I feel I lost my money on here because on there my money value is zero. I can't recommend it because it does not satisfy me.

I have recently traveled to the restaurant. The price is really too much. The cleanliness of restaurant is average the waiters are well trained but after when you pay the bill you will see that you have ordered but the price literally goes high for normal foods also.

The taste and smell and the servings are well furnished and decorated also. There is air conditioner inside the restaurant so it was easy to eat there and also an pleasant and noise free environment I loved it. The workers were wearing uniforms and the washroom was clean, tidy.

Food can be eaten there also dine - in was available inside the shop and I chose to eat there. There is also an option to free home delivery up to some limit of price and only inside 1km. There are no discounts and offers on the food here.

Hello friends today I am here to share my views on roll and Tandoor which is situated in Howrah point this places not so good the quality of food is very low on the price of the food is so high. A decoration is also not so good the lighting is very less the Ambience is not good. The seats are also very less so you have to wait a lot for your turn. If you deliver any food they will bring the food in almost around 30 to 40 minutes later. Both the taste and presentation is not good. The staff are also not well trained they seems like they are not well educated. Then don't know how to talk to the customers. I visited Roll N Tandoor restaurant in Howrah last December.

The decoration was mostly local staff and nothing exquisite.

The lighting was bright enough making the whole ambiance quite likable.

There were not many seats and you have to wait for your turn if the seats were already accommodated.

I ordered a mughlai and they took almost 40 minutes to deliver it.

It was of low quality both in taste and its quality.

The staff were in a hurry to serve their customers and as a result serving a low grade street food item.

The staff members were not punctual at all with no discipline

The pricing was rather high compared to the food served and definitely no value for money.

Food presentation is obviously not good as well as so low grade presentation. Quality and product that are they use are very low grade. Last week I went there to have roll they make me wait 45 minutes for a roll so poor customers service. Ambience and Decor are so local nothing special even they haven't washbasin to wash hand. Quality of product is not good. Lastly price, price is quite reasonable but quality matter, they serving low grade quality of food for reasonable price.
