Roll Mafia, Kankarbagh, Patna

Hello everyone, Roll Mafia is located very near to my house and yesterday I decided to go there for lunch. First of all, I would like to mention that this restaurant is not air-conditioned and it was really hot in there.

Ambience: The tables were not cleaned properly by their staffs and the food was spread all over on the table. The chairs were also not very comfortable and they too seemed to be very dirty. The floor of the restaurant was also quite sticky.

Food and presentation: I ordered a double chicken egg roll and a coke which I always drink while eating a roll. The taste of roll was not very good and it tasted very ordinary like any roadside street food. The food presentation was also quite drastic and was not well served.

Customer service: They took almost half an hour for my order which is very late. They were not punctual of time at all. Their staffs were not talking in a proper manner with me. They did not provide even free water for drinking and compelled me to buy mineral water from their restaurant. The manager was not paying any attention to the customers and was busy in his own world.

Value for money: The quality of food which they provide is similar to any roadside food but the money which they charge for food is very high and expensive.

They charged 110 rupees for my order which is very high than any other restaurant.

So I would request everyone to not to waste their money and time by going to this restaurant.

The taste is good.service is also quite satisfying .but it would ve better if they keep the price little low.but I sugest u guys to taste their chicken tikka rolls and kebabs.very juicy and you will be full if u eat their double egg chicken roll.good value for money.u can definitely try it once.

Visiting this place with my family in need of good food , but this place proved itself to be good for nothing.

The food was presented like a simple roadside hotel and they didn't cared about the cleanliness of the table and the dishes.

The presentation was so worse that cannot be defined in words.

The ambience was not cool at all . It was humid and filled with bad odour. The floor was dirty and the wash basin needed to be washed itself , spitted with pan masala , the restroom was even not clean that can be used.

The customer service was so delayed that we forgot what were we sitting there for. The staff were not listening for what we needed and even if they heard they brought it to us after taking their own sweet time.

This place is not worthy visiting and it's complete no value for money. I fell cheated after visiting this place.

Roll mafia is one of the best restaurant in kankarbagh. Whomever ate roll in roll mafia he always come here for roll and more items. So one day I visited roll mafia restaurant with my friend. My freind suggested me to go roll mafia for enjoying food. Hence I came with him. When I entered the resturant the staff greet me which is very good. If you play cricket and yo hit first ball for sixer then you fell like you won the match. Same condition here when he greet I thought food will be sure awesome. When I sat then I realize the ambience of roll mafia was really great. His slow music relaxing my mind and dim light relaxing my eyes which was great. So both were ordered chicken items and chicken biryani. The way he recived my order was really great and behave of staff was good and well mannered. I feel like customer priroty was his first agenda because the way he treat is good. After some time my order was came and I enjoy food . The taste of food was delicious and I was tatsting all ingredients. After finishing my food I fell that the money I invested for food is really worth it. Whenever me and my freind decide to go lunch we go to roll mafia. It is mafia in restaurant and food.

Roll mafia is only best in his name, but the rolls they make are worst to eat . It is wastage of money and time. The price they have put it on the menu is very high and the rolls they make are not good.

I live just behind the roll mafia and visited only 2 times because in 2 times I have realized that it is not good for me.

SO GUYS IT'S MY ADVICE  PLEASE DO NOT VISIT ROLL MAFIA ^IT IS WASTAGE OF MONEY AND TIME^

Roll Mafia - the name is so promising but the food they serve is just opposite of its name. The resturant is an average looking type like other resturants having chairs and tables, a slab for those who likes to stand and eat. They doesnt provide free drinking water we have to purchase mineral bottle for drinking.

Coming to the food they serve-

Not at all a good place if you want to eat nice and tasty food. Its better to eat from the local stalls on the roadside instead. I ordered an egg roll which costed me RS 50 and the taste of it was very bad. I was just thinking that why I came to that place instead I would have gone to the street stall.

Its a complete waste of money.

This restaurant is very to my house and I visit the restaurant regularly at any occasion. My experience about this restaurant is not good beacuse the food is very high price, the presentation of food is very bad, the way of talking is very bad.

The food presentation is very bad.

The ambience and dedcor is nice.

The customer service is not very hood the way of talking is really too much bad.

It's not value for money don't use the restaurant.
