Rentokil Pest Control Service

The company does not provide the services they have contracted for till the contract is expired. They insist on renewing the contract to provide the services they had initially signed the contract for. No number of calls or complaints will make them budge to provide the service. The quality of the product too has deteriorated in last 2 yrs.

After being a happy customer of PCI since 2012, I'm finally shutting doors for Rentokill following the extremely poor service and the product since past 3 years.

They will convince you to sign up for AMC, during first visit. The service in first visit will be perfect, the moment you sign in for the AMC and you pay for 1 full year, just forget your money it's gone.

You will have to call them for 3 months, you call them daily/ weekly.for the service... Everytime you will get the same response, we will schedule tomorrow, next week. No one will come... Money is gone...

Totally dissatisfied. I had put an inquiry on 2nd July and got a mail saying that they will contact. Till now, ( 4th July) no response or call. We have called on the number given on website before putting the inquiry and they said the call was made by us to Mumbai and they will inform the local people to get back. That too never happened so far.

No response at all.. It's just a name and website made available but not trustworthy at all.

Please please don't go for pci. Since we did new furniture wanted to do pest control so opted for pci. There were no cockroaches We took single service option. But after pci services cockroaches have become more. Horrible service cheaters there are. And now customer care is telling since we opted for single service bo guarantee. They should be ashamed of themselves. They r not less then robbers smugglers

Had a service contract with Rentokil PCI. No effect of medicine for treating cockroach problems. The person who came did his bit and went. On recontacting the person at Chunnabatti centre on the phone that their is no effect of the medicine and cockroaches have infact gone up he reacted stating that dont keep calling within two days as it will take a couple of days to be resolved and we cant help if the issue is not resolved. Told him have called so many times but the cockraches are not dying in the medicine sprayed so change the method or put effective medicine the person was very rude not-polite and extremely non service oriented. They have not even called back again to fix the next appointment. They don't want to take the trouble of resolving issues nor do they want to come and do the work properly.

Waste of money and Chunnabatti branch mumbai worst person to handle complaints - 829145xxxx. Dont want to continue with them although have got only one or two services done for the year and already paid them for full year.

I got cockroach control treatment done on 13/2 and unfortunately fell into their annual contract trap with their assurance of elimination of cockroaches ...after the first service there was hardly any difference..I was told the cockroahes would die slowly due to the treatment but they multiplied rapidly !!! Then began the horror of chasing people to get a solution to the problem...I was made to call different people with fancy designations but no solution ...its been almost two weeks since the first service and I am facing severe infestation, my money is stuck and I have no solution ...DO NOT EVER GO FOR THEM!

I had paid for a one time pest control service to get rid of cockroaches . When the staff had come for treatment there were hardly any cockroach but now after 40-45 days the cockroaches have multiplied. When I called customer care they said it's one time service and there is no warranty. It's a joke that the company makes big claims but if it's one time service somehow they are confident that it will not work and will multiply. Beware of the false claim. Just posted so that others are not fooled.

I had called for pest control and the representative, Mr Sandeep was very helpful as my kitchen wasn’t ready for the spraying the pesticide for killing cockroach. Mr Sandeep was kind enough to help me in clearing out my kitchen for making it ready for the spray.

I have taken a yearly contract with PCI. After my first service, there were still lot of cockroaches. I complained twice and got the service done. My 2nd service is also done. After getting 4 services done in last 6 months., I am not at all satisfied with the result. There are still lot of cockroaches in my kitchen. They take huge payments but the product used is not st all effective. I would never recommend Rentokil PCI

Took an AMC for cockroach control for three years in April 21, and paid 100% advance. Came once after that and went missing thereafter. When reminded recently about their no show, their alleged pathetic excuse was that they called up once six months back and phone wasn't answered, and so they stopped the service. It is another matter that four months back they had come to our house and taken money for three years AMC for termite control also. Strange, that they can contact me and come and take advance for another AMC, but do not come to do the service.

I took a yearly contract for 1 year with paying 5900/-, and what we recieved is a water spray by a old man, called Perumal, and I have more cockroaches then before and the gel in put in closets was pathetic. Real cheats. The company should be banned by the Govt.The grabmos machines supplied bythem are a bigger fraud, not a sigle mosquito killed in one week, when house is full of mosquitoes.

I booked the 1 year AMC and I had a hard time scheduling the visit and then the technician never came on time. Waste of money time and effort. Go through a local provider, rentokil doesn't care about customer experience

I have booked a yearly package.but I am very dissappointed with their first visit.They have charged a very high package but according to tht, the work is not at all done to tht mark.most of the cockroaches are still there & again after their visit I have to spray hit everyday.If I am only doing the work then what is use of paying them so much.very bad service .will never recommend anyone for Rentokil pest control services.
