Amazing combination of beauty, power and safety. I don't know why Renault India discontinue this amazing cars like Fluence & Scala.


But I feel lucky I have Scala RXL 200% satisfy with the product.


looking from Renault India something which match is truly sedan car like Fluence and Scala.

Ye car mujhe itna pasand hai ki main jab ache paise kamaunga to main is car ko zazur kharidunga mera to ek hi dream hai ki main apni income ki car se chalu aur apne family ko apni kharidi car long tour jau mujhe Renault Car itni pasand hai ki main jab bhi is car ko dekhta hu to lagta hai ki isko kharid lu lekin income itna nahi hone ke karad nahi kharid paata hu lekin main zazur kharidunga mujhe ek hi car ka saukh hai wo main zuzur pura karunga aur main batana chahunga ki is car me bahut sari khasiyat hai

Feel like driving an AUDI. Renault Fluence is as comfortable as you expect in most of the luxury cars.


Outer shape gives it a sporty look and look like a strong body with adorable and sporty look. back side looks like almost like Jaguare,Interior is also very good with leather seats and nice digital speedometer .


Driving is smooth and at high speed cars get grounded and not fumbled.


Price of Renault Fluence starts around 15 lacs onwards but gives you value of almost 30 lacs audi.


Only problem with this car is Average. It average is around 8 to 10km.

Poor Service support and parts back up

I owned E2 model 2013, January. It was hardly run total 20000 km. My car was  regularly serviced as per the guide line . During this time I faced many problems in my car like AC problem - breaking failure error - Mileage problem - remote operation issue.


The authorized service center name "parklen"(which is a group of "karnavati") has unqualified and unsupportive  staff. Even they refuse to provide the service report some times.


The location of service station is the worst place. In monsoon time the main road of the service station always having 1 to 1.5 feet under water. Even it has very much damaged road condition. If we come after the servicing the vehicle, surely you have to wash your vehicle immediately.


Once my car met with a small accident, they have quatoed verblay around 12000 to 13000 INR as a repair cost. I told I have an cash less insurance. I have proceed for the same. It took 25 days to repair my car. The explanation given by the dealer that parts was not dispached from company in proper time.


When I have checked with customer care, I came to knew that dealer has not ordered the parts earlier. The most horrible thing was they have charged Rs.104000.00 from Insurance company. The worst dealer service I had ever seen.

I was a proud owner of this car till last few weeks when my nightmare started..I own a Renault Fluence E4 Diesel since Oct 12 and have driven 6700 odd KM, s..Suddenly one day the air conditioning gave up..On calling the dealer was told to send the car for regular checkup ... They took good 3 days to find out what the problem was (initially told that it might be a fuse failure) and later confessed that it is an AC compressor failure.....


That's when the nightmare started.. It's been 10+ days since then my problem is still not resolved.. Dealer claims that Renault is delaying the shipment of part from Chennai. Renault on their part are not committing any date or time for delivery of my car..


That might claim to have a customer care centre and other service related marketing stuff but in reality their service response is pathetic..

I am Harikrishnan D, a Research Scholar at National Institute of Technology (NIT Calicut). I was on the lookout for a car for my mother, who is a senior doctor at Govt Medical College, TVM. I was interested in your model Duster, and as I reside in Trivandrum, Kerala, I approached your showroom here. My mother took a test drive at showroom and was more than satisfied with the vehicle even if didn't do well at quality of interiors(cheap plastic, I feel). I needed to see if it could smoothly turn a corner of my street just to be certain. Hence I requested a test drive at home.


I shall not name the sales person here, but the showroom was at Muttathara Vallakkadavu P.O. Box 695 008. They promised me a test drive at my home on 19th October, which was postponed to 20th on which date some other excuse. They then assure one on 27th which they completely forget. Today I travelled from where I work 17hrs just for the test drive. I had confirmed yesterday, ie the 2nd of Nov about it. When I reach home, they tell me they have no staff and that it is to be postponed further.


I requested them to send anyone and personally offered to go to the showroom more than 20kms from where I live just to pick it up. They made me wait for ever and after 17 phone calls (out of which 6 were not even answered) they tell me to come to showroom at 2pm. Due to a lucky chance I called the showroom and found that I could drive it only 1-2 kms near the showroom. I had made it clear that I needed to drive it near my house.


They asked me to wait 5mins for confirmation.


After waiting for 2hrs I called up Hyundai dealer, whom I have no prior connection to and request a i20 for test drive. He said that the model was undergoing a paint job but he would see what they could do. Within 20 mins he was at my house with the car. He explained every inch of it including defects.


I am very satisfied and am booking the top variant tomorrow itself. I dont want to buy a vehicle at 13+ lakhs knowing there is absolutely no customer service. That is 13+ lakhs out of your pocket and into Hyundai's. Honestly, I did a sound research. It included me going to every showroom save Chevrolet's. maruthi, scoda, ford, m&m, hyundai and even your partner, nissan. Seriously, yours is the only showroom which has pathetic customer service. I write this letter honestly hoping that for your sake, and your future in India you will take atleast baby steps to resolve these problems. I have spent my time and effort here because I did love the duster and it pains me to let it go. Pity

Got a new E4 Diesel one. Happy with the design, outlook, performance and technolgy. Although Fuel is not as promised. Have to see after first service. But remaining all is awesome. One may face problem in traffic with slow 2nd and 3rd gear pick up.


But there is booster added at 2000 rpm. The speed shoots up from 2000 rpm. And the maximum speed is the best part, you don't really feel the sound of any. If putting money around 15Lak. This is the best vehicle.

The Renault Fluence is perhaps one of the best cars in it's segment(2litre) to handle. The seating is spacious and comfortable. The automatic gears make it a great car to drive in the city. The lights and wipers come on automatically when the light outside gets low or when it rains. If you have the key on you, then all you need to do is get out of the car, close the door and walk away - once you get beyond 3 meters from the car, it locks itself down and the side mirrors close inward.


The car has a Bose sound system - great sound!


The pick up is a bit slow as it is an automatic transmission - although you do have the option of shifting to manual if you want good pick up. Mileage is also low because of the auto transmission.


I do not regret buying the car at all.
