Can say that it's a small Broadband. It can provide good internet connectivity for 2 or 3 people's at the same time. Not good for people who are seeking for internet speed more than 5MBps . Battery Back is not bad. Overall its good

Overyear has passed that my modem is not functioning, I have made several trips to the customer service points and mailed them my concern to replace or sell me a new modem.

Till date they have no stock available as they have stopped importing the Chinese modems.

They ask you tomake a complaint on their app. Wherein they ask you to click various questions , and bring you back to point one.

Jio needs a one to one customer service and not through app. I hope they attend to customers rather than money selling unwarranted products.

The internet speed is awesome.Its pricing for the data is also good. It is the best network provider that I have ever seen.

Product - Reliance Jiofi JMR541

Jiofi is a portable broadband device bought to us by Reliance Digital. Jiofi device allows multiple users and mobile devices to access Jio's 4G high-speed internet connectivity and create a personal Wi-Fi hotspot. It is wireless broadband.

You can only use the Jio sim for this device. I think it is a negative point for this kind of product. It has to support all kinds of sim cards because it is broadband.

I bought this product from the Reliance store. this product is very good for those how to have an unlimited Jio internet pack. but who has a limited pack like me, suffered because I have a limited internet pack. The drainage of the battery is not very good in this Jiofi. This Jiofi is charged by a normal charger. it wasn't a good wifi signal range. The battery is very poor in this product, it lasts only 5-6 hours only. for LED display better has been gone very rapidly.

The new Jiofi is better than this. it should be called this is a failed product rather than a revolutionary product.

This product is average. I have been using this product from 1 month. it with work good if jio tower is near you otherwise it is not working too good.I will suggest that please don't buy this product. If you want to buy a jiofi product I will recommended that by jiofi 2 and 3. Please don't waste your money on this product!

It is an average product. I have been using this from 2 years. I gives good speed but when there is traffic , it doesnt work.

So I recommend to buy only jiofi 2 and 3 , as the other gives very less speed

I have reliance jio dongle but so mach face the problem internet speed, even most of the time disconnected this for long time or not in connect with jio service. In the reliance jio we so many card in my family member but they always suffering connection problem whenever jio mobile come in range many time automatically fully disconnected all network range, so in case of urgent call or urgent necessary date we are unable to connect and found in jio network range. When call in customer care so many they are in busy in call unable to talk with customer care executive. In that way even so much provide poor & low service and also support to customer.

It seems very good but is not that much reliable also about its service its so bad we think we should get a nee one.Better if you sort out its reliability so you could buy it

Hey this is good for wifi if your area has jio tower but the device is not good its hang sometime but ok if you want to buy . And connection is also good for the price but its is not mostly conparable to other wifi device.

I buy the product in 2018 and used for a year while , using it continuos give me slow speed but while it is cheap it is better than other , one I like its looks

I purchased just one day before, the product is not working for windows 10. It works on Windows 7, but very slow. If you want use windows 10 it is waste and should throw to dustbin after you purchase. No ratings on this to mention.
