Reliance fresh indranagar-salesgirl doesnt know the manners

Till today it ws the best place for me to shop, as it is so close by from house.Today evening I visited the store.After finishing the shopping, as I got the items billed, i ws supposed to recive change of one rupee, which they didn't return saying change is not available.I said Okay, pls balance it next time, as I go to that shop almost everyday.

Till here everything ws fine, until I visited the store aftr one hr again, fr purchasing somthing.This time my bill was 542/-.The woman at the counter asked me to .give exact two rupee change.For which I said, that my one rupee is with them only, as I was not given the change in my previous shopping, which ws done just an hour back, for this the lady at the counter started shouting like a hell and spoke very rudely to meThereafter me and my husband wrote a complaint in the feedback register, bt dont think, it will ever be opened

.I just want these girls to learn some manners, how to talk to customers. Not disclosing the girl's name here, as dont think, this is the appropriate place to do so.I vl file a complaint directly in reliance fresh office.

Reliance is a great supermarket for home makers.They got great discounts every week. Love the noodle section, Because they got a large variety of it. And also the vegetables they get by late morning is really fresh, Especially the tomato and cucumber. The store ambience is well maintained but the store size a teeny bit small and can get crowded on the weekends.

And the staff has a good attitude towards their work, Very friendly people. Love that they stopped using plastic bags and instead using environmental friendly bags.

Reliance fresh is a very good store . There are available fresh products . I purchased many products from there store from past 9 months . There are available sweets, vegetable, cosmetics, rice, biscuits, sugar, maggi, plastic bottle, jog, sauce, milk( dry& liquid), oil, pressure cooker,  etc . All products are in recent dated . Price list& discount list of all products are written below products item .

After collecting products as per my requirements, I pay bill at their counters . We can pay bill by cash or debit card . They have provide a reliance one card, where I collect point as per my purchase . Behavior of their boy is good . They provide a printed bill after purchased& they have 14 days replacement policy . I highly recommend this store to all .

I visited the Reliance fresh store at Udaipur. The store was filled with attractive materials of all types.

After purchasing, daily use products I. visited the Bakery. The bakery was very attractive filled with all sorts of items.

I had ordered for 4 pastries.

Luckily I was the 1st one to take a bite from the pastry. On the 2nd bite I felt a foul smell which seemed to be of a rotten cake.

I stopped my family from biting the cake since I had already tasted the same.

I wanted the available person to accept the mistake & remove the rotten material, but he refused to accept.

I later called on the Reliance fresh toll free number. Within a few minutes 1 gentleman arrive who was unable to give judgement .He called up his senior who tasted a bite & said that the pastry was ok.

I told him to take 2-3 bites, which he did & accepted the mistake.

He instructed the bakery personnel to remove the pastry immediately.

Available gentleman even though was not kind enough to offer refund but was nice to at least accept the mistake.

Here I share my experience.i often visit reliance fresh for marketing.i like to purchase vegetable item from reliance fresh.its price remain low compare to market rate.last time my friend purchased some grocery item like dal, rice, atta.you found reliance fresh every corner in city of india with essential product from it.it is small retail store compare to big mall.when potato price was high in market then I visited reliance fresh and I got reasonable price per kg.reliance store is convenient store for home and grocery item.it is part of retail business of reliance industries.i recommend reliance retail store to my friends.

The Reliance customer care number-1800-102-7382 seems to be busy throughout this week.The automated message tells you to leave your number and name and they would call back which never happens.

I've been a customer since 2009 and have their card which needs to be updated.On the 3 occasions that I have been able to connect to them they have been citing continuous server issues .Not sure as to what they are up to?Pretty disappointed with them.

I have been to some good reliance fresh stores, but this store at sector 31, Gurgaon, *Haryana, * is really badly managed.

It is among very rare stores, where its employees lack customer care training.

They are either overworked or under trained.

One is often amused to come across  outburst  like from customers - Are these men and women taking us for fellow village bumpkins! For sake of money, Reliance sold this franchise to some rustic money bag!

Perhaps, Reliance Fresh has not done a proper market research in gurgaon which hosts a large work force of urbane professionals.

Reliance is a good brand, but it must maintain its brand image. It must develop a customer friendly ethic in its staff.

As one elderly customer once pointed out- No wonder, with rotten apples like them, *Reliance is losing its basket!

I have been to Reliance Fresh and have found it quite spacious.

Well, it does offer  a number of good products .

One has bought vegetables and fruits from it.Reliance also sells milk, noodles, pulses under its own brand.Yes, these are reliable .Well, Reliance Fresh does care for its customers.

One is also a proud owner of its Reliance Card.For each purchase, Reliance offers a certain point and one can exchange them for a gift.One believes it has a good  customer friendly approach!

I shop from Reliance fresh for vegetables and for most of the household products. The price is reasonable. I go in the morning when the vegetables arrive so I usually get fresh vegetables. The store that I go to is not too big so it gets congested in the mornings when they are still arranging the vegetables. But they have all the items and the price is slightly less compare to More, Smart and Heritage stores which are there nearby.

If you may upfront for reliance fresh by credit card, you must realize that if the actual billed amount is lower than initial billed amount is lower than you have to follow up for refund Iv the excess paid.

The call centre tells u that the refund will take 7 days to process! Yes 7 days!

The payment made upfront is to be refunded after 7 days.

That too it will be refunded to you credit card, which u will check when u get the bill. So u need to remember and track!

You mag also pay by credit card on delivery. Do not pay upfront! As the site does nog know final prices and the final amount is bound to change.

I visited one of Reliance fresh store in Kolkata, Barrackpore. I have taken product and about to pay the bills. I went to one counter for payment. From there one of the executive asked to go on next counter. On next counter I waited till 20 minutes when I asked them, they all are reffering to each other. Finally I left the product there and left the store that time also no one interested to stop me or ask me.

These type of behavior I faced earlier also. This is really worst service from reliance fresh.

We purchased a bag of assorted dry fruits in a Reliance Fresh outlet in Chennai.

It contained dry dates, pista,  cashew nuts and raisins.

The cashew nuts were uneatable.  They had a bad smell.   We threw the cashews out and ate the rest.

This experience was bad,  disappointing and surprising with a large company like Reliance.

Their vegetables are also of poor quality.   So we buy from local vendors.

There is no link in their website for feedback.  Hence I am writing in Mouthshut.

Relience fresh is best to buy  all kinds of fruit and vegetables.

I choose relience fresh to buy any type of fruit and vegetables.

The store is quite big and have variety of products.

Some times, fruit and vegetables does not seem so fresh.

But, its a place where you can buy daily needs very easily.

milk, butter, bread, cosmetics, biscuits and other food items and basic need things soap, ghee, detergent powder, and other grocery are under one roof.

There are many offers and discounts on many products that save money and help in to maintain monthly budget.

So, overall its nice experience.

I choose reliance fresh because I can get every kind of vegetables and it's easy to shop vegetables.

every time I visit this reliance fresh, some of the vegetables would not be good and healthy.Mostly tomato, capsicum, onion, brinjal, and cauliflower. I feel these vegetables are very old at the store and capsicum and cauliflower would be frozen because keeping them in clod area always is not so good I believe.tomato would be going almost bad and not placed at the right place. tomato, brinjal, capsicum would not be washed properly and I see lot dust on it they are stinking because keeping tomato and capsicum for more days will not be good.

I have seen most of the reliance fresh stores will not be well maintained and cleaned properly. price is not negotiable, though vegetable is not good and kept for more days price will never defers and you have to pay the actual price of each vegetables.I feel it's not worth paying more money to those Vegetables we get in reliance fresh. I decided not to buy any vegetables from reliance fresh, rather buy in any small shops or in markets.whatever vegetables we get in market are fresh because old vegetables will be kept aside, store keepers will welcome their customers with new and fresh vegetables and price is negotiable too and get good and fresh vegetables. I seriously do not recommend reliance fresh to any of my friends and family. One who wants to feel and have the good taste of vegetables I suggest them please do not buy vegetables from reliance fresh, rather buy from market.

I usually go to Reliance fresh located in Basanwadi near my house for day to day life shopping. The store is quite big and has a versatile range of products to choose from, I usually look for a lot baking things which is available in this store.

Offers also keep on coming and the price of the product is usually on less price the only problem I face is the time taken in billing, a lot of people visit the store but the billing counters are few and thus a big cue is always there which gives a headache.

I have buyed many things like clothes, bags, kitchen items, sweets and fruits and all other .i never tried for cutting vegetables(ready made) so I don't know about this much.

And coming to the price  very very reasonable I like the discounting system and more number choice is there .totally nice place to shopping. I never experienced any bad attitude with employers there where very friendly and tell about the new arrival

and also I never face any bad but once fruits are little spoiled and other the chilly too all other item was very fresh and fine and cloth was very good material with less price .i like to shop at reliance fresh

Attractive deal .very good place to buy day to days stuff or any cosmetic or other thing

I have buyed many times vegetables, bis cutes, kitchen items and other soap and all .i never tried fruits so I don't have much idea about that .no extra vat or any charges anything for any product .no need to stand in the queue for long time because they have many counter so billing will finish very soon

and I buyed many dress and cosmetic and bag everything I got in minimum price because of many discount .all product good quality I am very happy after purchasing

I never experienced any bad situation but once biscuits which I took it little bit spoiled outer cover of that biscuits  and fruits also not fresh .but other item was really fine

when come to price really its worthy and employees really guide to buy very well .i am happy about there service

Last month I have spend long vacation at my cousin home in Bangalore, they are recently shifted to there so for me and them also many things still new in very nice flower city also heavy traffic.

Near by their area, named - Indiranagar, Reliance fresh store located, mostly from there we have to purchase grocery household. I have seen reliance fresh and local stores name dont remember may be gmart

There reliance fresh opens early in morning for fresh vegetables and fruits, the good thing I liked is fresh fruits there available without chemical. Price are also sufficient.

Other household products are also there available, they always prefer store better than online hsop like peppertap or grofer.

Parking is there a problem specially on sunday or holiday, inside store everything in proper way plus good range, staff is very helpful, no need to much wait on billing counters that is very good thing, some times faced problem in this step on many stores.

Many good offers are also from relience in bangalore, so I also thinks still they do not need to buy from online shopping sites as Reliance fresh has good quality and service there, just one problem is traffic but in that reliance cannot help.

I stay near tc palya and usually got the reliance fresh at tc palya. First the store is very huge and has almost all varities of food and other house supplies.

Second the vegetables are also priced reasonably and are in abundance too but there is not much help provided by the store people.

Third with different varities of food available the store needs to tell and inform people about the new breifings the only problem is the staff doesnt provide much help which really effects the shopping decision.

As I mentioned in lot of my other reviews.i am twin city guy. I spend some of my time in Bangalore and some of my time in Pune.

I stayed at K R Puram in Bangalore where I had to go for shopping monthly grocery. I must say this one is a good option because the local baniyas here have very limited products or variety. So, you need a place where you get the things you are looking for.

This store is neatly managed and is on the ground floor and very spacious. You get good deals also. I could not find D Mart anywhere near so I started shopping here.

It is usually crowded on weekends so drop down on weekdays. One thing I did not like about this store is they have lot of Reliance products on sale. Like have you ever heard of Reliance Jam or Reliance noodles? Yes, they exist there at good deals.

I purchased Reliance jam buy one get one free.and repented later. The worst jam. Thank god I did not try noodles. They have options but when you are shopping you tend to get attracted to cheaper product so that's what happens their. You want to go and buy Harpic and you end up buying Reliance toilet cleaner because of offers. So, when you are shopping choose wisely.as far as my experience is concerned Reliance products are no good. Pay extra bucks but go for branded and proven quality products. Rest is fine like staff is good.billing counters are always flooded. They should increase the number of billing counters. Share your experience.
