Difference between Reliance fresh and a grocery store is that customers are allowed to pick things and must stand in que for weighment. Prices are not comparable to a grocery store price.

Per packed articles are high priced. Staff not monitored properly. Always there is billing problem, but jio says it has best network.

Today I went to reliance fresh sector 28 faridabad to purchase eggs and I saw eggs tray at reduce to clear section and when I enquired about its price, they clearly refused to tell me and told me that if you want these come in the evening as our system is down.

it clearly shows their intention. which is to provide best deals to their favoured ones on some other shopkeepers in return of some monitory favours.

reliance fresh should take strict action against such staff.

This is to report and complaint against for CHEATING and LYING to the customer because these SHAMELESS, DEAF and DUMB people dosen't have the CALIBRE for resolving the customers complaint. These reliancesmart people do sell the STALE, DIRTY, ROTTEN and DISGUSTING milk and dairy products in their stores in Mumbai Central. For a handful of profits they purchased the DIRTY, STALE, ROTTEN AND DISGUSTING dairy foods from SILLY STUPID GREEDY IDIOTS punjab sind foods India pvt ltd.

These punjab sind foods India pvt ltd. people are so SHAMELESS, IGNORANT, CARELESS and BOTHERLESS even after raising the complaint and reliancesmart are provoking and instigating them to send the DIRTY, STALE AND DISGUSTING dairy products in their stores. Neverever buy any of Milk and DAIRY PRODUCTS from reliancesmart and punjab sind foods India pvt ltd. Because both these CHEATERS and LIARS are playing with the lives of the customer by selling LOW-GRADED, STALE ADULTERATED, DIRTY and ROTTEN dairy products in their stores in Mumbai Central.

This sore is very bad.my experience is not so good.this najafgarh reliance fresh store is not doing their work up to the mark. Last week went to Najafgarh reliance fresh store and did shopping for around Rs2000 and at the billing counter a person told me for free gift of umbrella and he asked same thing to another staff person, he did say the same gift but after 2 minutes he totally refused his words and said no gift there with very bad attitude.They are betraying their customer which is very bad attitude. I suggest plz don't go this store.

Hi all, Today I am reviewing on my common store where I do visit daily.

Reliance fresh Malleswaram 16th cross, The store is well maintained.

Parking is available.

Easy to locate.

Coming to the store, once you enter on the left, you will find all the dairy products like butter, ghee, paneer, cheese, sweet corn, etc these are the item which are in cold storage. After that you will find Fresh fruits, vegetables and all.

And to the left end you will find groceries, Right end toiletries and in middle snack items, namkeen, biscuits, etc and also they do display the items very well when there is offers.

The staff here are all very helpful and are active.

4 billing counters are there, they use all 4 only if it is much crowded.

Good hygiene measures are taken during this pandemic.

One of the best store in Malleswaram, Bangalore.

The staff needs to be more polite...the management should train all associates with the basic information of their store. They should all be well aware of their store timing

Worst customer service.. if the service is getting delay due to billing machine is also ok but the rude behaviour of billing girl is worst..behaving like she is giving products for free.. very worst. Without customer satisfaction is totally waste.

First see her Ducking face n decide it.

Also I wanted to transfer all my points to another mobile after a fight with Call center finally my points got transferred. After all total disappointed by the services in Reliance Fresh.

During shutdown very rude and bad behaviour of staff. Shouting at people to stand in line. Rude to ladies and senior citizens.

Now suddenly they have also stopped people from entering. Notice is put up to order via whatsapp! No list of things that can be ordered. No home delivery, you have to come again and pick up your parcel.

No reason given why they are not allowing entry at Acme store. The staff said "regulations", The help line said "No information available"

Third class organisation. Better to go to local kirana store than this place.

In reliance fresh edible oils are always bought fresh dated'and discounts also received with always availablity of required stocks ex fortune rice bran oil generally which was not available in provision stores which is a best oil for health'

My name is Zainab Jetpurwala I reside at byculla I shop from reliance fresh at mumbai central many times and I use to prefer home delivery.

But when dis time when I went to shop I purchased the product and as usual I went to the counter for requesting a home delivery. The lady asked me where is the delivery I told her byculla , she immediatly refused me saying that (mein itna dur delivery nahi deti) I said but mujhe hamesha bhejte hai yaha se. She said bhjte honge lekin ab meine band kardiya hai mere ladke log bohut thak jate hai..I said ok I want to talk to your manager. She said ok I will call. The manager came and told me mam aapko leke jana hoga. I said I want to cancel the bill i alone cannot take all products. He said ok mam ko

paise return kardo. This is what the attitude they have. I Stopped shopping from the reliance fresh at mumbai central.

I have been shopping at Reliance Fresh, Khadki for past many years. The shop is okay for groceries. When it comes to vegetables & fruits they are not at all fresh. Fruits are overripe. Good vegetables & rotten ones are kept together.The rotten ones take days to be removed. There is also at times moisture in the vegetables.The shop is near a public toilet which smells a lot. In case there is no space inside the shop the fruits & vegetables are kept outside. So one has to bear the stench of the toilet & pick the vegetables & fruits.

Many a time some of the vegetables & fruits bought are found to be of poor quality & have to be thrown. That is pure waste of money.

The weighing & billing used to take place at the billing counter but now weighing is done separately & then billing at the counter. This consumes a lot of time especially when the shop is crowded during festive occasion.

There is very less parking space on most of the days, especially Saturdays & Sundays .

The shop does not sport a clean look. The floors are dirty, with leftovers of vegetables lying around. The items are not arranged properly.Many a time milk is spilling & flowing in the refrigerated rack.

Reliance should consider the entire shopping experience & accordingly manage the outlets.
