I brought Aquaguard filter from reliance store in 2021 for 25000 rs and taken there service for 5 year paid 8 k . kindly don't trust on any reliance digital store employee for review of any product.check urself and then buy.better don't buy go to any other outlet as well don't take any services from reliance for maintaince as they don't come.dont pick ur call .ur Mooney will be in vain.my filter is not working for 25 days there service guy came and said u need to change as I have 5 year service warranty so they need to change filter every year from there end .I am ordering bisleri water from last 25 days.trying to call them but they don't pick call.please save ur money and don't go to reliance digital to buy any appliance for ur home.product which they gave us was already failed in market.

Bought a HP laptop and paid premium for additional extended warranty from reliance. Raised ticket 3 times at the call centre but it has been a week but no service engineer has been assigned yet. They only big assurances but no action attached to it.

I am writing to express my absolute outrage and utter dissatisfaction with the blatantly deceptive purchase experience at your showroom. When I bought a Sony TV, not once was I informed about the two installation options available. The so-called “free” installation provided is completely substandard—it blocks access to critical ports like USB and HDMI and prevents any possibility of cleaning behind the TV. This crucial information was clearly and deliberately withheld from me.


To add insult to injury, I was then forced to pay an outrageous ₹5000 for a proper wall mount installation. This is an outrageous charge for something that should have been communicated upfront, and it feels like nothing more than a deliberate scheme to mislead and exploit customers.


Your lack of transparency and the hidden costs involved are absolutely unacceptable and have left me feeling cheated and thoroughly disappointed. I demand that you address this issue immediately and ensure that no other customer has to endure such a deceptive experience in the future.

Disappointing Experience with Reliance Digital's Extended Warranty Service


I purchased a whirlpool Intellifresh convertible refrigerator from Reliance Digital in Budge Budge in 2022. However, I was forced to buy an extended warranty for around ₹7, 000.


Now, when my fridge stopped working properly, I've had a horrific servicing experience. Despite multiple calls, Reliance Digital's service team has consistently failed to deliver. They claim to have visited, but it's always on a different day. This has been going on for 10 days.


I warn everyone: think twice before purchasing extended warranties from Reliance Digital. Ensure you understand the terms and conditions properly.

Worst Buying Experience Of My Life!!! Just 3 days back (24/August/2024) purchased LG QNED 55 Inch from Reliance Digital, Banashankari Branch, Bengaluru. Mr. Pravin who dealt with me was so eager to sell the product that he sent Mr. Abhishek to my home (10 km) so that the TV is sold!


Mr. Pravin & Mr. Abhishek promised that TV will be installed within 24 hours. But it's been 3 days, still the TV is lying in our living room. Showroom guys, installation team & customer care all are just avoiding answering why they are incapable of getting TV installed. Still I don't have any idea whether they have the capability of getting it installed.


Installation team works from 9 am to 9 pm as per customer care, but Mr. Sadiq from Installation team is such a rude guy, that he lied they will install TV only if it's delivered before 4:30 pm next day. He lied that he came to our community gate, by.giving one ring on mobile then informing his manager that he returned because customer didn't respond to his call. He has not responded to our return calls for 3 days!!! Such an audacity to blame customers!!!


As for Reliance Digital team Mr. Pravin & Mr. Abhishek don't even have courtesy to call & inform customer what's happening regarding installation. They seem to care only till you purschase the product. Once it is sold you'll see how careless they treat their customers.


Customer care team has not raised any complaint regarding all these till now, and it's 3 days over.


We had to cancel our travelling plans, cancel bookings and patiently waiting even till now, and I don't have any idea when inatallation will be done.


Worst team of people, go to Girias or there's a LG shop right opposite to this Reliance Digital Shop, you'll be treated with courtesy & their whole team respects customers & will help you out.


Avoid Reliance Digital Banashankari at any cost.


After sales is pathetic.


Arrogant team of people who don't even care about customer feedback.

Level 1 and level 2 reliance customer care has been contacted for my fridge but to no results.Not working for 2 weeks.No one contacts from reliance.They are not bothered.We are contacting customer care everyday day just to listen to their rote dialogues.. they have learnt all dialogues by heart and speaktheir dialogues so fast that we sometimes don't understand what they speak and have to tell them to slow down.Its nothing different.Its the same old fialogues every day, have patience, nischint rahiye, and more blah blah.


We don't know whom to approach or is it time to file a consumer court case.


Haier Air Conditioner Smelling Issue No solution

Hi Team,


I purchased a new Haier AC 1.6T in February from a Reliance store at Phoenix Mall, Bangalore, which included a 5-year warranty. Serial number AL00M001J100JQ1HR.


After purchasing the goods, I had an issue with the AC, such as a burning coil smell. I immediately contacted customer service and filed a complaint. But there was no proper response from Reliance, so I went to the store in April and shouted in front of all the customers. Later, they sent one technician, who visited my home and placed body perfume inside the AC. I now have a body perfume smell as well as a burning smell.


Again, I filed a complaint but received no response. Later, I went to make a police complaint, and they sent another technician who told me that on May 04, 2024, they would change the coil set and see, but May, June, and July passed with no reaction.


Now without using AC. I pay monthly EMI to Bajaj financing. I am from a middle-class family, yet I have AC warranty for two years and an additional five years warranty, even though I am not getting sufficient help from reliance.


Yesterday, by accident, I turned on the air conditioner to see whether there was any burning scent, but there was a strong burning stench and my one-year-old son had difficulty breathing.


I took him to the hospital at 2 a.m. because of the AC burning smell issue.


I've called Reliance client Service over 130 times in the previous 5 months, but no one has rectified the issue, and the higher level management isn't even thinking about the client.


Now I'm going to register a complaint against reliance because I don't have any other options. I'm also going to burn the merchandise in front of the business to make people aware that reliance isn't providing any help.


These are the numbers I phoned reliance, but not a single person assisted me. Reliance is not a nice store; they sell only duplicate products and take money from customers without providing quality services.

Recently I had the opportunity to visit reliance digital for some electronics shopping. The store was clean and well organized and spacious. Each categories was clearly marked and arranged which makes my shopping makes quite pleasant. They have a wide range of variety from different brands. I have impressed by the range of television and smart phones. Due to comparison of products it is easier for me to make a best decision. I also visit because of their customer service. The whole staff members are friendly, knowledgeable. When I had questions about different smartphone models than staff members patiently explained the features. They also runs a offer and discounts. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a pleasant electronic shopping experience

Such a bad service. Don't buy any plan for service while you purchasing the product. It is such a pathetic service no body will respond after complaint raise. Before coming to Service they will ensure if we pay money for Service and repair and if we say we have purchased a pre plan for service then they will not come.

Havells and Reliance Digital do not have proper business communication channels which affects customer to get product replacement.


We purchased Havells cooler with damage condition, we informed Reliance and Havells. Service engineer visited to home and advise for replacement. Real problem start here As per Reliance digital statement Havells is not giving job card thru proper channel.


Product is not yet replaced due to communication lagging between Reliance Digital and Havells that affects to customer.


I would not recommend anyone to buy a product from dealer where not receiving proper services.

Very rude staff. Manager is very rude. Refused to replace a product that broke down in a month. Says company policy does not allow them. When they need to sell they will fall over you. Thats not company policy apparently. Just brushed off my complaints. Refused to even listen to the full request. 1000 rupees is hard earned money for us middle class u like thier Uber rich bosses.
