Ordered sony x80 model TV last month during March

Reliance sales person said that it will be delivered within 10 days and luckily they delivered also..We had asked them to deliver new and good piece as we are paying almost 82k for Sony x80 new TV model.They installed as well but the next day suddenly display went off and it stopped working.. Not even a day amd this is the condition.Either reliance delivered a defective piece or the sony pdt sucks.Theb we are still going around the customer calls every day with Sony customer care but no replacement has been done.Worst part is the reliance people doesnt even pick our calls..Worst service one can have from this shop..I will never ever buy any pdt from here.i purchased this tv which us still hanging on my wall with no use and we are struggling to get the replacement from past 1 month...

I booked LG Dilual inverter split air conditioner on 10th March, 2021 and it was delivered on 11th March, 2021


However, I am not satisfied with what was promised at the time of booking and what is delivered (Delivered product manufacturing date is 13 months old; that is 20th Feb, 2020).

We went to Reliance Digital @ Orion Mall to Purchase Fridge and Oven, We were so happy by the Hospitality provided by them at the store. They gave all the description of the products and we were thankful for them helping in choosing the Right Products as per our requirements.


Very much Sincere staffs all, Specially Mr Suresh S - Customer Relation MAnasultanger at the store also guided us very well. Other some staffs Mr Pavan, Mr Arun and Nagaraju M all were very helpful throughout the shopping time.


Once again many thanks for the wonderful experience at the Store.


Open cheating by Reliance Digital Kothrud branch

I would like to highlight a case of false promise and cheating done by the employees of Reliance Digital Kothrud to customers.


I was planning to purchase Samsung 65Q70T and had already got quotation from Chrome and Vijay Sales with 2 years of extended warranty. On the way back to my home, I saw Reliance Digital Kothrud branch and thought to make an enquiry over there.


I met Akash(Mobile number 8788386220) at this branch and he explained me the price and extended warranty offered by Reliance digital. From start, I was clear that I wanted TV with 2 years of extended warranty. This person gave me quotation(which is still present in my rough papers) for price of TV with two years of extended warranty. In between either he was bit confused or made me confused by mixing that the two years of extended warranty provided by Reliance is separate from 1 or 2 years of warranty provided by Samsung. At last he gave me promise that he will give me 2 years of extended warranty which will be provided by Reliance. When I came for billing, then he said that warranty kit is not available but he will send me once the store has warranty kit.


Today I called Reliance customer care for installation process and I just thought to get it confirmed that I have two years of extended warranty as I have not got the kit from him. To my surprise I came to know that this gentleman has sold me one year of extended warranty instead of giving me 2 years of extended warranty. When I called him, he said that two years of warranty is provided by Reliance. He probably does not know the difference in warranty provided by Samsung and Reliance and the 1 year warranty provided by Samsung and extended warranty. Or he did this false commitment just to get the order. When I said him that I wanted to talk to store manager, then he connected me with someone and he said that he will look into the matter and will let me know. That person didnt called me later. If that person was Store Manager of Kothrud branch, then probably all persons of Kothrud branch is involved in making false promise to the customer. Also, the warranty kit was given, so that these persons false promise could be hidden till the time billing is not done.


From start I was clear that I wanted two years of extended warranty from seller apart from 1 or 2 years provided by Samsung. And so I have quotes from Vijay Sales and Croma both with 2 years warranty. I have their quotation with me right now also.


This employee has cheated me and made false promise of 2 years of extended warranty. With this experience, I promise that I will never buy anything from Reliance Digital. I have all the proofs with me that I asked for 2 years of extended warranty and this gentlemen gave me commitment for 2 years of extended warranty and I can show these proofs.


Would Reliance Digital afford to have dent of false promise and cheating at this time when Amazon and Croma is giving it a tough competition? I vow never to visit Reliance Digital and will share my this experience with others so that people dont get trapped by such Reliance stores.

Very Worst services, Yesterday 10/1/2021 We went to Ramurthynagar branch Reliance to buy water purifier, The executive(2 Ladies) which attended us was only explaining us about only one(brand)product, If we ask her regarding any other brand she was not at all explaining about other brand benefits.


And with some conclusions we purchased HUL water purifier.


While giving the bill, we had asked for envelop, the lady told us that they wont issue the bills with the envelop. That made us very disappoint regarding the service which Reliance giving us,


Frankly telling the the product which I purchased from RELIANCE is good, But the Employees' is not at all professional,


Request to reliance is that kindly train your Employees or it may Impact your business

I've purchased washing machine here. I was told that if I paid through EMI I would get 6000rs cash back after three months. I didn't find any logic in this and confirmed multiple times and they said the same thing, that I would get 6k cash back after three months...but after three months I got only 2k cash back..when I went back and asked the reason, they said that I would get only 2k which is 10% of the total bill as explained before though it was never explained..this time they said that I would get maximum of 6k, but the word 'maximum' was never used while purchasing. Now I don't know whom to blame. Should I blame the ill knowledged staff for their lack of knowledge on their own discount prices and their improper explanation. Very very disappointed.

I rarely give negative review ant it's too to save your hard-earned money! Kindly never made mistake to purchase anything from Reliancedigital.in online store as they don't have flexible and smooth return and refund service just like Amazon or Flipkart. You will never get favorable response on Phone or eMail.


I ordered Samsung Smartwatch 42' Order No:


RDF07971430 but unfortunately was not able to switch on it! I contacted them on Phone and they told me to send eMail with Pic of Box along with Smartwatch. I received reply after 4 days with the rude reply they ordered me if I want to replace this item then I have to get DoA Certificate from nearby Samsung Service Center. Fortunately I was able to repair my Watch at Samsung Service Center but with this bitter experience I realized to avoid any further Order on Reliancedigital.


I am your well wisher and it's my duty to save all customers to be trapped in any difficulty!

I purchased washing machine after a month when I performed tub clean my tub became black the powder was given by resq team.. Now they are not giving me replacement of machine..they say it's brand warranty.. Seriously recommend you not to purchase anything from here inspite purchase it from brand only.. I been writing mail since a month . They don't even speak on phone

I ordered smartphone in reliance digital website and I did not get the phone.wen I call customer service they give lame reason saying invoice cannot be printed due to printer issue.and they simply disconnect the call after keeping us on hold for 5 minutes.dont ever buy anything online.they r worst..no wonder indian companies have 1 star rating


Always opt for Amazon.best support even for a 100rs product

Experience was the wort




  • Lying on the face. Sales person commits a price during initial discussion and on the day of purchase he get in to "Ghajini" mode.




  • Billing:- 45 to 50 Mins billing! Billing person does not even know how to do billing and they are fighting in-front of the customer for who should do what.




  • Delivery:- For delivery, customer has to rigorously follow up and getting a delivery. It is really a tiresome effort.






All this since billing is done, Reliance Digital has received their money and Reliance Digital does not have any obligations now though delivery is NOT made.


Eventually by the time delivery is done - it will be equivalent a Char Dham Yatra.

Bought 50inch Sharp Led TV and after 7 months the TV is not working. They don't have the spares to repair and no TV to replace. I am still waiting for the last 15 days for replacement.

Extremely poor service from Reliance Digital at Budge Budge.


While buying a Dish washer here the store lady promised for installation with a support of plumber, but plumber was not sent and the machine was lying for more than 7 days uninstalled.


Ultimately we spent for plumber from our pocket.


Later on request to the store they sent(one installer Mr S. Toppo or similar sounding name) who was shockingly, found fault with the latest Bosch model itself, that we bought from them.


Slowly, more than installing he was interested into selling us(which he said he will privately buy and give) a machine stand for Rs 1700. He also said the machine need an extra pipe and demanded Rs 250 for fitting it.


Ultimately he didn't install.


After few days Mr Rajkumar was sent by the store and this person started marketing for a water purifier and found fault with either the water here or the machine.


I took effort to connect and request to the senior manager Mr Sanjit and I told the entire episode for which he just advised that it is not required to buy such auxiliary products if we don't like!


Lack of professional service and soft extortion.

Don't buy any thing from their site. Such a pathetic service they have. I have booked a phone from their site with their express delivery option. They don't even know about where is my product.


They just reply you that they will solve your query in 24 hours after that they will forget you.


This is my first and last product in reliance digital.


I request you to have a feature of minus rating also

I bought a 55inches lg tv from reliance digital and with that their sales person had convinced me to extend my waranty for 3yrs under Reliance for 21000/= they told us that any prob shall be solved by them within 4-5 working days. now my tv isn’t working for 4 days, and the repaing bill is 5000/= n waiting period given by reliance is 15 days-1 month. I m totally dissatisfied with their sevice, with such a small amount of repairing bill if they say 15 days what would have happend if the bill was high.they are continuously saying parts are not available but i enquired lg service center they told me they shall repair it within 6 days. I simply want my money back from relince, and I WILLNOT RECOMMEND RELINCE EXTENDED WARRANTY TO ANYBODY, if i could i would have given -5 stars for their after sale service.

I have ordered oven OTG on 22nd Aug online, which should deliver on 26th. But never delivered till today 29th .


no proper customer care response. There is no cancellation option on online portal.


even after twitting publicly also no response.


It is unnecessary to buy in Reliance Digital. after I starting online purchases in my life, this is the worst experience ever faced.


Few days back I saw an article in news, saying Reliance is compacting Amazon. I felt funny.


This will be my first and last reliance product.


my Rating out if 5 is 0.1 to Reliance.
