I've bought a Hitachi rau018kvea inverter air conditioner(serial no. 150c15953 with cash memo no.008982013003) from reliance digital Allahabad on 7 June 2015 and the same was installed on 13 June 2015.

From the day one this ac is not cooling properly and moreover it is consuming too much electricity for an inverter ac.it is consuming almost 15 unit of electricity in 10 hours which is more then my voltas 5 star window ac.sir,

I've paid a hefty price for this Hitachi inverter ac just because reliance digital's sales person said that this ac would consume 30% to 40% less electricity then a non inverter ac but it is consuming more electricity then a 2 ton non inverter ac .

I've lodged a complaint(no. 8004202018)with reliance digital on 18 june 2015 and asked them to take the ac back and refund my full amount, but they are not doing anything about it.they did send a boy to my house in response to my complaint but he didn't seems to know anything about inverter ac.

Now I m left with a white elephant ac which costs me 50 thousand rupees and it is consuming way more power then it supposed to be.i think reliance digital is robbing peoples money by selling defective products.i urge people to not buy anything from reliance digital.i still want them to take the ac back and return my full money.

I got a worst service experience from Reliance Digital at Korum Mall Thane West. I had purchased a mobile phone worth Rs 19 K in Jan 2014. I also purchased additional replacement warranty for 1 year. In Feb 15, my phone started malfunctioning.

So I handed over the phone to this store & since then, for last 4 months, I am having a worst service experience. The support staff as well the store manager have failed miserably in providing the service. They keep on making false promises shamelessly.

I am following up rigorously. But no use. I even sent email with copy of letter given to the store one month back, about my problem. I still don't know when my phone will be repaired / replaced. So never visit this store & don't buy anything from them.

Very poor service from Reliance Digital, Phoenix Mall, Bangalore.

Purchased a SONY KLV-40R562C 40 inches TV on Sunday from Reliance Digital, Phoenix Mall, Bangalore where sales people took around 2 hrs to do the billing. They promised to deliver the TV next day evening on Monday but did not deliver the TV at the committed time. After several follow up calls made by me to the delivery person and reliance digital sales people and threatening to return the TV, they finally delivered the TV at 10 PM in the night. Installation was promised the next day i.e. today evening. I left office early and was waiting in home for technician but he never came.

Again even after several phone calls to Reliance Digital they did not have any idea about the whereabouts of the technician. TV has not been installed yet. Never go to this store. worst service, not at all professional. Total waste of your time and money.

Bought an AC and kept calling them for 5 days to get the installation done. They promise to resolve on customer care but do nothing. They are cheaters and rude. Reliance name is not at all reliant. Whenever I have used any reliance service or product.

I have found them very poor. Only money sucker. Nobody calls to check. Only interested in selling, not after sales services. Do not buy anything from them

Although I found some bad reviews about the store, but when I visited to buy a television, I get good guidance from the sales team, and also they helped me a lot to get easy finance scheme with zero percent interest. After buying the television, the store manager send a servicing boy who install the television in my house, and instruct me how to use and maintain properly.

Even they issued me a reliance one card which gives good discounts on future purchasing. I am very much happy with their service, and will love to buy from them in future.I liked this store because I found all my necessary things under one roof, like vegetables, groceries, electronic items, dress materials etc.

One week back I purchased Reconnect aqua cool cooler from reliance digital attapur Hyderabad. One day later they delivered the product, but one of the features is not working, and wheels of the cooler are very delicate, while moving cooler wheels are getting separated from the cooler.

I called customer care and they denied to send the technician and in return asked me to take cooler to store. I will not recommend reliance digital products to any one in my circle, please don't encourage this kind of worst service.

I have visited this store to purchase a Point & shoot camera.I chose Sony cyber shot HX200V as a beginner level camera, there was one friend of mine working with reliance that's the reason I chose reliance over online e tailers.

Price

Price of the products in reliance digital is a bit high end, though they try to make it competitive once know what others are selling for.

Reliance always put efforts on the ambiance. It looks always pleasant.

Advice

Should be more focused on Price.

Never buy AC from Reliance Digital. I purchased a voltas 1.5 ton split AC from Reliance Digital Shipra Mall Ghaziabad on 22nd may(Friday) before the purchase I asked them that I need the installation to be accompalished max by sunday but they were unable to do so once you had done the payment only response you will get from these guys is that we had escalated the issue. Their main aim is to somehow sell the product no matter of the customer service.

And installation is more pathetic the installer who came to my house told that some extra wire and drain pipe is required without asking me his coworker bring the items from reliance office and after whole installation he gave me the final bill, things which were installed extra doesnt cost more than 200Rs but they charged me 800Rs, pathetic .It seems like they try to cover the labour charge by selling the items at 5 times of actual price

I suggest never ever go for Reliance Digital

Reliance Digital located at Time Square next to Global fusion and opp HDFC bank Sakinaka. It’s a huge shopping mall with lots of varieties of electronics available with less price as compared to Vijay Sales and Kohinoor.

Have visited this place recently to buy a A.C for myself and they have various offers on A.C with good discount, they have their own reliance A.C as well with 5 years warranty and at cheaper rates. But keeping in mind that i have never seen Reliance A.C used anywhere, hence went for Samsung only. They had offers on Cell phones and cell phone accessories as well, got myself a new case cover. A Nice outlet for people staying near Marol, J.B nagar, Sakinaka to shop their electronic stuff. Even sakinana Metro station is few steps ahead.

I was looking for a mobile cover for my Nokia Lumia 730 phone for a long time last month. I visited many stores but couldn't find good options. In a few stores, though I could find the cover, but iI could not find many options. Finally I walked in Reliance Digital outside Vashi station.

When I entered the store, I had least expected to find my requirement here because I had already Mobile store, Croma, Arcee, Viajy Sales, etc stores and many other stores where fancy mobile covers are sold. I had decided this will be the last store where I will look for the mobile cover. While I was just having a look through all the aisels and sections, I found mobile covers in one section. And to my surprise, I finally found Nokia Lumia 730's covers there! I was so happy to find them. It felt like an achievement. And to my good luck, I found the covers in Red and Black colour, and Red was the colour I was looking for.

Also, I did not want to pay anything above 200 for a mobile cover, so when I turned the packet to check the cost, I saw that the cover costed just for Rs 99. I was again happy about it. In tghe past also, I have brought an e-reader from here, and I got it really affordable cost.

The guys at Reliance Digital, Gurgaon are cheaters. I purchased 2 ACs from them and installation was included in the money that I paid to them. Even after waiting for a week and calling them numerous times, none turned up for installation of my ACs. Finally, after 7 days, an engineer came to my house and went back without doing anything saying that AC cannot be installed in my window.

I called up Reliance digital again and they promised to get the Acs installed through other engineer by same day evening but it has been 8 days and none has turned up yet and not even anyone has called me up**.

I have ordered a fridge from reliance digital.it was ordered on 3/5/2015.and it was told that it will be delivered next day or a day after next.

I was waiting in my home for the order since 4th that the fridge will come. Every day a driver calls me and say he is going to bring my fridge and so you be the home.I was waiting whole day on 4th.and same thing happened on 5th and 6th. Today the driver said you wait till 12 in night I will bring.about more that 100 calls I have made.

I have all the recording of conversation with the driver and relience people. I am very harassed mentally .and I dont know what to do.no responce from any one

This is the first time I had went to Reliance Digital at Avani Mall - howrah to purchase a air conditioner for home. They really had a good variety of stock on display and for sale.

The concerned person first understood the size of the room and the requirement and then suggested us 4/5 air conditioners. he explained in detail the functions and comparisons of all the machines. we took lot of time in selecting the machine but he was cool and very patience and at last we selected an air conditioner.

The billing and the finance part and payment was quick. we didn't had to wait for long for the things to get completed. The machine was delivered the next day and before delivery we received a confirmation call  that what time would be comfortable for us for delivery.

The delivery was as per schedule and after an hour or so we again received a confirmation a call if we have received the machine. same person also informed us about the time of the person coming for installation and accordingly people cal and installed the machine the very next day.

Quite impressed with the service of Reliance Digital.

I Have made biggest mistake to buy AC on last Sunday from Reliance Digital Mini store in Nehru place New Delhi. They have cheated me and given sent wrong product. when I complained to the store manager he sent me another AC of some different company. which has given me mental tress and big trouble. Till today the given AC can not be installed due to laziness and casual working. There is many internal parts are missing in the given product. I have all the billes and transaction statements with me, I am little busy these days but I will defiantly go legal next week.

Last night I again requested to Store manager but he misbehaved with me and today he is not picking my call. My AC still no installed.

I can not accept cheating, Misbehaving and fraud done by Sales person in above said store.

Reliance digital is the one stop place to buy all the electronic good for the home purpose along with great offers everytime.

Pros:

Live demo of the product is available.

Wide range of the product.

Multiple brand product under one roof that facilitates live comparison.

The store is very big so there are many staff to help you buy the gadget or the home utility products.

They arranges a financing facility for you if you want the same as well

Cons

Home delivery is not available.

Prices are higher in comparison to online portal prices.

Some product might not be available.

Staff does not takes interest in helping you out if you are not wearing good clothes as they make an opinion that time pass karne aya hoga and all

But my suggestion is that one should have a live demo of the product before buying and especially for the parents so its very suitable for them as they can get everything under one roof as well.

I did the mistake of buying a 1.5 ton Voltas split ac from reliance digital. Bigger mistake was buying a Resq plan. There is a problem in my display unit.The complaint was lodged on 25th March 2015.Inspite of daily follow up they are not rectifying the problem.

Please stay away from Reliance Digital. They are cheaters.

Please go ahead if you wish to see a bunch of fools proud enough to have a blank face when approached for any kind of after sales service, forget service even support. Rather they are "courteous" enough to give a service centre address which doesn't exist on ground. Hats off and keep it up Reliance.

This has been the worst experience about purchasing anything in my entire life. I had purchased Sony Television  KDL-900A on date 9-12-2014. This was a display model and Salesman SalesmanID:60105475 not told us about the a very tiny white spot on LCD while purchasing.

We came to know there is a very tiny white spot on LCD and reported immediately to Reliance digital(Aundh) Pune.

Since then there are several tickets raised to Sony against this case and got closed without any updates to us.

Sony technical Engineer visited twice for each tickets and confirmed the spot on LCD screen is physical damage. After several meetings with Reliance digital customer care persons the response was poor, and disappointing. Finally after constant followups Reliance digital customer care asked me to get the email or in written from Sony Customer Care that the problem is physical damage and would not be covered under warranty.

Sony Customer Care has had charged 23000 Rs to replace the LCD screen. This should be Reliance Digital responsibility to replace the screen. Or I will file a case in Consumer Court against Reliance digital.
