There are lot of issues with this store with respect to delivery, service after purchase, keeping their words, quality of product etc. I purchased almost all Home Appliances(TV, AC, Fridge, WM, Press Machine, Microwave, Cooler, Water Purifier, etc). The delivery was not done on time as was promised before the payment. They are too good in making excuses as it needs to be a good salesperson.
They delayed delivery of the entire items. One excuse was that the AC compressor fell down while loading on the delivery vehicle. So, the entire delivery vehicle returned back. Why didn't they deliver rest of the items?
The were left with only display pieces of microwave and washing machine. They didn't even show me the WM as they were going to get it from a different store. However, they promised me that there won't be any dents and scratches. They delivered the items separately in my absence in dark. When I saw the items, there were multiple visible scratches on the WM. They were not ready to accept their fault as if I would go and harm my own items.
The microwave was opened in my presence by their service person. This product had multiple deep scratches on the sides and top. They claimed that I had seen the product in the store. Whereas, they showed me only the from as they had it in a closed rack with other items kept tight with it. So, it was not possible to check any other side.
I decided to return the product and they agreed to it. But they are not refunding me the amount. They are making excuses and asking for more time always. The salesperson keeps committing to refund but then refutes. They haven't even taken the microwave back to their store from my place yet.
The water purifier leaks at joints and the tap. But nobody is working on it even after multiple attempts to reach them out.
The AC installation person came unprepared and asking me for high stool/ladder and other stuff to install the AC without which he was doing low standard work. I had to go to my neighbors and ask for those items to get things done. If those items are prerequisite, they should have either gotten the items along or notified me beforehand.
The cooler leaks from the back when filling water in it. They don't want to do anything about it. They say that I need to fill water slowly and the cooler will make its water flow path slowly later. They think that they are smart and everyone else is dumb.
They promised to deliver the TV exactly in 6 days as it was in their stock. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't done so yet. Nobody wants to talk including the salesperson and the curtomer care manager(Avinash). They say that they don't have authority to take any action. They claim that the store manager(Ashish) is on vacation. The store manager is behaving like a fugitive as he is not even open to talk. He switched off his phone when attempted to talk. At 9:00 PM 28/04/2016 the salesperson made an execute the store manager is driving from Mumbai to Pune so cannot talk. Whereas, they talked with each other just 10 minutes ago. Also, the salesperson told me that the manager would reach Pune at 4 PM 29/04/2016. Was he driving a bullock cart that would take so long to reach Pune?
Anyways, they promised that the manager and they would call me on 29/04/2016 at 4 PM. But nobody tried to contact me.
When I asked them to issue a letter for not being able to deliver the product even after multiple delays, they refused that their hands were tied. When I asked them to refund money, they said it would take 15 days to do so. And they were giving me a much lower price rather than conpensating me all the mental and physical harassment. Instead of accepting their mistake and inability to deliver the product, they were forcing me to write an application to cancel the order.
I had to make several phone calls and physical visit to the store but in vain.
