Unbelievably Pathetic Store Workers and Manager

There are lot of issues with this store with respect to delivery, service after purchase, keeping their words, quality of product etc. I purchased almost all Home Appliances(TV, AC, Fridge, WM, Press Machine, Microwave, Cooler, Water Purifier, etc). The delivery was not done on time as was promised before the payment. They are too good in making excuses as it needs to be a good salesperson.




  1. They delayed delivery of the entire items. One excuse was that the AC compressor fell down while loading on the delivery vehicle. So, the entire delivery vehicle returned back. Why didn't they deliver rest of the items?




  2. The were left with only display pieces of microwave and washing machine. They didn't even show me the WM as they were going to get it from a different store. However, they promised me that there won't be any dents and scratches. They delivered the items separately in my absence in dark. When I saw the items, there were multiple visible scratches on the WM. They were not ready to accept their fault as if I would go and harm my own items.




  3. The microwave was opened in my presence by their service person. This product had multiple deep scratches on the sides and top. They claimed that I had seen the product in the store. Whereas, they showed me only the from as they had it in a closed rack with other items kept tight with it. So, it was not possible to check any other side.




  4. I decided to return the product and they agreed to it. But they are not refunding me the amount. They are making excuses and asking for more time always. The salesperson keeps committing to refund but then refutes. They haven't even taken the microwave back to their store from my place yet.




  5. The water purifier leaks at joints and the tap. But nobody is working on it even after multiple attempts to reach them out.




  6. The AC installation person came unprepared and asking me for high stool/ladder and other stuff to install the AC without which he was doing low standard work. I had to go to my neighbors and ask for those items to get things done. If those items are prerequisite, they should have either gotten the items along or notified me beforehand.




  7. The cooler leaks from the back when filling water in it. They don't want to do anything about it. They say that I need to fill water slowly and the cooler will make its water flow path slowly later. They think that they are smart and everyone else is dumb.




  8. They promised to deliver the TV exactly in 6 days as it was in their stock. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't done so yet. Nobody wants to talk including the salesperson and the curtomer care manager(Avinash). They say that they don't have authority to take any action. They claim that the store manager(Ashish) is on vacation. The store manager is behaving like a fugitive as he is not even open to talk. He switched off his phone when attempted to talk. At 9:00 PM 28/04/2016 the salesperson made an execute the store manager is driving from Mumbai to Pune so cannot talk. Whereas, they talked with each other just 10 minutes ago. Also, the salesperson told me that the manager would reach Pune at 4 PM 29/04/2016. Was he driving a bullock cart that would take so long to reach Pune?






Anyways, they promised that the manager and they would call me on 29/04/2016 at 4 PM. But nobody tried to contact me.


When I asked them to issue a letter for not being able to deliver the product even after multiple delays, they refused that their hands were tied. When I asked them to refund money, they said it would take 15 days to do so. And they were giving me a much lower price rather than conpensating me all the mental and physical harassment. Instead of accepting their mistake and inability to deliver the product, they were forcing me to write an application to cancel the order.


I had to make several phone calls and physical visit to the store but in vain.

I visisted their vashi outlet to go make a choice on a samsung tv.  I went in and stood at the tv section checking out the smaller tvs first to see which one to get for my bedroom, I already had decided on the bigger one for my living room and was looking for a good deal on both.


After 3 minutes of looking around and asking whos there one sales guy comes up, the look on his face seemed like he wasnt interested.


He came over and asked what I was looking for and I told him the bigger tv I had in mind and asked him to fetch me the best price he could give without the freebies, he goes and talks to his manager and then shows me some chinese tv bigger size but cheaper than the one I was looking for and starts marketing it. I told him twice im not interested then he went in t fetch the price and quotes the mrp higher than other stores and then says this is the final price which actually was the selling price in other stores.


I told him about it, he goes back and comes with the same price and says if you like the price you can take it since we have only two in stock. I told him two stores are offering me much lesser and I came here since you folks seemed reliable and honest but the price is still the selling price of what other stores are selling for without discounts calculated. he just smiled and started saying I can opt for the chinese tv he showed with a better discount.

Hi I have purchased a LG AC from Reliance digital store - Hyderabad.


I raised a request for its servicing.Request was raised 8 days ago and till now no technician has come. There is no response from their side. I had to call them multiple times to get the status. But they just say that it will be done.


Team, your service is very poor, You need to improve a lot.


After this worst experience, I am never going to purchase any item from reliance Digital Store.


And for your very Kind information. MY CONCERN IS NOT SOLVED TILL NOW.

Reliance RESQ is complete useless

Very poor customer service. Please dont take reliance digital RESQ plan. They dont attend on time. They dont have enough resouce also. Complete cheating.


I had filed  a complaint on(18/apr/2016) and my compliant number is:  8005499874


I was promised that it will get rectified in 24 to 48 hrs. Everyday I call, they keep saying that it will be addressed today.


Nothing happened so far.


Please do not take RESQ on you product. It is complete waste of money. you can just call the service center of the product(not reliance) and get that rectified. It will be cheaper also.

We bought AC from Reliance digital bangalore, Phoenix mall


While buying.they are very nice and promised to deliver and install the AC within 3-4days.


But even after a week, they dnt bother to update/call/inform us on the status.when we called several times, they kept on postponing the installation.Its really irritating with their poor response.I never prefer or recommend to buy anything from Reliance Digital

Very bad  service provided. I bought an AC 1 week back, they told it would be serviced in 48 hours but they have not turned for a week.


When I called toll free number, one person said the person would come in the evening, another person said I did not call the service center at all.

Terrible organization once the thing is sold. Their publicized after arrangements organization, ensuring which they endup offering things at a non centered expense, is just a sham! We obtained a Nokia phone from the store. On accomplishing home we found that the USB connection was blemished. We returned to the store coming weekend to get the issue settled.


Their organization official asking for that we visit Nokia organization centr. When we got some data about the case made while offering that all organization work will be grasped particularly by Reliance propelled; the individual revoltingly said such claims are commonly made by people to offer stuff! We were dazed that it is so normal to make bonehead of a customer in our country. The scarcest I could do was to explain my serious involvement with the objective that others can settle on a took in choice before buying from Reliance Digital

I have purchased a samsung refrigerator from Reliance digital and they sold me the Res Q plan as well stating the various benefits. It has been 1 yr and I had a problem with it. I have complained with their Res Q team.Their guy came down on 6th of APR and collected a part saying it has to be replaced. Today is 14th, I have not got an update till now. I have been trying to reach them everyday. They dont give you their direct numbers and their customer care number takes atleast 30 mins to get you connected to a representative. Trust Me, I have been on calls with them for atleast 12 hrs since last week. I have attached a screenshot too. Plz check


And here the fun begins! They don't have an idea what the problem is. They do not coordinate among themselves. Only revert you will get is" we will get back to you" This might sound OK for first 2-3 calls. But after one week of same sh*t,  it started getting on my nerves. They gave me one direct number after lot of shouting. And guess what? this guy never answers his phone. Today one of their representative was explaining me that once a part is acquired from samsung, they keep the part in observation for more than a week. I asked him, then how come no one knew this since last week? Their excellent strategy is to ignore customers and play escape games! Oh and get this, they have a escalations ID on their website. And who checks and gets back? NO ONE! THEY ARE JUST BSing THEIR CUSTOMERS.


Their service team is a bunch of losers and retards. It goes without saying that im not going to step into their store again. I advise anyone who is reading this " STAY AWAY FROM RELIANCE> THEY ARE BIGGEST BUNCH OF LOSERS

Please never ever attempt to buy anything from #RelianceDigital - especially Indiranagar, Bangalore branch - I am sure the other branches would be no better. Please do NOT purchase any products from Reliance Digital - they have bogus customer service called Reliance ResQ. Please avoid and buy from your local stores - the customer support ends at the sales/billing section. Ironically named resQ - instead you will need to be Rescued from their customer service team!


PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL. I dont believe your bogus resQ team - they have been harassing since the past 3 days in the name of customer service - you will please contact/PM your Indiranagar branch in Bangalore and train your staff. This was my first experiment with Reliance Digital - it is pathetic to the core.compared to local stores like Pai - you stand no chance!

Hi guys, I got AC from reliance digital, banashakari third stage Bangalore. Worst expertise .sale person told it'll be delivered in one and and one hundred pc next day they're going to return and fix it up. i'm fool to trust them . it has been four days they're simply delaying and spoken communication it's season. a lot of|another|an additional|a new|an extra|an added} factor i'm fool to ignore close to by store adhishwar and Pai WHO coted Maine a thousand rupees more and told this can be the matter with reliance digital and that they even told reliance have reduced worth by giving some native stabilizer .


It's true they gave Maine native stabilizer not vguard . do not however wherever it needs reliance individuals to come back and fix it .

Very poor selfish service and attendancetook 20 minutes to get a bill printout and half an hour to attend to gift wrap, once item bought in no mans land. manager fought with me and insulted when complained! Traumatic experience! Will never go again to the store.

I purchased a reconnect rice cooker from Reliance Digital, Ambiance Mall, Vasant Kunj Delhi. At first, while buying, I was convinced I was buying a good product since reliance digital provides 2 years warranty for every reconnect made product.


After a month, it started creating problem then I took it to the Vasank Kunj Store, the place where I bought it from. It took 30 minutes to get passed into the store because of the so called security check. Then at customer centre they told me to wait for another 45 minutes. Then a guy came and told me, "this device cannot be refurbished here, you have to take it to the Gurgaon Centre." Then I took it to that place. There, a guy asked me to pay Rs. 500 in advance and they will make it all right. He called me after 15 days and said this will not be repaired.


Now, at the end of the day, I paid for rice cooker. Then again I paid another 500 and finally I did not get anything. This is what reliance digital is all about. Then I went to the Gurgaon store and shouted in a loud voice. They changed the product with another one, which again did not work after 2 months. I have kept all the bills and the second product with me. And, I will again go to the centre and ask for a permanent solution of the problem, that is refund of my amount. I had horrible experience with reliance digital. So I do not rely on them.

Friends, Never buy LED TV from Reliance digital stores anywhere, because they sell DEFECTIVE handsets. I bought a Samsung tv from them and with in 10 days it started showing its drama and I contacted them immediately. But there was rude response from them and asked me to contact service center

My friend purchased laptop at reliance digital and he got extended warranty for purchasing over there. After an year he got some battery problem.


When we gave laptop for service he gave lame excuses every time. He just postponed it for almost 1 month. It was very disgusting and finally he said he repaired it.When we are back at our hostel.It was again the same. He didnt fix it. So again the process repeated. That was the worst servicing I have ever seen.

Pathetic after sales service from Reliance Digital

I am writing this utter frustration after having called Reliance multiple times and receives numerous false promises. I had unfortunately bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Reliance Mart show-room in Mark Square Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore, a little more than a year back. The refrigerator is having cooling issues.


Firstly, I had a very tough time registering a complaint. I had to argue with Whirlpool and Reliance-Park-Square customer care officials for 2 days. Finally, a sane customer-care personal from Reliance agreed to register a complaint(complaint number 8004997720).


But I think that was end of all customer support from Reliance. Since a week, I am calling up the Reliance customer care guys, including 1800-103-1044 and other local contacts. Every day I get an assurance that it will be immediately attended to, but nothing turns out.


I am appalled by the lack of apathy from Reliance and Whirlpool which are supposed to be famous brands. Because of fridge-compressor guarantee, I am not able to move to other local fridge-repair vendors. Even escalation to higher Reliance customer service officials did not yield any results except some spam in my mail-box that my request is being attended to - no timelines still.


After exactly 2 months and payment of Rs 3500.00 for various parts and service, the refrigerator is in the same bad condition.

Normally I never give bad review even the service are not great but this time that I bought a Sony speaker on Friday for my use Saturday party and the sales person promised me to deliver next day before noon. Waiting to 2pm none coming so I call customer service 1800 and said can't contact the store and will call me back with the info. Half an hour later I try call the store and connect directly and complain why it didn't arrive.


They said there is an error in their system that my order didn't go through and will deliver on Sunday, so I said I can't as need it for tonight and they offer the display one without any compensation. I decline it and nicely said. I will borrow my friends sound system and lease deliver Sunday before noon and did asked 10 times to promised to deliver before noon. Sunday at 11am the warehouse called and saying will be deliver before 3pm and said no, you guys promised and if not coming by noon, I just want to cancel the order.


This is the most terrible service! I will understand first time but after promising 10 times asked it will deliver before noon and now they want it later. NEVER AGAIN BUYING FROM RELIANCE!
