I Purchased a HITACHI 1.0 Ton ac with reliance digital Nagole last year. The installation was not done properly as the technician sent by them are in a hurry to install and go for next. Instead of four screws they only fix two opposite screws and complete the process.


This year I  had a problem with my indoor unit and there was a water leakage. I called customer care( Be patient enough as you need to wait at least 15 min to be attended by the executive) The technician called me and asked for the location and did not attend. The next day,  I tried to reach him over phone 5-6 time and there was no reply from that technician. Again story starts . waiting for executives voice after 15 min of songs and music. Again they register a complaint( raise the ticket / raise the book / raise the BP/ raise the anger) and said "Sorry for the inconvenience ".


DO NOT GET CARRIED AWAY BY THE SHOP KEEPER'S FALSE PROMISES.


Once we purchase the product, they least bather  about the customers. Not at all good service by the reliance digital.

I've bought an LG A.C 1.5Ton 3star from this store on 30th of april, got it delivered the next day. But when it comes to installation they took almost 15 days to install the ac at home that too after a lot of complaints.Ok I could bare that, but what really disheartned me is that the technician just fooled us by installing an old copper pipe that too to a whopping of almost 4, 000 from us.I repeatedly kept telling him that the pipe is an old one, he kept saying no, and the pipe was neither 3m long.I've bought the highest rated, highest price brand new A.C of 40, 000k. It was my dream to get a very good ac at home. I did it. & I also got ready to pay another 2550 for extra copper pipe. He took the money from me but installed old pipe which is in very bad condition.I always had a bad taste for Reliance, so I never turn towards it and finally this time when I given them a last try, they proved me that they are really fraud people.Go for a cheap store in hyderabad but never go to reliance. Please!

I had bought LG AC from Reliance digital store Aundh, ITI road and had nightmare for installation with reliance digital. They dont handover installation and post install service maintaince to company i.e. LG instead they have outsourced the AC install/maintaince to low cost unexperinced folks. They first complain you on site visit @higher floors that site is risky and cannot do install as they cannot step out of window. After that these folks would start suggesting for fabrication, grill cutting @exhorbitant rate and if you dont give them extra income for unnecessary and not required extension you are in for trouble for long time. Even when your building has all necessary work support for AC install viz., paraphet 3 ft wide and long and just 2 feet from install window and add to it full building from bottom to top have installed lot of AC same brand but they refuse to see that and When these cheating is referred to reliance digital store customer folks they would start playing games with you by sending other folks from same team and trouble and cost would increase ovedtime and after repeated rounds and lot of head banging with reliance store folks they would reluctantly tranfer to LG company and you would have to bear half install cost when during purchase they promise install is free and latter also they keep repeating same. Its complete cheating and troublesome experince with reliance digital store. Please buy AC directly from the concerned authorized showroom, and avoid reliance digital store.Also finally LG folks installed it with total ease and zero pain in just 2 hrs flat without any fuss after raising install request half hour before.

I have purchased Reliance TV RECONNECT of 32 inches from Reliance digital KADAPA, Andhrapradesh, where they told me Music box will come along with TV .


They supplied very late the TV and till today they have not supplied my music box which they have promised to deliver in four days.


To all the people of India don't be thinking that Reliance is our Indian company and stores which is fully fraud and untruthful stores of India.

I purchased one VU led Smart tv on 20.08.2017, that time your technician visited our home and fixed table top and he said when ever you required wall mount contact our call center log a compliant we will come and fix the wall mount, I logged a complaint yesterday morning(12.02.2018(9.40 am) with complaint no 8013688305, Till now no one response regarding the compliant and I have several times called today to your tolll free no, they are saying our person will call you regarding this complaint with in 48 hrs, As the 48 hours is getting finished by tomorrow morning 9.40am, so I think your person will coming today midnight, Hope they are serious about it,


Please be serious when a customer calls this is not the first time I am facing. Hope I should not recommend anyone to visit your stores in future due your after sale service which is the worst,

BAD EXPERIENCE SHOPPING WITH RELIANCE DIGITAL

I visited reliance digital of viviana mall, thane to buy air conditioner, I like voltas ac and was asking for discount then he kept me waiting saying other colleague will attend you soon for discount. I was waiting for somebody will come to finalise the order. but that guy was busy on his mobile phone. I was waiting around 30 mintute then other salesman told me to go to the desk. when I finalised the product still he kept me waiting for long for billing because he was again busy on phone for other issue. I think they do not give much importance to customer.


next day when my product is delivered to my place, later I found that remote of the voltas ac is damaged. I immediatly rushed to the store for complaint. He said since this was the last piece so need to ask CRM. later after complainting thru mail I got call from store saying this was the last piece and company has stopped manufacuturing this model. he said you will have to choose other model now.


still that issue is pending and not resolved yet.

One day I went to Reliance Digital to buy a tablet, which is located in Gurgaon.


I told the price but they said that they don't have enough store in that price. and showed me another tab at high prices. I selected one of them and purchased that. It was a calling tab. After some days when I made a call I found that there was issue in calling. sometimes it works and some times its not.


it was a big prblm because when I hv to call somone I have to insert sim in my mob. I showed my tab to my friend and told the prblm and said to send in service center because I was busy that time. My friend told me that his brother also purchased this tab but it was working good. then she told me that she purchases at low price. means the shop keeper looted me. Than I decided to went with myself. I told the shopkeeper that they charged me more and gave me a bad tab. Then he said I can't do anything now and you have to extra pay for reparing. I told that this is guarantee period. but they said it can't repair here so they will send out side so u hv to pay extra. so they looted me again. They are cheater. I am fully disappointed.

I bought a Micromax canvas infinity from the reliance digital store, they showed me the dummy handset and convinced me to buy the handset, let me clear this thing I went to the store to buy a phone within rs 7000, instead of showing me the products of my range they started me showing mobiles above 9000 rs and lured me to buy this worthless canvas infinity, I bought this phone as per their recommendation, I raised my budget to 10000, but what I got , the phone inside the box was having battery issues and the customer service was even worse instead of solving my problem they reffered me to micromax and asked me to leav the store as the billing is done now its not their headache. the manager was dumb as well, I dont know what happened to reliance, worst experience , from now I will buy the handsets from online stores only. Reliance just lost a permanent customer.

I was inside the store looking different phones on the display , I was checking their camera quality so suddenly one of the store employ came and said that you can not take pictures from the phone


I asked him then hote would I Cometo know about the phone then he said he can't do anything


Then I asked him about the specification of a particular phone and he was not knowing them at all and he just told me wrong speciations, just dont but stuff from there

I place a order for New Panasonic One ton AC but they deliver the faulty one and I raised the complain and they replace it after a month and then again it was same faulty. Now these stupid reliance Digital people saying will repair your AC and said I ask for new one not faulty AC and request for cancel the order.


From reliance service center Alen Alkesh Mr Sharma and many people called they said will repair it . I said its ok you want to repair that AC and want me to except the same so replied then I am ok with it but i'll pay only 10 k not more then that. They said not possible as it is New Ac.


They didnt know the difference of new product or faulty product.


There service at store itself is pathetic . Worst exp ever with reliance digital people and there service .

Hey what's up guys.


Today I am going to share my experience with reliance digital store that's located in Bangalore and I have been there to buy a DSLR.


So I've decided to go finally and make the purchase as the store was giving some discount on DSLRs.


When I there and I was choosing a DSLR and after 30 minutes of break I finally selected a Nikon DSLR worth of 55400. And I was going to pay the money in installments, that's EMI .


After the discount was applied the total amount after the discount was 52000, that means I've got a total discount of just 2400! That any kinda discount on a product that's worth of 50K?


I was really disappointed when I saw that I'm getting 2400 rs off on a purchase of 55K.


Now leave that aside, when I selected payment method as EMI, I had to pay the amount as 550 rs pm. For a period of 12 months. Is that justice.?


If you want to buy something from there I advice you not to do this mistake cause it will disappoint you a lot.

Hello Guys, today I a posting a review of Reliance digital Bangalore & this is my own experience. First of all, amongst all the shopping malls around Bangalore, this is one of the shopping mall without parking lot, but I think that's a problem to the local residence as I have visited this mall during my interview days and we are just strolling and looking somethings to buy. As all the malls are great with interior design and highly organised this mall also provides the same, but it misses a few knocks in this section and which makes it a little bit downgrade. Now the store range what we say "zero to hero" kind of experience and you will find all kind of items that you are looking for. They ranges from average to very high. Products although a bit of downmarket. What I think is that Reliance aren't providing same quality products to their stores around the country. Well there are brand products as well but they don't worth it because they are extremely high. They have distinguished sections and the staff members behaviour are carefree. Some them are even unaware of what the customer is talking about or what kind of products they actually want and they tries to manipulate you with some random choices of their selling tactics. This makes me quite irritating in their store. So, watch out carefully when you are buying products and avoid those kind of salesman.

During past, a Sony LED TV was purchased by my sister in Bangalore.Its Audio was working but Video was not working.After repetitive telephonic calls, the service engineer came after four days and took few parts of TV and copy of Reliance ResQ Comprehensive Plan in order to discuss with senior officials and come back.After five days, a call was received by my sister from Reliance Digital's HO, Mumbai that the engineer would be coming within a day and issue will be resolved at the earliest.Again after repetitive telephonic calls and having mailed, nobody came and my sister was irritated and annoyed.She found Reliance Digital as highly irresponsible and unpleasing one as her time resulted in wastage of personal works.She raised her issue in the consumer court in order to get her refund from the fraudsters of Reliance Digital as well as getting rid of them.

M brought a brand new hp printer from reliance digital at on 30th November 2017, the time I bought it am absolutely not satisfied with the quality of the product and customer services hp are cheater pretend they are selling you a quality product but reality is something else day first printer occur problem into a colour cartridges and my work sufferer due to it.I am also log a complain in hp department but customer services is to like a unprofessional Organization,

Ok, so I am not usually the one posting rants or real life incidents, but what happened today has forced me to speak up. This is going to be a long post, and I am not going to censor any names. So here goes -


I was planning to buy a new computer for my work and had fixed the new Macbook Pro as a worthy candidate. We decided to go today and make the awesome purchase only to get the most horrid customer experience we have ever experienced. The store in question is Reliance Digital HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The sales person Madhu, who works in the "Apple department" of said store, pursued us with such determination, and by the way he spoke over the phone, he sounded like he knew what he was doing. Since we are not editing anything out I'll even let you in on the specifics. The Laptop, just like any other apple product costs a bomb, and a good finance scheme really helps. The sales person told us over the phone that we just have to pay 1k as a locking amount for the sale, and the rest of the amount, and I mean the ENTIRE amount, would be eligible for financing. Keeping this in mind, we went into the store. Thats when the horror began.




  1. The store Reliance Digital HSR Layout, did not have the demo piece of the laptop in question. Yes, I did have a hands on of the device in the past, but before locking in the purchase, we all want to handle it one last time, maybe just for reassurance.




  2. The sales person Madhu did not even offer to give us a demo on the smaller variant. "This is 13 inch model. 15 inch model will be same build, same features, just bigger" just doesn't cut it!




  3. The way he strong armed us into talking directly about finance first is by no means a sign of a good salesman. There is something called customer relations, that this store, and specially Madhu severely lacks.




  4. He shocked us by telling us to pay 35k down payment. Fine, that too is acceptable, but was he tongue tied, when we asked him about the specifics over the phone?






Fine, lets give him the benefit of doubt, but once you tell us about the down payment, at least give the customer some time to process the whole transaction.




  1. Generally, when we are considering a purchase of this magnitude, we tend to look for some sort of a discount or an offer. Usually, the e-retail sites or even other resellers give us a better price and there is no ban on mentioning these points to the sales people here. We are just evaluating our options. You don't have to say crap like " If you want to buy you buy, or just go ". We are prospective customers, not beggars.




  2. What do you mean " Why are you asking so may questions? " We are making a large investment, and we are ready to make it too. Don't we have the right to check all points that we have in our mind?




  3. When we asked him to call his manager, the "Really Polite"( sarcasm heavily intended) Madhu told us to, and I quote " Go call him yourself ". Is this the way you treat your customers?




  4. The manager did try to calm the situation, but the damage was already done. The sales person has said things like "You are asking the item for free", "Go on Amazon or imagine store and buy", "Amazon sells refurbished laptops and calls them original". These are the things you teach your sales force Reliance Digital?






This person, who proudly wears the Apple representative t shirt, is dealing bad press at a wholesale.


It was a mistake we didn't record the whole conversation, because we have had a god experience with Reliance Digital in the past.


For some of you this might sound trivial, and unfortunately, we didn't record the conversation so, its my word against his.


Also, I am not looking for any sort of sympathy. I felt I should speak up and strongly recommend you to SKIP this store because I don't think anyone wants to do business with an outlet that treats its customers like beggars.

Hello guys. Today I am going to say a important review on this franchise. Today I went there to buy a dslr. Surprisingly none of the worker helped me out there. I asked them about the dslrs and they all seemed indifferent. However I managed to go to the dslr section. There was no one there standing to help us. After standing there for like 6 min a person came and I asked her about dslr. But after two or three questions it seemed pretty clear that she has no idea about dslr cameras. Again she went to call someone and I have to wait there for another 5 min. Then they said me that they dont hv any dslr packed inside. If I had to buy one I had to get the display model. It is worst.worst feature from the reliance digital. I will never go there to buy anything.


None the less the parking space was there. I parked my bike there. Then again after leaving I have to wait for another 10 min as their truck is unloading in the gate. I am so much furious on this barrackpore reliance digital service

I visited Reliance Digital store to buy a mobile with my friend. But those people are not at all friendly and welcoming to the customers. Even I didn't felt bad at that case. When I asked for the mobile, they are just staring at me like a zombie.


I asked him for the second time to show the GIONEE mobile, then he responded and showed me the piece but whatever I am asking, he is not at all responding and simply staring at me. I thought of may be he don't have any awareness about the stuff and called another person and asked about my doubts.


At last this guy answered, but they are charging high price by saying you are getting the back case and the tempered glass for that price of Rs.800/- . I said I do not need them and give me the mobile for that price. They rudely rejected and I as highly irritated with them and left off. Such a bad service from them is not good for them only.
