Reliance Digital, College Square, Cuttack

I Purchased Samsung TV, they delivered on 13/5/19 but till today installation not yet done as I am not available at home in week days and they did not agree to install the TV after working hours. Finally asked them to plan on today(Saturday) but when I called customer care they told it is scheduled on Sunday but Sunday again I will not be available at home and I do not have any Idea when they will install the TV. Sales team tell the very nice stories but zero support after sales. Very bad service from Reliance digital and I will not visit the store again.

Hello friends

I purchased a o series blue star 1.5 ton ac from reliance digital store allahabad. My experience is very very bad related to reliance digital service product model and their resq plan.

First which model of ac they are displaying in store is totally different from model which one is in stock they are showing 2019 new model but installed model was jan 2018 model which is 1 year 5 month old. When I talked about old model they told you choose the model so never buy any product from any reliance digital store. They sell old dated unsell model from company and sell it in our store.never show real product to you. Says product is in godown and will be dillivered to home after billing.

Never belive any type of their commitment after selling product they completely denied to there commitment.they sell me Resq plan to me for two year 2019 20 to 20 21 commitment while compny already gave me gurantee till 2022 and my resq plan transfer to 2022 to 23 automatically.

Second to sell Resq plan they told completely wrong and deliver false information when you cross check in detail from various level many loopholes present to cheat you so don't buy this plan

To resolve issue related to my model i meet with store manager no solution,

Want to mail next level but CEO mail id is wrong

So i suggest never never never spend your money at any reliance store to purchase out dated product.

I bought a Panasonic AC and first things interment person take 2week to install but at purchase they give me insure that they will install within a 72 hrs,

now for service, I call them and they told me again for 72hr, after 72hrs I call them again at least more them a week every day with same reply " our service staff will call you today by 1Pm " . if you complaint then also, There is no action it took me 4days office leave and 10days of waiting time to get my AC service, reliance don't know customer service and customers pain.

I Have purchased a tv from reliance mall (thakurpukur) on dated 6th May 2019. And now today 10th may 2019. Still not delivered my tv. I have called them several time and they told me you will get your tv today . Called them 6 th may they told get it by 10pm. Called them 7 th told me get your tv today and in this way till 10th may but not delivered my tv.

This is the second time in the same store in Elements mall in Bangalore. The store boys after providing all the specification of the product says stock out of stock.

First time I came to buy a mobile phone months back after looking & liking a product when I went to bill, the guy comes & Teja this product isn't available but other product is.

Today again I came to buy a Tab for a gift urgently for my mother who's flying tonight. After long scrutiny & search I liked Samsung Tab & completed Bajaj fiance with the consent of the sales guy. Once the deal was done with the finance guys, the sales person as usual goes to get the product comes back says the product is out of stock, will be available tomorrow, take the display product for same price etc.

I had no time or patience left with me. This is the forum I think I can aware the consumers. Don't know what's the fraudulent strategy but be aware.

I finally had to buy a tab double the price of the product I had selected initially.

Just bought a TV and the sweet talking sales guy promised delivery and installation the very next day. of course there was no delivery or installation the next day. They delivered the day after what was promised and then the installation person never showed up. We were told to contact the installation company ourselves since the installation is done by some third party. This is THE WORST ever experience I've ever had.

Please stay away from this store. There are plenty of stores out there

I have got lg 1.5 tn ac recently only march 24, just 1 week later it has no gas blower is not functioning I complained to manager and resolve that problem then 2 days working normally again output isnot functioning again they send local guys to repair they said it is power cable proble please contact lg service we will to that also till no one is come and see that and not resolve .its 43, 000 worth no ac in summer our time and money also weast .like this companies what should we do?

Never ever buy Reliance ResQ service along with product. very rude Customer care and I had bought HUL Pureit Water purifier. to just change SF they are saying it will take 7 to 15 days. with regard to HUL Pureit - never buy this product . when pureit indicated to red light for change SF with in few days it will stop working where as ResQ Reliance team need 7 to 15 days to change SF. they are telling live with out water. Never by ResQ product from Reliance

Bought two AC's from reliance digital store sector 29 store, Gurgaon. Installation person came and identified One Hitachi AC defective. Return applied but they are taking more than a month to replace after 100 calls at customer care and then at store. Still awaiting replacement. Then AC no.2 installed. Today I have seen some defect inside swing. Tape has been applied over some defect. Installation engineer din't see this. Water coming out from indoor Unit after payment of 1600. This all is rubbish. Shall never go there. Advise others not to visit these thieves sitting out there. Don't trust this company.

I have taken a extended service of 3 yrs of TV from resque and it has 25 days I have raised an complaint but still they are looking into it ... All are lazy and irresponsible people, not capable of giving service .. worst of worst service .. It will be less than zero rating.

Service is very poor I had complained 10 days erliar still no one come to check the AC, Just I am doing this to make people aware that do not buy any product from reliance digital they use to cheat customer. Store is in GIP mall noida sector -18. Simplly dont buy anything from any reliance digital store.

Details- At the time of purchasing Nokia 8.1, sales person named Yash promised us from his own to give a screen guard and back case as free gift instead of giving any sort of discount and obviously the gifts were out of stock and asked us to come and collect the same from the store once he gave call, obviously they did not call, once I called the sales person, he said sorry and asked me to come and collect from the store on next day without fail, but after reaching there, he simply acted like searching the gift items and told me to come next day morning as the stock not yet reached and did not forget to say SORRY again. It is now almost a month from purchase and have already bought the things from outside stores. Its not at all difficult to buy those small things for the one who already invested 30k on buying a mobile, but the question is, 'Is it really required to make your customer fool by giving such bullshit promises in the name of gifts??'

Suggestions- Please go to the stores like Poorvika, Sangeetha for buying any kind of mobile phones and accessories, They are very rich enogh to handle customers with a healthy discounts in the price along with exciting offers and also awesome gifts pack which includes power bank, back case, cover, screen guard etc.

I paid for 1 Ton Hitachi Window AC with 5 Star Rating. They sent 3 Star ranting AC.

He has not given me Bill the time of delivery. Not asked for GST number. Not assign any engineer to install. He just wanted to sell a product.

Why invoice does not contain Phone Number, it took me more than 10 days to reach Reliance Digital Support.

I paid for 1 Ton Hitachi Window A/C with 5 Star Rating.

That AC is still in the same condition. I request you to get it return or refund.

Don't take the extended warranty with Reliance ResQ team, as they don't resolve the issue and will depend on the product service provider. They are working on the issue resolution more than 2 months for a SPLIT AC and still its not resolved.

DO NOT believe on them.

3rd class service and 3rd class installation people.

Product delivered after 8 days. Purchased TV and Washing machine. Installation guy had no mannners to talk and to behave. They dont even provide cuatomers adddress to installation guys. They call us and keep biting for address. 3rd class service.

Dont ever buy anything from there.

Extremely bad service , we purchased a whirlpool washing machine called 6th sense a year and half back .

It’s a totally defective piece , was repaired 10 times in a year .

Every month they were making iterations for the machine to work waiting for the warranty to get over.

Very difficult to get in touch with with the service team as well, generally reply after 3-4 days after the Cumplain is made .

I feel I have been cheated by buying this .

The company or released team should look into such issues to maintain customer relationship.

Recently I purchased a 64gb sundisk pendrive from relince digital, and I am impressed with the product quality, but I paid more than money compering to the product value, its a big problem of reliance digital, they charges too much money,

The store has all the new varities of tech products, in my opinion relice digital have to reduce their pfice rate

This is to inform that I purchased a mobile handset Samsung J8 on 18/09/2018 at Reliance Digital Store Marathalli along with the Insurance for the mobile contract number AMS - 1782806 dt 18/09/2019 for 1 year.

On 12/01/2019 I met with an accident and mobile screen and back got damaged, I immediately rush to the Reliance Digital Store on 13/01/2019 and raised a complaint against the handset for the Insurance claim to which they state me that the device will be repaired or will be replaced by the AmTrust Mobile Solution. The insurance company took my handset for repairing and sent it back to me on 24/01/2019 In which I found that the handset which was repaired was not properly and I immediately send an email to the AmTrust Mobile Solution.

On 20-02-2019 I again met with an accident and I registered a second claim for y handset as the handset was completely damaged due to accident. From that day they are just delaying the matter and not solving my issue and neither giving me any reply to replace the handset. I got a email from the company on 20-03-2019 that the claim has been declined. I dont know why they have rejected. I have filed a police complaint also and nothing happened as of now.
