Reliance Digital, College Square, Cuttack

I purchased AC from Reliance Digital, Bansdroni and at the time of purchase sales person told me that product will be delivered with in 4-5 days. On 4th day, I called him and inquired about the delivery then they told me that due to some high demands, they are not able to deliver within time so they will take again 4-5 days. Then on 8th day I again asked him and surprisingly I received the same answer. On 10th day they are giving the same answer that it will be delivered within 4-5 days.

These people are making fools to customer. I also contacted customer care they also not given any proper reply. Till today I have not received my delivery. I highly recommend to not purchase any products from Reliance Digital Kolkata.

Sales person selling products to customer with false commitment. During sell they committed that the product will be delivered within 5-6 business day. But at the 4th business day during query they informed that the product is not processed. It will thake minimum 7days to process or may be more than that. They are unable to confirm the date of delivery. Such false commitment to sell the product is really unexpected.

The store in Avni Mall, Howrah has not delivered my 75" Samsung TV since last 12 Days. They took the complete money and promised to deliver within 7- 10 day. After 12 days they are saying its not available yes and will deliver when available. People are very rude in talking.

They're not providing employees discount also.there no values of employees in reliance.

Cashback officer's not provideing to all products.they are manipulating and exploting to customers. You can used online options they're providing good offer's. Don't go stores. I hd buying y22 from stores today but disappointed.

One of worst and unprofessional behavior by Chembur branch did.

He promised the discount one day before and next he refused because of one more customer is ready by the same product which deal was confirmed with me.

This looks a cheap and unprofessionally handling of customer by Reliance digital and after making a noise no one is ready to attain the customer even store manager is showing nothing happend.

Please don't visit to Reliance Chembur branch, its pure unprofessional and cheap service by the sales team.

One of the worst service, Lying staff and no regard for customer. We purchased air cooler product from Reliance Digital ( Palava Dombivli) on 22 nd March , with in 2 hours of usage the product stopped working. The product is brand new and has a 7 day replacement warranty. When contacted reliance on call centre they asked to talk to Symphony. Symphony says it’s brand new talk to Reliance. I called Reliance call centre and spoke to someone who promised that the issue will be sorted by the store. The store was in no mood to help. When I fought they agreed to send a technician and said based on approval we would replace it . The technician came and again nothing was done. The next day when I followed up reliance said that the technician did not do the right thing, we are sending technician again . Today I came to know that technician reported nothing wrong with the product. The product still doesn’t work after every hour or so it shuts down. I am stuck dealing with reliance and their incompetent people

Frustrated with their services. Bought an LED tv of the BPL from Reliance digital (konkane chowk, pimple saudagar), firstly they told us we won't get any tv stand or bracket along with the tv, but after some moment, we realise that the salesman (Aniket Kamble) was lieing to us.

Second, they didn't provide any cover box along with it, just wrapped in a plastic paper and handed over it to us. We were not provided any home delivery of the same. Overall, behavior of the salesman was not polite.

I recently purchased dlink R12 router product and have been extremely disappointed with the quality and seems connecting issues and may be some defect for this product. The product advertised did not match what was delivered and the customer service was unhelpful.

Even I went reliance digital store where I have purchased and the sales man he didn’t bother about our concern and accepted my request for exchange or any help me out this.

I really regretted for this product and worst management providing to the customers. I faced worst experience while visited in your store in 1 meet.

I would never recommend this company or their products to anyone

We bought a sony sound system and its not working from just in a week.

The reliance digital people wont answer and sony people also wont reapond.They will just drag the matter for months and we r frustrated by putting our money in this product.

Dont go to this store and more over i heard from the sony service person that sony aound bars are having more complaints.Friends i suggest u all not to go to reliance digital bcas they sell defective products and dont buy sony bcas they make defective pieces to cheat people who believe in brand

Two bad experience with reliance one is i purched Oven delivery time 15days. I ordered One Plus TV on 3rd of October(Order ID: RDF40834493) from Reliance Digital online shopping, my order got delivered after more than a week(After multiple calls to customer care and raising complaints). Worst thing is that after the TV was delivered, its been more than 8 days no one has come for installation.

I am calling everyday for status but no one is least bothered. Biggest shock to me was I was told by customer care that installation is completed by technician - but the installation is still not done. Requested call from higher management multiple times but no one is least bothered.

Biggest mistake in my life is to order from Reliance Digital that too my first order, such a ridiculous experience.

Not sure who is managing the Online shopping department, requesting them to stop the business if they are not able to live up to customer expectations. Grow up please .

They deliver the online orders through a nonsense and cheap courier Ecom Express. I was just waited for 10 days, everyday the status was oo delivery and delivery failed. They never mind to deliver. It was the worst experience with Reliance dig, simply wasted my time thinking for the product.

People writing the negative reviews here about Reliance Digital are right. Now I will add - be it online or offline, stay away from Reliance Digital. Below is my experience with them today.

Since GoPro 10 is a bit expensive, I was looking to buy a GoPro Hero 9 from offline store in Mumbai. I called up the Andheri Reliance Retail store. They informed me that it is not available in their store but it would be available in their Juhu store.

When I called up the Juhu store, they told that it is not in stock but they can arrange it from a nearby store. If I visit their store today and make the payment, I can collect the GoPro from the store tomorrow. When I asked from which store they would arrange it, they told that they would arrange it from their Chembur store.

I did not want to pay without having the product. So I decided to visit the Chembur store direcly. To my utter surprise, there was no stock in that store as well. They had neither the GoPro 9 nor the GoPro 10 in stock. On top of that, one guy again told me that he can arrange it for me. This arrangement thing was difficult for me to understand. If you don't have stock, just admit it. Why are you lying to people?

I understood the whole game. The Juhu store lady wanted me to pay Rs 36999/- today and told that the product would be arranged from the Chembur store. Somebody coming from Chembur would carry it. I doubt they would have arranged it from Amazon or some local store at a cheaper price(at Amazon it is available for Rs 34700) and would have sold me that at a higher price. I did not want to buy online. That's why I wanted to visit a known store and get a genuine product.

Anyways, I learnt a lesson today. Be it online or offline, stay away from Reliance Digital. I advise others to do the same. Thank you.
