Please do not trust these online can services who claims cheapest one way can services which is not true, they are Fraud. Please try chatting on their live customer support nobody responds and when you try calling customer support number a lady attends it's without any greetings and introduction and she's totally clueless about the call being placed.

I will give zero star .Driver was chewing pan masala, he used to open the door every time to spit pan masala, it was so risky, , there ac was not working then after so many argument , he was ready to fill gas , car reached to pick up after one hour and due to ac we wasted one hour more , so the beginning of journey started with chaos and mismanagement, we were traveling with family , I don't suggest anybody to book from this agency .very bad experience. No ethics and discipline , whole journey got spoiled

The driver that I was allotted from Jaipur to Bhopal spent the entire car journey scrolling his phone.

Literally scrolling on the speed of 80-100km/hr.

It left us nervous and in anxiety.

Even upon telling him that stop using your phone he continued.

This made a 8-9hr journey into a 14hr journey.

He also proceeded to talk and curse loudly for 3-4hrs. My mother asked him to focus on the road and he literally brushed her away.

I messaged the concern person on reke regarding the same and no response.

Will definitely not be using their services again and would recommend others to be careful also.

This app forced me to give this a 3 star rating.

Responsibility of the driver's adherence to traffic laws was outstanding, consideration of other road users, and proper vehicle maintenance was perfect . Finally, has a great skills and ability to handle a vehicle safely, the knowledge of driving techniques, and their comfort with vehicle handling was assume. He is a very good driver having good driving skills and very good character. I rate him and services of your team very high.

I have booked a cab for oneway and paid the agreed reservation amount. After that no communication from them inspite of asking mutliple times thru whatsapp and they never take calls in the contact numbers. It never connects.

So pls dont book and get cheated with this fraud transporters.

How these people are doing business by just cheating as business motivation.

It's a fake company. They are only collecting money from customers you don't get service. Nobody will pick up calls also. I have lost 5000/- last week. They have a tie-up with Simple, and Rozerpay for payment collection. These two companies have done tie-up without verifying the company background.

Booked a one way can from Noida to Pune for 15th Feb 2023 and paid the demanded advance of 3087.17, but no confirmation email or message or call received even after passage of two hours from the time of payment having been made. Tried contacting their customer care to hear a recorded voice that the phone being called is busy. Their chat service is unresponsive. Finally, sent them two emails but no reply till now.

Found a number on their website to contact them in case of payment not being confirmed when the person on other end asked me to pick up a call while I was in conversation asking me to talk to his senior. This was unusual and I disconnected the call. I am still waiting to hear from reke india. I had to book another cab from Savaari.

I had booked cab from Dwarka gujaratto Rajkot airport. i had done part payment of 697 RS and balance was to be paid later on. Till now no can details provided.till contacting Reke customer care who is simply disconnecting call. Very pathetic state affair.I if i thinking of reporting the matter to cyber fraud police so that innocent people do not fall prey to such conmen

1:Rent promises are not met.started with one rate and charges like toll and permissions are added once drooe is over.i even showed the driver the invoice which shows all extra charges are included.But driver was not listening and started to say all keralites are like this.But i showed him all the agreement.

2:Driver was tired and was using pan masala while driving at night.He stopped the car 2 /3 time for smoking only.Driving skill was poor and dangerous.

I never suggest anybody to use this service at any emergency.You need to reach the destination safely .

First a person Fayaz will call you promising a very competitive rate and then will share a payment link. He will continously call for payment, then his colleague Praveen Kumar will call assuring that on payment cab details will be provided. After payment, driver details will be provided and driver will call to say he will come by so and so time. Finally at time of pick up, nobody will come, silly excuses will be given and refund will be promised. But nothing happens. This is a complete fraud organisation run by very dishonest people who just want to scam you for comission. My entire family had to suffer so that these people could take some comission amount. I really hope these people and their families suffer like I have suffered today because of their dishonest nature and intentions.
