I have been stuck with this company for many Years. Recently they have unilaterally implemented a 15 day sync limit on IMAP. So if You as a professional use any email client like outlook, You are finished! Get ready to survive with 15 days of emails. This company is on route to becoming extinct. Its best to change your email address, and go to google. I know its painful, but staying with this ompany is not an option! And if you are not a customer, run away like the plague!

I have been down on my mailbox since 15 days. When I contact, they ask me for several information, download this, bla bla bla. And after submitting all the error reports the team vanishes & does not even respond to your mails. Pathetic & frustrating.

They dont want the domain owner should be able to update name server while they have given domain control panel.As common user you may update name server and keep waiting that it may reflect but in realty the control panel is sudeo .When you talk to there customer care they simply disconnect the call and dont want to listen to anything.

One of my friend owns a clothing businesss and opted for rediffmailpro.com to fulfill his business needs. Initially they have provided a good service. After some days he frequently getting issues with it. He alwys needs to contact the customer care service for their assistance. The customer care people used to take 24- 48 hours to resolve the issue. Eventually he lost his profits because of this internal mailing issues. Yes, it is user friendly but it takes too much time to load the content Once after loading the service runs fast.

No matter if the content and informatiion is good, customers need to be satisfied. In our case my friend highly disappointed and changed this mailing service to other service.

I hab my first email account on rediffmail in year 2010 and have used to for a long time. Its email sending is same as anyother email service but its mail directory settings are not that great like google. They still need to improve their interface.
