I am from 2013 batch, science faculty.
Lets consider various aspects.
Infrastructure: Very nice, not much parking space though. Small basketball court , big library, big chemistry Biology and physics labs and a very nice Auditorium. Class room capacity is generally 150. So very huge class rooms.
Faculty: Honestly very nice faculty, you have to pay attention though since they will be handling a batch size of 120 students.
Ambience: People from well to do families accomodate most of the classroom strength. Not so strict faculty. Small parks, canteen and the famous Bandra link road for shopping is just outside the college.
Fees: This is a Government aided college so if you qualify cut-off marks. Hardly in less than 5000 INR ( including books, lab apparatus) you can complete your HSC. Or else un-aided students may have to pay upto 20-25k for completing HSC.
Travelling: Bandra railway & bus station is 15 mins walkable (railway and bus station are very close to each other) and Khar road station is 10 mins walkable. From Bandra you will get fast trains and not from Khar road. You can get a train pass from college. Which makes travelling through train as free. Also you can get a Bus pass from college for 300₹ per month. This free passes are only available till HSC, the passes are free for girls only, till BSC, BCOM or BA.
Future or Jobs: There is placements for Bachelor degree holders, but you should have atleast 60% and more. (frankly speaking, placements are just first step and you can get job on your own from anywhere if you are hardworking student. So dont worry about placements).
Well, National College have a inhouse Engineering course offered by Thadomal sahani, which is next building of RD National College. But very costly. (around 2L/year fees in Thadomal sahani).
Overall, Very nice college. Peers in Bandra are Andrew's college, Rizvi college, etc. You can all information in the guidance from HSC board.
Best of luck.

- Thank You! We appreciate your effort.
