I have called to customer care to get my statement last month statement he told please give 1 min and kept an a hold for 24 min it very disgusting please call me otherwise I should go for further action it's very very worst pathetic service ????????,

I beg you to stay away from any of their products especially credit card. Most unprofessional bank with employees who neither have knowledge nor manners. If you call their call center you will hear people abusing in the background. Nothing apne jaisa about Apno Ka Bank. Stay as away as possible.
This is one of the wrost bank went and it does not help and don't give any single features which is benificial to the customer.phone does not provide phone banking which is so bad for this developing field. The ATM of this bank is not available in so much quality I am not satisfied with the Atm facility of this bank. The bank does not provide any specially facility like net banking, fast fund transer. so proved a bad features of this bank. the customer service of this bank is very bad and this bank of the customer operator is talk to abusiely so bad.

They will not do the work properly. They just add addition cost to you. Then you can't reach them. If you reached, then they will say to look into this. Then another problem will start.
Their employees have no knowledge .

HI I AM USING AN RB L CREDI CARD. I HAVE PURCHASED AN MOBILE IN EMI OPTION IN FLIPKART. BUT NO EMI WAS ACTIVATED AND PAID THE FULL AMOUNT TO CLOSE THE CARD. BUT A MONTH LATER I RECIEVED A MEASSAGE STATING THAT TRANSACTION CHARGES FOR EMI FOR WHICH I HAVENT USED. I WAS QUITE ANNOYED AND TRIED CALLING YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER BUT IN VAIN.
AND THE APP IS MORE IRRITATING THAT WHENEVER I LOGIN IT WILL ON SAYING PLEASE WAIT.
AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR TEAM.
I AM GONNA SETTLE THE WHOLE BILL NOW AND CANCEL THE IMMEDIATELY.
I have received my credit card 2 days back but I am not able to transfer the amount to my bank account, moneytap app still showing wait for the card. Tried calling customer care many times but didn't got any helpful suggestion or resolution, worst experience till now with RBL bank, please provide the solution asap
The RBL mybank app does not work for last 3 months. Have re-installed the app maybe 15 times. The toll free number does not work either and says busy always. Phuckers have given me a card and I don;t know how to check balance. Waste of time. NEVER EVER get this card. The name is so cheap. Ratnakar Bank Limited as if it's a slum area bank.
Don't tryit. I had applied loan from Moneytap via online application. Moneytap had sent RBL credit card with 91000 credit limit. On 3 October i had transferred amount 91000 from Moneytap with EMI option. Then after every month RBL BANK sends sms outstanding amount 91000 or 88000. I have sent more than 50 email to Moneytap email id but they always reply "don't worry bill will be settle in next billing date". Same reply i have got after3 month. I have contacted ob RBL customer care with request number "04901444" and 05260212. I have tried so many times customer care but they reply that your request is under process. But still no any process has been done. As per moneytap email response i have paid 7000 on 10th November. But after 90 days no any process by RBL BANK or moneytap. RBL's telecollection department always ask for outstanding amount which is already converted into EMI. So sir please do the needful. Please find attached file for your reference.
I have contacted RBL customer care 2 weeks back and raised complaint against some issues in the Cred824it card statement. But till today no response from them. Actually I have applied for split and aishwaryasingh23 for an amount of Rs.30, 000/- @ 16% ROI, Though financial charges are applied for split and aishwaryasingh23 but the statement shows that I have to reaishwaryasingh23 the entire amount of Rs.30, 000/- as full aishwaryasingh23ment with additional 2% as processing fee and 18% GST. I have raised a complaint. 2 weeks back. but there is no response from the customer service team.
Personal loan tele excutive promised and confirmed interest rate and charged rate is too differance of 3%.
Regarding this I was contact all type of customer care center through phone and nearest branch(Madhapur Branch) mail there is no response from them.
Ever since I started using internet banking on RBL Bank, my life has been simplified manifold! I don’t need to stand in queues anymore to pay those bills anymore!
I have been using MoBank App by RBL Bank and it has been so helpful! The best part is that I have used it for a year and I have not faced even a single issue with the app. I am even teaching my parents to use it now.
I have banked with other banks and have used their Internet banking facility.
On using RBL Bank's internet banking facility it gave me a lot of comfort.
I like using the fund transfer feature and there is no hassle of authentication . No need to carry debit cards in your pockets and purses round the clock.

I have got a message from RBL Bank that your credit card is out for delivery today. And after 2 hours you will get a message that your delivery got cancelled due to un availability at given address.
I did not got any call from delivery boy and they simply cancelled.
RBL has xpressBees as a courier vendor which providing most worst service in india.
They dont have manners, how to talk with customers and how to reply them.
I called three times customer care but no use they only said sorry.
Please ban this bank with xpressBees courier from india.

Any company whose system and integrity is not good will definitely fall, a simple example: “try to contact their customer care of credit card department” you will never get connected and talk to an executive. they are not professionals at all…
one week back I have received my New Credit Card from RBL Bank, I had a small doubt then I called Customer care, and the Hilarious thing is there is no option of speaking to a representative and I decided to cancel immediately, they have to learn from Citi Bank or at least they can imitate or copy how they function. Damn bank wasted my time. and charged 4000/- even after cancelling when I haven't used the card.

I heard about online account opening of RBL account. Thought to try it. When I actually started process, I found its very easy and user friendly process. Anyone who is having aadhar card and pan card details can open account in hardly 30 mins time.
I got my customer id and account number with other details in 30 mins while I was opening my account.
They sent their executive to collect the photocopies of KYC doc and photo. the signature on account opening form.
In next 3 days I received my ATM card with Cheque book.
Their online app is very user friendly. The card is not having any charges till date for unlimited withdrawals from any bank's ATM.
I am very impressed with such an awesome service.
Individuals should try this account where you can open from anywhere and use the same without any charges.
I opened a term deposit for my mother around 9 months ago on my last visit to India with RBL Ludhiana branch. Now when I accessed her form no. 26AS, turns out the bank has missed reporting one quarterly interest and the TDS withheld. I'm stuck as cannot file her tax return until the bank reports the correct interest and TDS. Have had to make numerous calls to their customer service call centre and the Ludhiana Branch. They have promised to correct it by end of this month, I'm hoping for the best. Also the latest quarterly interest payment in the monthly statement does not mention the TDS deducted and I fear I'll have the same issue next year i.e. a wrong Form 26AS. Have asked them to correct this as well. Not happy, how can so many errors occur and their software is not picking it up. Please don't open any fixed deposits with this bank as something is seriously wrong with their software. We need peace of mind, do not want to keep running to the branch to get issues corrected.
