I WORE THIS ONE AT FIRST TIME AFTER BOUGHT THE SAME.

THIS IS NOT MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE MORE THAN COUPLE OF TIMES I FACED DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES.

Raymond Marathalli, Bangalore shop is the worst Raymond outlet . Fake products, poor customer care, the tailor who is assigned on behalf of Raymond is horrible. Please avoid this store as you will get cheated. Raymond is losing trust

I has been a regular client of Raymond. But unfortunately this was my last purchase Because of pathetic experience with Raymond in bhiwadi.

Firstly I bought 2 suit pieces with and got stiched with Raymond only. Tue fitting was not upto the Mark after trail. I have informed the co ncerned person but again same thing happened after final trial.

I don't have option to go and take the useless stuff after spending around 30k.

Second experience was when I bought a white colour shirt and due to size, need to exchange. However they refused to change after 4 days.

I don't have a choice but to adjust again.

Finally, decided not to with such a poor brand and poor quality of staff.

I mr Hanif Majoria have bought cloths of 18880 on Jan 2022 with holding the original bill in one of the material the colour become fade and the original colour change into off white colour and when I claim to them regarding the colour they said they have to check with the factory regarding the issue and after 1 week they respond me by saying the colour is same off white it's not faded or change and when I reply them the colour is not off white the colour is different like same on chain and the tread and the staff regularly doing arguments and asking photo of the colour with me and I said what is the guarantee that you will believe on that, you have the records of the colour you can match the colour with the series number and in last I said, what you mean the tailor is mad what on the off white dress he will use different colour chain and tread, friends don't believe on the brand better to go other brand with good quality and good price, friend I will take this case to consumer court as I m having all records let's see what will be the decision and can't let them go easily,

After my complaint to Consumer cell raymond they short out the issue and exchange the cloth to a new cloth, Thank you Raymond.

It was a worst experience because the fabric my husband purchased was costly and with just one dip in water the colour of the shirt started coming out more over the worst experience was that of the staff's behaviour with their customers they behaved very badly with him this raymonds is in pottamal kozhikode

This not happened only one this time but whenever I go to that shop which is in inorbit bcoz of her..

Her kindness and body language how to handle Customr and convert into business..she knows very well..

I never buy from Raymond since 2017.and now I have only Raymond clothes...

I had bought trousers cloth from Raymond. He took more than 3 weeks to deliver the tailored cloth and made to run around puller to post for more than a month. Avoid going to Raymond’s for stitching.

We had this terrible experience with Raymonds clothing recently,

The clothes we bought was from an exclusive Raymond showroom in Commercial Street Bangalore.

And the clothes we bought were in semi-premium range.

We had bought Raymond Fine Fabrics Men's Ready-to-Stitch clothing from Prestige Fashions Private Limited Commercial street bangalore.

Just after single wash the clothes lost their colours, faded and look old.

When we went back and complained about the same to the retailer he said that he cant do much as the clothes need to be sent back to Raymonds and they will verify the cause of the issue and will refund only if we the case was satisfied was a manufacturing defect.

We had spent around 20K for clothing and attached are the bill details and clothes that have faded just after a single wash.

Raymonds clothings are cheaters and possibly going down the drain in few years, beware they charge high and exuberantly but when there is a defect they do not heed.

If there was a problem with washing why are the old clothes still fine?

Please avoid buying from Raymonds

I stitched my clothes on Raymond shop first time. Bloody Tailor of raymond shop took my measurement. When I tried my clothes these were stitched vary bad. I will never go to Bloody Raymond. 995381xxxx

Some time back- in October 2019, I received an offer on my credit card, that I would get a 50% off on tailoring. I logged on and placed my order and then found at the last page that my request wasn't getting submitted. Whereupon I called their toll free number and made umpteen attempts before which I could make contact. I was told there is a booking done and someone will contact me but noone ever did.

Cut to February 2020 and I made a booking online for Sunday the 9th of Feb. Raymond called back to confirm and one Mr Fazal Sheikh too called up to tell me he was coming at 9AM on the 9th. I waited all excited that finally Raymond was coming over but I was left disappointed this time too. I called Mr Shaikh at the no he had called from but he never picked up nor called back.

Inefficient, unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I have had a consistently bad experience with them and in spite of earlier unpleasant experience this time I again gave them the benefit of doubt and availed the service. It turned out to be not just disappointing but a disaster. Two pairs of trousers that I gave for altering haven't been delivered for almost close to two months, the new order that I gave, the clothes weren't stitched up to the specifications. Multiple follow-ups have yielded only frustration and further follow up. call center number only keeps ringing, no response to an email sent to customer care. Guys you have no idea what damage you are doing to the Raymond brand. The only upside is that whichever executive visited me was decent in communication.
