Very bad service provider is Rapido I have never use this app before but now I download this app for booked a rapido two wheeler and shows 12 rs pending in my last ride how ridiculous is this and even I agree to pay but ride is not booked

I am a rapido captain, rapido ko morning dhamaka is fake, koi garranty nhi he kamai ki, mene login kia tha 8 to 11 lekin sirf ek hi ride aai thi vo mene complete ki 61 rs mile, or rapido ne extra kuchh nhi dia or kahte he Rapido

Today I just book an auto. App showed me 256 - 325. Firstly before coming to the location driver asked me what is the amount showing and I told him the amount he demanded 50 more. I agreed. Then after dropping in the location he took 500 and saying waiting charges and other charges. What is it going on. Such a worst app and their selection of drivers.

On apr 7 th i got a ride he stopped us 2 times in the middle of the road and asked us to pay extra when we asked to move in other direction .....the customer support was waste of time no reason...Apr 8 th again same thing happened this time the driver stopped us 4 km before the destination saying " I'm i u r prsnl driver to take u to the exact location" and " he also said " my should i waste my 1 hr in traffic im i gng for my prsnl shpng" and left us taking the whole money " without dropping in exact loc customer care called me but no action is being taken till now

Very poor driving and rapidi drivers are cheating


They are charging more than app rate. Drivers talking linked genuine but atlast getting they are not telling the app rate. They are adding rs.54 extra and as if app rate. But after paying when we check the app therate is different. So don't believe rapido drivers please.

Today 3rd April, 2024 I boarded a auto from rapido in which I came to Indiranagar and after getting down I made payment to driver by scanning which was Rs.250 and after that he was telling that he didn't receive the payment, so again he asked to do payment by phone number and if it's double payment was there then he will return but now he is telling that that payment was not done twice but from my history its showing that two times payment was done, as you can see in attachement.


Double payment was made by me to his account


I want my extra Rs. 250 back now. Please kindly look into this.


AND THE PAYMENT WAS SHOWING 189.00 HE TOOK 250 AND THAT ALSO TWO TIME .

One captain took extra charges from me complaint to rapido, rapido said we will not give u money not in the policy but can give u coins which I can use in other ride kept conditions I sud use in one year and coins got disappeared from my account and Told it has validity only one month. False statements and worst service. Because of rapido mistake they gave me money I should use that my money when they want what stupid condition guys don't ever go for rapido my humble request. Go for Ola uber rapido is not rapido it's fake comments

Not one but I have many to say.


1.First of all its costly.


2.Auto guys will force to pay them directly and some insist for cash payment after telling OTP. We might loose any rapido coins.


3.Tip bar starts moving so fastly such that if we ignore it for a second automatically tip can get added.


4.Too many clicks to book a auto. When we are in a hurry to book a cab, we get review request for our previous booking and then we have to check for our regular locations and then avoid their unnecessary msgs in between and we have to escape the tip trick and then finally we will end up booking a cab. so frustrating.


and the list goes on.




  1. Auto guy will accept and then if they are not ready then they will wait for us to cancel and they will not move from their location. we have to waste time waiting to see if they are coming or not .

I was about to receive an order on Friday 15th of March but the delivery guy decided to take the parcel for himself


We are constantly simply just sending e-mail back and forth to Rapido and the only response we get is “we are looking into it” that’s all.


Worthless app worthless “customer support”. I hope they shut this business down.

Yesterday, Saturday the 16th March, 2024 was a horrible day for me in Rapido cab.


I am a Senior citizen and was travelling with my spouse & Google Local Guide- Level 7.


Due to extreme heat confition prevailing, I checked with the driver, whether his cab having A C. After having confirmation from him, I gave the OTP.


I booked a cab gor a 21km ride to attend a marriage and the amount shown was Rs.435/-.


The first ride of my Rapido came with full of Mosquitoes, which kept me busy in pushing Mosquitoes from cab while opening all glasses while travelling 3 to 4 kms.


The driver put A C in no.1 mode around 1pm with lot of humidity and heat outside being a mid afternoon.


After prolonged discussion, he straightaway refused to increase A C and when I tried to spk to Rapido, surprised that there is no SoS button, the driver dropped me after 8kms, ie between PVNR Flyover Pillar No. 145/146 and started quarrelling anddemanding full amount of the ride.


Misbehaved in-front of public and threatened of dire circumstances if I don't pay full amount.


Tried to spk customer care of Rapido but no action.


I had to call the police control room.


He ran away when I called police.


Rapido customer care people ( sitting in A C rooms ) asking me to elaborate the incident but no action taken after 24 hours. Surprisingly, the customer care lady confirmed that Rapido does not confine for A C cabs and there is no SoS push button in Rapido service.


The pathetic state of affairs of rapido.


Higher Fare, Worthless power pass

The actual fare is always higher than estimated fare even though you take same route. Also, their power pass is just a source for them to earn more money, the actual fare will always be more or less same. The power pass gets cancelled automatically and you might end up paying higher fare.

So today I booked a rapido from office , when I was just about to reach my house like 100 meters away , one auto driver came and stop the driver and started threatening him in kannada , saying that rapido was banned in Karnataka , he also asked me to stop booking rapido going forward and he was threatening the rapido driver to cancel the ride and he asked me to go away without the payment , which I did because I was too scared and now I tried calling customer service which I was not able to reach , and they called me back after an hour or so . I just wanted them to check if the rapido driver was okay , and I also wanted to make the payment which I was trying to explain what happened to the agent but that girl could not understand a single thing that was coming out of my mouth , she's pretending to understand but i realised that she didn't understand anything , so till now I haven't made the payment to the driver or rapido . I hope the driver is well .


High price inflation after completing the ride.

The fare was Rs. 99 when I had started booking. I reached the location and it asked me to pay 179 Rs. The traffic was no different than any other day. And during booking or throughout the ride, rapido never asked me to confirm the highly inflated price.

Today I booked Rapido cab.while booking fare was 293.driver didn't even tell in which route he is going.finally after completion of ride, he charged 381. I asked why fare difference means he was telling 2 toll charges.but in the route we passed only 1 toll.raised a complaint to customer care.that time after chatting for 2hrs he said due to route change its charged extra.


TOTALLY RAPIDO IS A CHEATER. TELLING CHEAP RIDES.BUT ACTUALLY THEY ARE CHEAP.

Why this Rapido app is continuously hanging & unfit to detect the location? This happens everytime I use, so for what the hell this app is generated? There's always a demand for extra moneyfrom the drivers that's okay according to the distance and timings. But it's very irritating when the app sucks to find the pick up place & drivers when it's so emergency for the riders.

I really disappointed with Rapido auto recently, When I decided to book a Rapido auto, I assumed that the price displayed on the app would be the final fare.


Upon booking the auto, I was shocked to discover that the final fare was significantly higher than the initial estimate.


So I request everyone please please please never book Rapido


Go with local auto


Atleast they don't cheat us by increasing price after reaching the location
