I'm really sorry to say that my food bag was stolen by the rapido delivery driver and for that also they have colleced delivery changes. This is unacceptable, and you should definitely report it to the rapido records to resolve the issue. earlier so many times I used do like this from ola & uber they are very honest but This Rapido driver is a theif and for this company is aslo supporting

Beware of Rapido Bike cheats

If you hire Rapido bike, especially outside your city ( where you don't know the terrain) there's a good chance that the captain armtwists you ten times the usual charge. This happened with me at Bhubaneswar airport by a captain named Sudhanshu Sekhar Behera who cancelled my booking and took the ride on personal basis.


When I lodged a complaint with Rapido management ( shoutout@rapido.bike ) they shirked away any responsibility.

Rapido drivers are most dishonest driver, unprofessional and would cheat you with an given opportunity... he ask for 250 rs cash to pay airport tax from me and then he took entire fare from me...his name was Mr. Venkateshwar...later when I check my receipt... On 20th September 2024, at approximately 6:57 PM, I booked a two-wheeler ride through the Rapido app. The driver arrived promptly, and we began the journey as scheduled. Everything seemed normal for the first three minutes, but then the driver took a wrong turn. Concerned that we were heading in the wrong direction, I politely informed him that this was not the correct route.


However, instead of acknowledging my concern, the driver reacted very rudely. He responded by telling me to "shut up and sit, " using an aggressive tone. I was shocked by his behavior, as it was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Additionally, I noticed that the driver seemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as his speech was slurred and his behavior was erratic.


Following this, the situation worsened. The driver began driving the bike recklessly, accelerating at dangerous speeds, and handling the vehicle harshly. I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable due to both his rude behavior and his dangerous driving. Fearing for my safety, I immediately contacted the authorities by calling 1090. They promptly responded and followed up on the situation.


The driver eventually took me to a nearby police station, where I reported the incident to the police. I explained everything that had happened, including his reckless driving, rude behavior, and intoxicated state. After hearing my account, the police asked me to leave, assuring me that they would handle the matter. They held the driver for about half an hour before letting him go.


After I arrived home, I received troubling news. The driver had returned to my original pickup location and was inquiring about my name from the security guard. He also made derogatory comments about me to the guard. This behavior left me deeply disturbed and worried about my safety.


Immediately, I contacted Rapido customer care to report the issue, and I was connected to a representative named Shailam. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely unhelpful. Despite having all the evidence, including recorded conversations of the incident, Shailam and the customer care team have been uncooperative. They refused to transfer my call to a higher authority, and instead, they kept disconnecting my calls. Their lack of support has been deeply frustrating.

My parcel not delivered

I am Divya Parchani. I booked parcel ride from Rapido on 15/08/2024 and it didn’t delivered. And by mistake another ride booked which I cancelled that is showing in Rapido application but the first ride I booked for my parcel delivery is showing in Rapido application, I gave parcel to delivery person of Rapido and he asked me OTP but then my parcel is not delivered. Refer attached screenshot for my ride booking notification and invoice of my parcel (Rakshabandhan hamper). My parcel cost for 1000/-.


I tried to reach out delivery person but unable to reach, also I raised complaint in the Rapido help section and as well post on Instagram story but didn’t got any resolution. I am waiting for resolution from 4-5 days but no resolution yet, kindly provide resolution otherwise I raise complaint in consumer forum.


Kindly help me out with the same and refund my amount as soon as possible.


NO SECURITY AND SAFETY FOR WOMEN

On 14/08/2024 I took a ride from my office to home the driver dropped me in midway of my destination where there was no street lights was there also he argued with me for half nd hour he denied my to take auto from station side and dropped me in midway and he asked extra money from me when I denied to him he dropped me in midway without charging any money he left and after two days on (16/8/2024) he came to my office address to collect the money after all the complaints and also raised the request in application of radio there were no action taken against by the driver this was a totally harassment I felt, also I felt no security and safety for any women who’s travelling by the Rapido. There were no proper action taken against by the drive who’s name is (GHULAMJILANI SHAIKH) poor service pathetic customer service by Rapido I will not suggest any of my colleagues or my relatives to travel by you guys there is no safety for women inspite raising complaints they are not taking any action against him at 9pm he dropped me in midway of my destination and asked extra money from me when I denied him after two days he came to collect money also there is no customer support they don’t have even customer care number where customer can reach out poor pathetic service.

So I blindly trusted Rapido, to commute to my work place daily. On this day 06/08/2024, as I had balance on my rapido wallet I dint carry any cash as I knew I would reach home after work, that's where I made big mistake, so I book a ride, one of captains accepts and for the next 5 minutes he doesn't move and inch, yet shows he is 2 minutes away, I call him, he hungs up, I cancel the ride, and a cancelation fee is charged to me, not minding it I order another ride and for next 15 min, I just stand like an idiot on the road and no captain accepts the ride, angered I cancel ride again and decide to walk home. This is 5AM in the morning after a tiresome 10 hour long shift, I had to walk for 43mins, and I just live about 3km away from work, a number of things could have happened to me! I raise the issue to rapido and no reply from customer care, punishment for foolishness of trusting an app other than trusted global apps like Uber!

I booked a ride which is today early morning around 1am and the fare I booked was 367 and once we reached my location , the driver directly told me to pay 800 without even ending the trip and it leads to an argument which at last he ended the trip and I payed 400 to get that whole scene done but the important thing here is not about the money , while charging the amount , he told me my my friend multiple of disgusting words and told we did things inside the auto which we didn’t even do anything , it ruined my whole day and he was so damn uncivilised to used those disgusting words and charge more because of what ??? Where is the self respect I’m getting after trusting that much in rapido and booked that much of ride … will never ever book from rapido , this is worst ongoing app let me tell you and moreover be careful in the future to everyone because this can happen to anyone , it is so traumatic , the words he used and yeah I suggest everyone not to use this app again

Such a poor service by rapido in gurugram. Riders not follow signals. Over speed, wrong side riding, accidents, misbehaviour, bike health issues, poor helmet quality this are common things during ride. I have faced multiple incidents during this week. I recommend to not take rapido services.
