Software licence issue

This software service is very bad. They charge Rs 1800 for license key every year but the license key expires in well before a year. For me, it got expired 3 months before and they are expecting me to pay Rs 1800 again which is unethical. Customer service is very bad with this company. Initially they speak well while buying the software. post service is very bad. please think twice before buying this software and also be aware of hidden servive charges post buying software

I had an excellent experience with the Raintech Diamond software. It was very much worth enough for the price. It has been almost 6 months that I have been using this. At the initial stage, some delay was there to get the service as myself purchased at the very last moment. So you need to plan accordingly, take a bit time to learn. It's very user friendly to my sales employees. I was not at all aware of any sort of marketing tools, but with his software I was able to extend my small saree shop much more. Great job team with thanks to shiven sir.

I had bought a software and agent mentioned it's a lifetime free service with onetime fee. Now after a year they are asking me to pay 3k as annual charges and i am unable to use the software anymore. Customer service sucks, they oly keep repeating to pay annual fee and we will restore the service and don't even listen to what you are saying. Don't go by the youtube videos please

They dont respond after sale. They dont pick calls and resolve the issue. The youtube guy deltes comments if complained under his youtube videos. All giveaways are fake, all customer reviews are their setting, not real, software doesnt work. pls never buy.

Software is very tough. Not at all user friendly. After sale service is the worst. Behaves like govt company.I purchased it and due to their service response have to purchase another software. I couldn't use raintech and wastes my money. Owner never try to listen his customers even don't get connect
