I have invested in Delhi mall which is an upcoming commercial in Patel Nagar Delhi.I think that will be a great Investment as property is located in well vicinity.

Only thing about project is I think it will be but delayed due to covid which is anyways affected every industry.

overall it is a great investment.

Please do not invest in Raheja and do not trust their Sales and CRM team. they had charged excess stamp duty from me and actual registration charges was lesser by more than 1.5 lacs. For last 2 years I am following up but no vain.just promises. Be aware from RAHEJA and donot invest in Raheja as they are BIG CHEATER. Even construction is very bad. There are seepage in flat and just promises to get rectified and no one in RAHEJA will listen.

Raheja misusing Stampduty. No care of customer

Raheja using stamp duty money for its business.They did not get registry done of flat, in more than two years. Tired of following up. Inhuman customer service by Saket office. No response to emails. False and vague excuses on phone. No care of customer once you have paid all money!

I picked up a flat in Raheja Sampada in 2010 and till date nothing has come through. 100% payment given, all required documentation done but you call them no response. No one is available at the Sampada extension. Their representatives never picks phone or respond to messages or WhatsApp. They just lie through& through. Their owners believe that by fooling customers like this they will survive. Now time has come to knock the courts door to get them hanging by their neck.
