Radisson Hotel, Shimla

Today I will share my view on Radisson hotel , shimla.its a very good hotel.which have nice view from the bar side.and have nice banquet hall facilities.now the hotel have very nice room . Most important thing of the hotel is that all the worker are very nice and the staff of the hotel is nice.now the hotel have new look .with more advance facilities.recently only Radisson hotel rank number one luxury hotel in shimla and there where 2 more hotel with them also.Clark hotel and marina hotel.i hope this remain same in future also.all the best Radisson hotel.

Stayed at the Radisson Shimla  for four nights on a short vacation trip. I was upgraded at no extra charge to their newly built extension. Staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast buffet is outstanding as is the dinner buffet in the main building. It's got a great location in the center of the city with easy access to local attractions.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed and the pillows were also very clean, very beautiful bathrooms, the air conditioner worked fine, there was a lot of storage in the room with slippers for your comfort with bath robes. A hair dryer, safe and coffee and tea making facilities, also I got free Wi-Fi connection that was consistent.

The staff I encountered were polite and helpful, the staffs were very courteous and professional,   they were genuinely warm and welcoming. Service and hospitality was excellent.

The food was Amazing, lots of variety, all types of cuisines, especially the breakfast. The food was always properly cooked and felt like professional chefs cooked it.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and the deck in front of the restaurant is a great place to have an evening meal. There is even a deck outside with a pool table. The location is outstanding, chilling view from the window sill, the mountains were covered in fog, has all basic amenities including a Spa with a good steam and swimming pool too.

The rooms are absolutely well priced, some people might find it expensive, but considering the amenities, food, room, I think it's just worth.

I went there twice in last two weeks but the main problem was that the food was pretty average and a few dish were just pathetic. Being a five star they did not even have the courtesy to roll back the charges.

Oh where have the standards of Radisson gone?
