It was our individual - family, deluxe tour to Char Dham from Ahmedabad. We booked three bedrooms for five people through out the journey. We were not expecting any 5star or 7 star hotel experience, so if we were getting clean{not much dirty} bed sheets and pillow covers and bathroom, it was ok. All accommodation was alright.

Food was below average every where!

Driver was a worst nightmare. We got picked up from Delhi Airport. Appearance wise his first impression was not good. We started around 4am in the morning from home - Ahmedabad, so took a nap in the flight. Asked driver called Vijay to have breakfast at some nice place near the airport, he argued shouting here in Delhi where will we get breakfast? Your today's breakfast is not included and will not paid by Radheshyam. He didn't respect our demand as a customer to stop for a little while. And money we didn't deal with him, so it was none of his business. He said, on the way to Rishikesh we will have dinner. Unnecessary he was trying to dominate us by arguing and shouting. I decided to hire another car with a decent and experienced driver from Meerut. So I asked him to go inside Meerut, he refused saying this car hasn't permission to go inside Meerut. And we continue with him.

From Rishikesh me, my daughter and son started recording his misbehaviour with us through out our journey. He was keep staring at me so scarily to dominate us. Under terror we finished our pilgrimage! On the way back to delhi from Haridwar, we got so frustrated, I insisted him to take a break for half an hour outside Meerut, I need to meet my aunt and her family. That time he said car can go inside Meerut and don't need permission. With my aunt's help, we hire another car from Meerut with a decent soft spoken driver and completed rest of our journey! No wonder we didn't say even good bye to an evil driver called Vijay.

I didn't have time to show RadheShyam all audio-video recordings on our four mobiles as time was too short to fly back to UK, but on my next visit to India, I am definitely going to show all recordings of driver Vijay's misbehaviour with us.

Never Ever travel with This company. If you really want to enjoy then please choose another option.

it was simla, manali 12 days tour, food, hotel and its service was third class.

simla and manali hotel was look like dharmshala, there is no plaster in toilet, it was too dirty.

dalhousie hotel is also not too much good.

for hotel they just told us that it was from star category hotel, but star my foot.

I had completed my Simla, Manali, Dalhousie tour with Radhesyam travels Ahmedabad.

Conclusion:- Third Class & Poor Services Provided by these people. Never Ever travel with This company.

Overview:- 1. When I went for booking they said [Mr. Ghanshyambhai] we believe in services and that's why we charge more then others. Hence; I have booked with them.

1. First day at Delhi - Dirty Hotel, no cleanness, not at all Hygienic.

   
   




2. Then Shimala:- Oh God.Third Rate Hotel Like Bhoot Banagla.Dirty & Smelly Toilet without Tiles.now you can imagine how dirty it was.

   
   




3. Dalhousie:- Again Smelly Hotel, Not at all Hygienic, rooms were provided two floor down and there is no Lift facility.

   
   

There were several good hotels at every place but to earn money intensely these people are booking such pathetic hotels. Because we have already paid the money and now we cant do anything. Along with me there were another 4pax they have also suffered the same.

Food was also pathetic. All have stomach problems like vomiting, diarrhea as they are not providing fresh food - reusing of Rice/ Dal.

SO GUYS; IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR VACCATION THEN PLEASE NEVER BOOK WITH RADHESYAM TRAVELES AHMEDABAD.

Third class service by radhe shyam travells.i travelled nainital few month back and experience worst of worst service, food and hotel arrangement. worst tour manager named Mr Ramesh and worst response by radheshyam travells dorector too. I strongle recommend you to not trabel via radhe shyam travells. instead of that prefer kesri tour. please beware from radheshyam travells paper advt too. and dont travel . instead of that even ajay modi tour is good. no a/c in bus and no management. even they carry kitchen and kitchen members in same bis in nainital tour.

Also, afrer completion of tour we meet MD of radhe shyam tour and he also refuse for refund and poorly behavioured.so, guys dont travel and plan any holiday in radheshyam travells.my mob no is 937421XXXX

Very poor service in all field during our recent char dham yatra through"Radhe Shyam Travels Pvt Ltd - Ahmedabad" . New slogan of "Radhe Shyam Travels Pvt Ltd - Ahmedabad" will be NO compromise on tour rate FULL compromise on service.

Our bus creates problems right from boarding and we complained about it but they did not responded and we were in trouble all the way. They changed the bus finally when the bus did not climb the hill and thus they spoils our time and the atmosphere at all the location.

We never recommend "Radhe Shyam Travels Pvt Ltd - Ahmedabad" as travel agent to any body.

Beautiful place. But don't travel with Radheshyam travels.

Extremely poor service, stingy hotels. Totally unhygienic hotels and food.

The hotels are like slums and very unhygienic. We were made to feel like slum-dwellers for 12 days.

Chardham requires extreme punctuality - their poor service prevents the travelers from maintaining timelines.

We will never take Radheshyam for any tour.
