We have Alpha Pro solar water heater since 2019. During installation, one of the glass tubes broke because of their mistake and we had to pay for that as the dealer said they had to get it from their own pocket for replacement. Then, after 5 years, now, the tank started leaking, we raised the ticket and the technician(SR Engineering, Bangalore) doesn't even think twice lying you about his time of visit. He replaced a part and charged us Rs.2, 500 without any bill assuring 6 months warranty. After just 3 days, it started to leak again. We reached out to technician, and as usual, he's going on lying about his day and time of visit. It's been three days, we are waiting for him. I had to raise a fresh ticket, which means further postponement of repair. I called the customer service who is not aware of anything about the warranty of the replaced part or the fees and they just don't bother to resolve any issues. They only say, we will convey this to the team or will raise a ticket. Nothing more they know. Racold absolutely failed in after service and they do have any control over their technicians' activities and their charges. It's just as you like it situation.

Replace 4 times inlet float valve in 5 years.please keep in mind when you purchase this poor quality product..

Worst product is Racold.Never buy any Poduct from this brand.My Solar tank had two times leakage issue in just 2 years and later the technician shamelessly says that is system problem talk to Racold Customer Care.The product has 5 years warannty and just in 2 years its not working and has became a scrap.Please avoid buying any product from Racold and save your money.

I purchased racold gas heater. I used 3 month continue after few month he work not properly gas leakage problem i face and i call to service team but not responding after 10days customer service repaired but not properly done his work. After some time i face same problem.

Pathetic experience! Lazy team! Bad customer service! Do not buy at all! These people do not even know how to cater to customers! They took 2 months to replace when winters are over! Their staff comes empty hand, expects you to have all tools for installation& are sleepy heads knowing nothing about the service or process! Bad bad bad!!! N yes, my geyser burnt thrice on first use!!

I bought this solar water heater from authorised racold dealer. With in 6 months the heater had gone. They charged Rs.2500 and in another 6 months the tanks started leaking. Made several calls to service center/ authorised dealer, no one is visiting. Almost 2 weeks are over not bothered to provide service. Very bad after sales service. I made a mistake buying from this product. Request everyone think 100 times before buying any racold systems. If u ready to throw away may be after 6 months of use, u can buy. I have raised 6 service request in a past month to fix my geaser which is in warranty but still no one responds.This is actual Pathetic behaviour towards the customer.I recommend never to buy any of the products from Racold.

Since long time I asked for repair service but I got reasons from them that technician bike not working or his coming today or his is coming by bus can you pick up and drop him please? is this called customer service? then please beware before buying this product? Important is that there is not option to give them minus rating!

Gyser stopped working in 15 days. Very arrogant customer care. Daily calling to customer care for technicians but from 3 weeks no technician coming for service. This is happening in Pune city.

The Racold Service Center in Delhi is absolutely Hopeless. All the Technicians are DUFFERS . They are not able to Diagnose the Fault even. They fleece you by usurping the service charge without rectifying the Fault. They don't know the ABC of a Gas Geyser, even the Company engineers are also in hand and glove with the service provider.

I would like to rate zero for the product and service

We had some issues with the power supply and we connected with Racold customer care. Couple of guys came and suggested to install the water softenerand we agreed for it as they representedRacold. They said they will get it and they charged us almost4000/- for 2 softeners.

They had not installed one of the softher properly which caused leakage and now our false ceiling is damaged because of that. Whenwe called, the personsaid it is not his responsibility to come and fix it. His name is Michael and his number is 748355xxxx. Despite repeatedcalls and requests he didntagree and now he is not picking up the call.

We had no other choice but to call customer service again. They sent the other guy on 3rd June.He came and he showed that the softenerapparatus is broken and said he will send Michael on 4th June 2023. I called him on 5th June and he said he will only come and fix the issue. Michael never turnedout to fix it.

Now, Since thelast 4 days, I am calling him and trying to reach out, and now evenhe is not picking up the call. His mob no. 974353xxxx

We will wait for another week and then we will surely approach the consumer court and file a case against you.

BETTER FIX THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!

I have 10 liters gyeser, the cost of coil replacement is 3000,

I am contacting record pune service center, Mr. Maruti Biradar, but no proper reply. My gyeser is still not repaired after almost 10 days of complaint. No body from customer service visited my place, they not even bothered to call me.

I will not buy racold products anymore, worst experience.

When we moved into our new apartment 20 years back we bought racold for all the three bathrooms and they worked very well. Since these worked very well, we tried to replace all the three with three new racold geysers and that was the biggest mistake. All the three went bad within 4 months and the service claims that water is salty and you need to call the service technician every 2 months and pay him 600 rupees per geyser. A total ripoff. Never trust racold geysers
