we are very glad to be your customer and user of your airways. all your services and facilities were better but due to your staff or your policy made us littlebit borther and difficulties,at DOHA checking poing last gate. your staff changed our seat number 42 and 42 which was 25 and 26 from ktm checking counter !!! that's was not big issue but that time I have my spouse(mrs.thapa) --thapa prabhu ram and mrs.thapa bhawani ,ticket no. was 1579174079638c2/638-639 & 1579174079640c2/640-641 thanks
