Good environment; team working is good; all team members are very supportive. I'm very happy with benefits and incentives. Just because I have to relocate to Mysore, I have to leave the Job. Lot of space to learn, this is the best part of Prodat IT Solutions. The salary structure is good and it can be better. Larger team of like-minded people and ultra-modern office Environment.

Everything about this company is excellent. People, Culture, Interview Process. Work is good and great seniors to guide. you feel you are in safe hands.

Management: Great HR, Million dollar Smile, She is an amazing person. Not sure how she manages to make sure each of us are being noticed, acknowledged, appreciated. Best HR I have ever worked considering my Experience with previous 3 companies.

Talking about our head, he is very friendly with everyone. He takes interest and involvement in our career building.

I worked as an accountant in this company. It has given me a very good platform to work. The company provides end to end knowledge in accounts. Learnt a lot in terms of knowledge in accounts, client coordination, team work, etc. people who are seriously looking for building their career in accounts, I would strongly recommend this company as you will get very good exposure and also good growth in UK accounting.

I joined at Prodat in 2013 and worked there for three months. I left the organization mainly because of their policies for fresh graduates. There was not much of career growth or promotional opportunities. The salary was meager compared to the amount of long hours employees used to work. There was no such thing like job security. Our boss was moody and had little compassion towards his employees. The workplace was little weird as the employees were mostly concerned about there future at the organization rather than doing there work.

This company is worst and its policies are peculiar. they treat the employees very badly. its a kind of mental torture to work here. no leaves.

No benifits. no job security but high pressure on employees. director and operation lead is very rigid persons. they shout on employees in the work floor itself. old outdated systems and technology. very poor working conditions and workplace.

they ask candidates to pledge their original certificates with them till the time they leave the company and they will torture the people not not even let them to go out of the company
