Really bad print quality. The colours are so muted, it looks like you got it printed from some sketchy internet parlour. There are speckles and small stains on the cards.

The worst service. They claim they will provide express delivery service within 4 hours and also charge for the same.. but when it's come for delivery neither customer care people help, nor the WhatsApp support help.. after continue follow up also I didn't get my things on time. Try to avoid the service

Very disappointed with the service(or no service) by the staff. Waited for 20 mins and she did not care to ask what I needed. Moreover, I saw her moving around freely and smiling when I complained to another staff. Maybe Printo does not trains the staff or does not believes in customer service.

Printo did not deliver a critical job on time, neither did they inform me. This was despite the assurance that it will be done and I will be informed.

Asked to engrave on gold foil and forwarded the design but they told that they only engraved letters with solid colours, they forwarded the same and asked them to use red colour but they told that the same will not be possible only black colour, then again I asked to use black colour but when I received the product they have used no colours. Both images attached.

I placed order from Dubai and having no local number was a big problem. The team online was not very helpful at all but once I reached Kaleem and discussed my issues, he took it on a professional level and completed the work in less than 24 hours. He even got back to me with details by himself and ensured I got the best service.


He is an asset to this company and his dedication will make me come back to Printo again and also recommend this place to others.

When i asked to hr for enquiry and details she got angry. My concern is only is that if someone is joining your company if he/ she having doubts then help them . Dont become aggressive. Be polite.

Poor Service, Disappointing experience

Placed order for 15 prints. Paid almost equal to the cost of the print for express delivery. But Printo sent me wrong design prints. After a exhausting communication with myriad 'customer service executives' they agreed to send a replacement order the next day. The replacement prints were of extremely poor quality. The most disappointing bit there was that when the customer support is informed of the sub- standard prints, the guys says 'Aisa hi print hota hai. Jisko batana hai batao'. Bunch of crooks disguised as a startup. Really disappointed.

Worst experience I had with Printo. I ordered 4 photo frames for my anniversary, thought of surprising my wife, instead got shocked seeing the photo frames. One of the worst was collage, my God this guys completely lack common sense how do we arrange photos and how to keep

The website may be flowery, but looks are deceiving. Ordered a trophy for a corporate event. It was placed on the 17th of November and the delivery was confirmed for the 25th. Its the 30th today and still no response. Contacted the company and all they give are excuses with no concrete reply.


Thank god I placed an order with minimal amount.


They don't even give an option for cash on delivery. Its a hoax. A bad bad place to do any business. CUSTOMERS BE WARE!

The cards that I ordered


1) had extremely poor paper quality(like those used for packing rusk by cheap bakery)


2) had pressing marks, like pits in few cards


3) Had random yellow dots in different locations on different cards


4) Had auto-resized few elements of the design submitted by me


The tech is faulty. One of my design elements(a line) would auto-change its location between the two stages- design conformation and final checkout.


The customer service is absolutely nonsense. I keep telling them the issues, they would ask time to get back to me, and eventually come up with no solution, every damn time. Trust me, I tried so hard and so many times via whatsapp, emails and phone calls, but they behave as if they don't have even the most basic common sense. It is highly frustrating. Now I can't give those cards to anyone because they would absolutely spoil my company's brand image. I ordered cards from vistaprint and using them now. Printo charged Rs.507 while vistaprint charged Rs.350. The latter had way better print and paper quality.


After such days of frustration, disappointment towards their tech, pathetic product quality and service, they still don't give any refund!


Extremely bad experience! Never ever opt for them, no matter how much ever lovely promises they make.


Pathetic Customer Management

I had ordered for a customised Award on Sep 16 2021. I was promised my order will be completed by Saturday 18th by 3.00 pm. Since I opted for a store pickup called the store to check when can I pick the product they are so lethargic and give lame excuses sir we dint receive ur order yet it will be delivered by Monday but when I call customer care they give the same tracking information what we see in web. Never recommend printo for any printing services they are terribly sick and slow in every way.


Printo is a fraud company

I am a doctor with 45 years of experience.


I had ordered prescription pads from printo.in and they delivered it 3 days later than the due date.


The quality of printing was horrible to say the least. It was so bad that any patient seeing the prescription will think that I got it printed at some cheap printing press.the customer service people are arrogant and irresponsible. My sincere advice is avoid pronto at any cost.

I had visited Kammanahalli Printo three times in the last 2 weeks. My experience with Kaleem whom I consulted for my work in that office was very positive. I had no issues and have no complaints.

Printo is a fraud company.. i have placed a order of mask which was supposed to deliver on 24 Apr but still it haven't come to me and they marked it as delivered. I am constantly mailing them but no satisfied response. They just take your money and forget about it

I have placed an order on 5th Jan'21 & that has to be delivered on 11th Jan'21 but we are still waiting for the order to be delivered.


The executives are not responding, even if they are responding they have not timeline for the product delivery.


Now, I am not even sure about the quality of product will be good or not .


Do not recommend!


Please don't Shop from Printo.
