The cards that I ordered
1) had extremely poor paper quality(like those used for packing rusk by cheap bakery)
2) had pressing marks, like pits in few cards
3) Had random yellow dots in different locations on different cards
4) Had auto-resized few elements of the design submitted by me
The tech is faulty. One of my design elements(a line) would auto-change its location between the two stages- design conformation and final checkout.
The customer service is absolutely nonsense. I keep telling them the issues, they would ask time to get back to me, and eventually come up with no solution, every damn time. Trust me, I tried so hard and so many times via whatsapp, emails and phone calls, but they behave as if they don't have even the most basic common sense. It is highly frustrating. Now I can't give those cards to anyone because they would absolutely spoil my company's brand image. I ordered cards from vistaprint and using them now. Printo charged Rs.507 while vistaprint charged Rs.350. The latter had way better print and paper quality.
After such days of frustration, disappointment towards their tech, pathetic product quality and service, they still don't give any refund!
Extremely bad experience! Never ever opt for them, no matter how much ever lovely promises they make.
