NO customer support, sales call back

Writing review even before I got the product. The delivery date mentioned in the site is a joke. When you try calling the customer care numbers displayed, none of them works. WhatsApp is the only way to reach and they will respond whenever they wish to. If you are ordering for any occasion, be sure that you will get it at least 3-4 days later, unless you order it at least 2 weeks ahead!

more than a week, I have sent them the video too as their charger wasn't working when we received it.

You know what's the best part?? They sent us the USED charger with all the black scratches on it.

Im just receiving their message in WhatsApp saying the concerned team will update me soon. Seriously?Concerned team is not at al concerned to respond to the message??

why do you guys even have the support team in WhatsApp and mail??

I have sent the mail as well from my3march@gmail.com ID.

In mail someone called Arijita responded saying it takes 3-4 days. But now it's more than 7 days.Now no email response/WhatsApp response.

Totally frustrated with the service.

Need the replacement of the Adapter to be shipped today at any cost.

They just take payment and after follow ups they say their computer got currupted so need more time. After some time they stop picking up call and no reply of any phone or email. Most of their numbers on website are switched off. Only whats app call to deisgner go but he don't pickup.

I am filing fraud against them.

I paid and made the Order despite reading NMegative reviews here on mouthshut, I made one of the worst mistakes of my life by trusting their representative. They talk only till you make the payment. After that, there is no way you can get in contact apart from texting on their business account to which they do not reply easily.

When I analyzed it today I found that all the positive reviews were posted on the same day and around the same time. So, they are VERY FAKE.

I got chated so PLEASE don't be like me and LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Do not trust them .

They are very prompt till they get their money. After that, all is a lie. Worst service. They don't answer phone calls. Communication has to be on text , which they choose not to reply. Once you pay, you are at their mercy. I am still waiting for my product.

We ordered a customized bobblehead. They sent a fragile piece and the ear and chin was broken from one side. Refused to replace without a complete unboxing video.

Product quality is subpar at best. Would recommend not going with prestogifts.com and if you do, make sure to capture the complete unboxing in a video, else they will ignore all complaints and refer to their policy written in some corner of the website.

Worst service i have ever seen i have odered the product on 12th delivery date was shown 15th but till now order has not been delivered 6 days passed away and there is no one in customer service who could help they aguys are reverting like i have borrowed funds from them my oder no was-PG-012950

Plz dont buy anything from here on the name of personalised they guys are making fool, later on they are saying we have written diclaimer that delivery date shown is not correct however i have checked there is no disclaimer written

I placed an order for a mini you with Presto after checking with them clearly on the delivery timelines. They informed that product will be delivered on 25th August 2023 that too express delivery of 200 rupees extra. I placed an order on Aug 19th and received followed up on 23rd aug for a shipment update and they informed that they are trying to dispatch to keep the delivery on time and no update after that. On 26th Aug I followed up on my order as I didnt get any update so far only to know then that they had encountered a situation and my order was not shipped on time! They did not update any shipping details even then. I stopped following up as the gifting time was past and I could not gift my loved one on her birthday. Finally I received the product on 3rd Sep which again to my disappointment was not as pretty as they show on their websites! I would never recommend Presto to anyone, they are also priced on a higher side and its prepaid orders only!

I'm very happy with the gift that I have ordered. The finish was good. The delivery was also on time. We are really satisfied with the outcome.

I had paid 7000 for a miniature doll and the sales people kept harassing me to pay the full amount even before the article was delivered ..!!!! Then at the end I receive a product which in no way resembles the pic I have sent.!! It comes with a small chipped off piece near the eye too..!! Pls do not waste your money on these people.. they cheat you of your hard earned money..! Actually need to sue these people for their unprofessional and atrocious work..!!

Presto gifts is the worst. I got a bobble head made for my mom. Forget about being perfect, it was not even close to my mom. On top of that i paid an extra 200 to get it delivered on time, but they delivered it 5 days left. They refused to exchange it, or give me a refund. Never ever order anything from here

I had ordered a customized spotify magic mug from Presto Gifts on 29 Mar 2023 for INR 799. As per the description on their site, the spotify magic mug would have music player to play a song. However, when the mug arrived it was without any such option to play a song. It was a plain mug which I could have simply got for less than INR 200. Even on their site the plain mug costs INR 299. So, while they charged me 799 for a something which they claimed to be a magic mug but delivered a simple plain mug which does not have the features that they promise on their site and hence misleading customers.

I have raised a consumer complaint(docket number: 4448333) as it seems to be a fraudulent e-com site.

Poor quality product. They send defective and unfinished products. Customer service is very poor. They don't have a MINIMUM SANSE of how to talk with their valuable customers.

The staff clearly lacks a sense of respect or accountability. When you question them of a missed process gap, they argue and to a point where they cancel your order! Ridiculous! For example: First they missed sending the design proof for approval and later send a message saying the design has been sent for production! Who the eff approved the design? And where the hell is the design proof? Bunch of rogues. None of them are trained to speak politely and they only effing communicate fluent bullshit!

The whole bunch sitting in customer service especially the ladies(the ones who speak in Hindi) need to be kicked in their fat backsides for being so disrespectful. Do not waste your time with these idiots. They are neither process oriented nor are they professional. They have absolutely NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wish I could sue this bloody team!
