Yesterday we purcahse Prestige gas stove suddenly fire started from from it very bad service even we call service people they don't response please don't purcahse this gas stove when they advertise they show as good brand promise but it's fake. very disappointing will never suggest any one to buy prestige

This is looks very attractive also thevprodact material and deisgn its very good and it is can be usable for long period of time also the regular and the aluminiam glass its very good and the burner qualitybis very good also all the

Container easily fits on it.l feel onece we use good quality of burner we can save gas and l am recommending for every one get the good prodact like super meand use for long period of time with out faching any issue.

First of all the glass is not perfect oriented. That shattered in to pieces during a slight long time cooking. This thing is only for cooking and heating is a obvious thing here as it is general matter, but yet it's got heat more and surprisingly suddenly has broken with pieces.

This brand should stop making this kind of bad durable product, I didn't expect this kind of phenomena from this brand.

Yesterday, when my mother plugged the gas stove it was leaking from one of the side and after sometimes got fire. She noticed that fortunately in right time and turned off the cylinder.

There more number of holes in the center of the burner as compared to the side parts, For which, foods gets burnt in to the center of vessel.

Flame of burners is not unique stable, distribution of flame to the vessel is not proper uniform at all. Insufficient gas pressure as compared to other stoves and some of foreign stoves. The R&D itself is not even up to the mark.

Pan support ring is not prefect fixed, poor quality too, I have seen that they started rusting after two months of use.

I found another fault with the knob of the small burner, that knob came out finally. Another trouble was an orange-yellow flame at the top of the blue flame whenever the knob was between high and sim, which is not a supposed in a LPG stove to be seen.

Obviously it has stylish look but it's not a high durable product and proper efficient at all as I suffered, I would not recommend this to anyone ever.

Then I contacted the local dealer cum technicians, they told me to contact company toll-free number. I called and technicians came after 8 days in my home. After seeing the color of flame of the stove, they told me that it's a problem of regulator. I found that it's very silly and absurd too, because I just changed the regulator before 2 months ago.

They invented another issue of the trouble of flame color and that was about the jet of stove! Then they replaced the jet of my stove to slightly reduce the pressure, but yet still again flame color was yellow-orange.

Then I understood properly that technicians were not well qualified regarding this trouble. They left my home and were saying that there was nothing had to do.

But I knew the actual reason of my stove flame color trouble, and that was the gas oxygen mixing is not preciously correct, for which the yellow-orange flame create.

I bought this gas stove last five months ago from a showroom. It's very easy to use and cleaning is also easy. Its design and looking is attractive. I disappointed after one month because its second burner is not proper work and make noise and gas flow is very poor. I went to their showroom and want to exchange but they did not ready to replace. I call to this customer care representative then he ready to replace only one burner.

If you want to buy this gas stove, please keep some point in your mind.
