This hotel has a very friendly owner who arranged for a local massage lady to come to our rooms, when we told him that we were on a budget. So, we could get massages at a really cheap rate and we were very happy with the facilities and amenities and ofcourse, thier kind gesture as well.

This hotel has very accomodating employees and they gave us 5 rooms next to each other as we request and the room service is great. We got our orders within 30 minutes of ordering.

This hotel has rude and unprofessional staff, who think to high of themselves because they are employees of a 5-star hotel. If you don't treat the guests well, you are not going to have your job for long!

Prem Niwas Guest House, Calangute, Goa has a lot of activities that you can do in the hotel. You can cycle in the hotel, do rope climbing and rapelling and the local market is nearby as well.

Water logging problems

This hotel had a lot of water logging and we had to waddle through the water in the lawn to get in and out. They should really do something for drainage.
