Mandya D Rajanna- too good person the way he supported and coordinated made us to shop all our sarees at pothys itself for the marriage purpose. Sarees collections were good. 20 days ago we bought 200 sarees for wedding function. But two of them got damaged. After 20 days we went and ask for replacement. But they didn't do anything. But they said like "our company policy is within one week only we do the replacement after that there's no options.

So please! if you want to buy sarees there in pothys.. just looking the saree fully the buy it....

That saree is just 5000. It's ok for 5000.. what if it is 20000... So please be aware of it....

I am a regular visitor to the Pothy boutique in T.Nagar in Chennai. I have done all my shopping of saris and salwar suits there. I have their membership card and all my festive shopping experience is with them. They not only offer variety, but their prices are also very much within the means of a common man.

The staff here are not just experienced but also excellent. Their polite and courteous attitude makes them entice customers and bring about a long relationship with them.

The shop is spacious, steps to floors are good and they also have an elevator that makes shopping for senior citizens to also be a pleasant experience.

I made one of the worst decisions of picking up 10 suit materials worth 15000/- and they convinced me for giving to stitch some of the materials. Having given 4 days time they failed to deliver even after 12 days . They made us go down to the shop for a good 5 times wasting our fuel money, made us wait for over 4 hours with no outcome. We would come down from Autforce Sulur to this cursed place wasting our time and energy every time to be told to go back with nothing. Finally after blasting them they asked us to wait for courier services and asked us to pay before delivery for which I refused as I had lost trust at this point in time.Everytime a differnt female would pick up and sau - I am just back from Maternity Leave, I came back just today or put a Namaste and say Sorry. Then this continued to the point where I gave up on my dresses and no ine ever called or followed up. It stands same to this date. Save yourself

from the trouble. Conpletely frustrated. I had to return to Australia picking this up and I gave up on every damn thing. Never going back in there.

The way of treating and responding the customers by employees were really hearwretching and it's really good and best. Especially Bhavani mam is so friendly and and very cooperative. She come along with us to the the parking area too. She is very humble and good employee. The quality of clothes is very good and affordable. We are very happy about our purchasing. The collection was too good. Bhavani mam is the best employee ??. She is very humble and very good at suggesting.

Had a harrowing experience, when we were questioned by a lady security guard as to why we were wearing decent clothing. Does Pothys expect customers to come in shambles.When explained the security guard still continued to be rude and passed sulking comments.Wish other customers don't go through our unpleasant experience. Never again to Pothys, which I have a customer since 2006. Change Or Perish.

I bought Salwar material from pothys and got it stiched from their tailoring unit. Worst stiching I have ever experienced in my life .The sales person only recommended it.After giving for alterations also even worst. Ten thousand rupees inclusive of material and stiching total waste of money and time.Dont ever go there.
