Hello friends,

I start a small business and I have current account of icici bank. I use transaction on every end of months as a salary and other payment.

ICICI bank is near to my office and this bank are give offer for 0 balance maintain in starting 6 months and also proper guide at account opening time.

According to me, this bank is good for those people, which have more time to pay money to other party not for immediately transaction. This bank transaction is very slow and more time taken and proper help by customer care.

Recently I have started using icici pockets but it is not at all useful for me. All the cashback offers and coupons have expired and still they are present in the application. After completing the transactions we are not getting the cashback amount to the wallet. After opening the account we can use the account only if the account has the minimum amount only . It is of no use. It is better to use the normal account transactions instead of uaing this pockets. After installing icici pockets my phone became very slow and other apps have stoped working properly.once the amount is locked in the wallet we cannot withdraw our money back from the wallet it is one of the main drawback. We can only do the online transactions.

Pocket Wallet app by ICICI. Its a very nice and very usefull app to your daily use. You pay all major store, shops, petrol pumps, theater. All over almost every store are cover by ICICI Pocket.

I use It since last 5 Month and I love it so much.

The most Important thing is that, you can transfer money within bank or other bank withoutbany Charge its really amazing. Hence other wallet will charge you. Except ICICI Pocket.

ICICI Pocket is also support to NFC and Scan and pay.

They also Provide you ICICI Pocket Card . When if you pay 140 for Physical Card and they will send you this card on your mention Address.

And this card will be work on every where.

They have always offer if you pay from this ICICI Pocket wallet offers on movie ticket, petrol pump, Online and Offline shpping. So guys you must go for it.

Pockets is a nice app and a very good e-wallet but I hate the ios version of the app, but the android version is fine.

I use pockets in apple iphone 6 and it sometimes become non responsive. There is a offer going on tata sky- we are getting 50% extra balance upto Rs200 on using mvisa. So I tried using the mvisa and scan the bar code on my tv screen. I tried atleast 20 times but the app did not read the bar code and didnt give any responce. The same thing I tried with android and it scanned the first time.

Some offers are also only available for android and not for ios users.

The cashback that we get also takes a long time to get credited into the account.

Iam using this app in last one year I have no compliant against this app.The app is very worth to me it gives lots of money to me by refering this app.

The money in the wallet can be used at any shopping site or any online transaction.The app provides lot of offers while shopping and recharging.It is very safe and secure for recharging.

The cashback offers in the pockets are expired and still there on the app. when you complain they tell you the same was valid only for the first 10000 customers!

what I don't understand that a bank that claims it is digitially savy does withdraw offers that are no longer valid?

what I think is that the bank wanted the customers to believe that the offer is avaliable but later wringle out by saying it was applicable for only 10000 customers.

further I did a payment from pockets for book my show. the website accepted the payment and then did not give me the cashback. later they write a mail which says I was to do the payment in a certain way and only then the cashback would be valid. I spoke to thd call centre and they could not explain to me what I did wrong. the mail recd reads as follows:

Pockets app is one of the famous apps which became famous recently. once they sent me a mail with an offer and then I downloaded the app. from then I am using it for many online payments in some sites for online shopping and I also got cashbacks as well. but problem in this site is the cashback offers are less when compared to freecharge and paytm. but the speciality in this app is that user of any bank can use this icici bank developed app. the payment is very fast and I am happy that my details of my bank are safe .

I installed pocket app on the day when it was launched and there was a offer that you will get CCD frappe coffee coupon after successful activation of the app, but I got nothing. I called customer care, they logged my request and worked on it for two weeks and came to conclusion that offer was limited to some first users and it was not mentioned in the offer.

But this is not the issue to dislike this app, the worst happened with me when I did first mobile recharge from this app. I was using Airtel 3G network and when I submitted the recharge there was not any confirmation for anything, so I submitted it two more times  in one minute span and nothing happened.

Then I exited from the app and logged in again and I was shocked that   Rs. 300/- deducted from my account while my recharge was only of Rs. 100/- I immediately called customer care and they told that I have repeated the same recharge of rs. 100/- two more times at same time. I left with nothing to say, just asked them to improve their app to work on slow network like 3G also.

I am using the ICICI bank Pockets app for more than 12 months . If someone want a best quality virtual mobile wallet linked with prepaid virtual visa credit card then pockets is the best and only best I have ever used . Adding money to this app is very easy and through the use of prepaid visa card, any transaction at any online site can be easily done.

It also offers good cashbacks to new users. I am using this card for most of the online transaction and still, no problem has arisen in using this app. Even physical credit card can also be available by paying a small amount to icici bank.

And the most pleasing thing in this app is it's support system and staffs. I have not seen such a fast and helpful support from any app. I love this app and also recommend this app to every online user.

I just got to know about this application by icici bank. I am using this since three months. This app takes too much of time to open a account. It asks for KYC for minor or a person who just attained maturity.

Before you start using this app, there is many limitation to use. First it will ask your mobile number for verification process and based on that gives you an identity.

then, to activate account, you have to send a paid sms. After that you can login and set your personal information. After activation of account, the card is not going to work until and unless you load money at least Rs 200. You always have to maintain a minimum of Rs 250 balance to operate this card.

Icici pocket is really poor app, not user friendly, and takes too much of time to load and there are numerous formalities in every step.

I will never recommend this app to any one.!

Totally poor app.i installed 1st time and found its user friendly but after some time an error start coming as we dont support your device.i am using android version 6( Marshmallow)

.i mailed to icici but they ignored the same.poor app and poor customer service.do n0ot install the same.its just wastage of time and MB as well.i wish if I can give lass than 1 star.they dont deserve even 1 star.they just cheat customers.all are cheaters.their customer care executives dont know how to speak with customers.they are just doing their cheating job.

Pockets by ICICI bank is great application for creating visa credit card easily but it takes very much time for processing every single step. I am saying about opening saving account, KYC process, Cashback process, Referral program process and physical credit card process.

Every time it says that it will take upto 15 working days and that is not so good. There are many others for competing it like Lime by axis bank, Digibank, Digipurse. So that will be not first option for everyone.

Just got to know about this app by icici bank. Got mesmerized by its working as nowadays it takes too much to open a bank account, am relating to the KYC required. Especially for a minor or for a person who just attained majority.

We youngsters dont want to get into these troubles rather formalities to be specific and want to have everything at celerity.

This app partuculary removed that hurdle out of the way and gives you a swift access to your bank/pocket account. Also they offer you a card which works everywhere even at ATMs.

Thats all I heard from my friend. Later all things started pilling out in front of me when I started using it. Its just an illusion and almost has same working as a bank.

The limittations I tell you are numerous, and to make you aware about those I am writing this.

First and foremost it takes your mobile number for verification and based on that gives you an identity.

In order to activate account you need to send a paid sms.

Post that you can login and set your personal info. The card isnt going to work untill and unless you dont give them atleast 200 rs. Initially. And also to get a fully working physical card you need to have atleast 250 in its wallet permanently.

There comes the drill which frustrated me to the core which is that you cant keep more than 10000 in it anyime in the month or year. And to get a fully featured account without any limits you need to get in touch with an executive to open up a pockets bank account which requires all KYC and has same conditions like all banks lay down.

I made two transfers from my pocket app account out of which none got successful. It says the Neft cant be made and no other details. Its such a pitty to have an account which cant even do transfer to anyone.

Also only pockets transfers are getting successful others are getting failed always.

Instead of opening up an account here go and get a real bank account

Frist I have seen it on Facebook advertise and I have installed from Google playstore then create an account. That time they are operating add 250 and get 50 more. I have done it and get Visa credit card that is online shopping. Also app opportunity recharge, bill payment, send money ect. That is very very good also there customer service. I have used Lime, zippay but pockets by ICICI awesome.

I have opened an account a month ago on the pockets app and have applied for an Visa powered card and have got it after many days and that too later I got to know that the cash cannot be wjthdraen and found the card to be useless.

Coming to the password reset, I had to follow them almost for two weeks to get my pin reset.

Coming to the application it has got many bugs in application and cant recharge your mobile of lower amounts.

And there is a long process whenver you want to login and use the application.

They should reduce the process and make it completely user friendly.

You can add money through your bank account using net banking or debit card. Disadvantage of this wallet that you can not add money through credit card on this wallet, this is the biggest disadvantage of this wallet.
