Pizza Hut, Poonamallee, Chennai

Having been here for many times and thinking to pen down my experience each time, time never permitted.During my visit to Pizza Hut of Poonamalle, I am expressing all that happened to me on Wednesday when there is offer of 1+1. Well, we ordered online for 1 El Mexicano Nacho Pizza and 1 Turkish Veggie Pizza. After say around 15 minutes we get a call from this outlet stating that they dont have the medium sized pizzas, so could they send 4 small pizzas!

I was shocked to have received such a call in the first place from a brand of such repute and to top it all it was even more blowing with the deal that the gentleman on the other side of the phone was offering! Oh my god, we had to literally bargain with him for 15 minutes to come to a consensus for a final thing that he could send - 1 family sized nachos one and 2 turkish veggies small.

I would suggest this distinctive label to atleast keep trained experienced professionals to deal with the guests.
