Pind Balluchi - a flavour junction

Pind Balluchi's food is quite hygenic for everyone as compared to other restaurants in Delhi. They have different branches in different colonies and in each restaurant of Balluchi, the food is good. I visited Tilak Nagar, Rajouri Garden and South ext. restaurants in which the food served is good. The customer services is OK and you got your food for your money paid to restaurants. They should improve the taste of every item as compared to other restaurants in Delhi. We hope in future they serve more good food as today one. I like the food in their Rajouri garden branch very much.

I went Pinch Balluchi South Extenstion delhi with my students and wife on occation of my marriage anniversary. Huge Punjabi Jat was standing on the door to welcome us. We liked his body and muchtches and my wife clicked pictured with him. Inside Ambience gives complete feel of punjab. Manji, Huge glasses, statues of punjabi ladies with charkha . Food was served with punjabi tarka. Mouthwatering to see and Yummy to taste. Warm smile on the faces of waiters. Smoothing music and worth value for money.

I had heard alot about pind balluchi restaurant and wanted to try their food so I got chance to goto this restaurant with my friends.

We entered and a table was provided to us then we quickly checked out the menu. The set up was nice and I was hoping the food will be as good too. So we ordered paneer dish dal makhni butter naans, but the service was not quick as we had to wait for long to get our food. Food taste was ok not great as per the price. Didnt enjoyed that much either because of late service and no great taste food.

Pind balluchi is one of the best resatuarnts in south delhi. I was staying in delhi when I was working in Wipro for 2 years. During weekoffs whenever me and my friends were looking to hangout have our dinner outside we visited pind balluchi. It offers you authentic punjabi food with Veg and Non Veg cusines, It also offers you mughlai and alcohol for fun.

They serve good food with great hospitality to the customers. I loved this place too much for the taste they offer me.

The Pind Balluchi in CP, I figure is better. This one is South Ex is a total disaster. In any case, it is excessively direct. It requires a long extend of investment for them to serve the sustenance. You need to remind the orderlies, no under 3-4 times, about your own solicitation. Everyone is confounded here. The servers and even you!

The essential organized, is extremely watched. Frankly, be arranged to face his annoyance if you endeavor to point out that any sustenance thing is missing. You should sit tight for 1/2 hour to get even a sifted water. Besides, it tests your comprehension. Basically. The fish curry is extraordinary yet the quality is about less.

I am not going here again as an aftereffect of its moderate, miserable and careful organization. It shows up just as grumbling against them is relative to beginning a ruckus rather than a minor refined examination. Dreadful is the word

When I was in Delhi, I was regular customer of this restaurant. Pind Balluchi has great ambience and they serve us with great hospitality. The ambience of this place is almost similar to the traditional Punjabi culture. Waiters and other staff also wear traditional Punjabi clothes to get the proper Punjabi feeling.

Food here is awesome and every weekend I keep on visiting this Restaurants with friends as they also serve Liquor along the food. Here these people normally serves Punjabi and mughlai food to the customer. People who loves Punjabi and Mughlai non veg fod must visit this restaurants to have a great treat for themselves.

Could improve on the service and portions

As soon as we entered the server was at our side offering water and handing over the menu. We asked him to come back in 5 mins and in 5 mins, he was back to take the order. Throughout the meal, a server was at our table as soon as we seemed to want something.

We ordered Lemon Coriander Soup and a Hot & Sour Soup with Galauti Kebab and Tangri Kebab starters. Each preparation was absolutely astounding and good. The Tangri Kebab was an absolute bliss to eat, excellent taste and extremely well cooked.

Next we ordered Keema Nan and Butter Ban along with Dal Makhani and Murg Tikka Masaledar. The Dal and the Breads were great but the Murg Tikka Masaledar was average.

Also, the serving size was pretty small. So we were disappointed that the server did not give inputs when we were placing the order.

Awesome food, especially the starters

Coming to the menu, their dahi kebab used to be my favourite, its shaped like a tangri but is actually a veg kebab which is crisp and the filling is made of dahi and is soft, nice combo.

Moving on, the mushroom kurkure which I had last time was not really kurkura or crispy and the taste too was average. Makki kebab was Ok but really did not have any taste to write about, only combined with Green chutney it tasted better. Their Murg malai tikka, Shammi kebab used to be favorites for non vegetarians

In the main course, Malai kofta which I had was little hard and the gravy was too sweet, Dal makhni served in Brass bucket was good and heavy. Lassi and the lemon soda are must haves with food.
