I am here to share my experience regarding Pigeon Stove.
I bought a New Pigeon Black Line Smart 3 Burner Gas Stove on November 19, 2015, Thursday from Nandilath G Mart Shop.
They are saying that we get One year of warranty from them.On 30 Th March 2016, Wednesday, the second Knob did not work, we several times try to make it work, after that we called there service center to come home for the repair.
Today, 2 nd of April 2016, a technician came to my Home and told me that it is not covering any warranty for knob replacement, and we have to pay 600 Rupees to replace it.
I don't know then why they are saying that they are giving warranty, within 4 months from the date of purchase, Knob got damaged, Third Burner Flame was not sufficient to cook, totally its a complete mistake for me to buy there product.Buying a new stove is better than repairing it for 600 Rupees.
I am not recommending you all to go for this, totally there products doesn't have any quality.
