My 4 burner stove has been leaking from the 6th month of purchase. When I launched a complaint, a technician came n repaired it, after her left it turned worse...no response from the company or the service center. They don't have the decency to pick up the call...it's horrible experience

Product has a gas leakage issue within a year and even after a 2 year warranty period no comes to check. I have been waiting from a month now to get a technician assigned.

I have purchased 3 burner glass base gas stove of Pigeon from Big bazaar in March 2019. Within 3 month only it has started giving problem, there is a serious issue of Gas leakage smell coming out of the burner and their customer care service is also a very bad. After speaking to the senior manager also they denied to provide immediate service(take 2 days from the complaint registered) still not solved. Their technician doesn't pick up the phone also.

It's been over 2 years that we own the stove..it has now started leaking..we contacted the authorised dealer and he came over twice to repair it and charged us for it ..each time it starts leaking again in a month ..this brand is extremely dangerous and very unreliable .. I would question the quality of every of Pigeons products ...I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this brand ever..

This product is being used at my home since 45 days and my mother is always informing me since 10 days that I had wasted my money from buying this product. By listening thest word from my mother I really get upset because l had collected 3 month money for buying it.

Now I want to inform you what are the problems occurring while using this gas stove my mother inform me that it is started leaking and sometime it does not burns. It started leaking within 30 days it means it is one of the bed product available in the market and customer are being fooled by the company. I bought this product to make my mother feel happy but within 30 days. It had made my mother very upset and this is my great failure more than the money spend while buying this gas stove. it was my first presentation to my mother and now I feel that it was my worst presentation to my mother.

Let's talk about its colour when I buy this product then its colour was very attractive but being used only 45 days its colour has changed into light black and now it is looking very very ugly. The company is totally fooling their customers according to me it is one of the bad company available in the market. I will never buy any product from this company. Its regulator is very hard to make it functioning it never made my mother to feel better than the earlier gas stove.

Thr problem which was being faced by my mother before buying this gas stove is also being faced after buying this product. It has became a continuous problem for my mother and because of this problem my mother is very upset and being angry on me by saying that why you bought this gas stove I will throw it outside if it will not work nicely. In this way this gas stove has made my life at home hell.

It takas 3 month for collecting money to buy this product and anyhow I had bought this product by thinking that it will work nicely but within 30 days it has started working so badly. so now , it is clear that this product is totally lost of money and is not value for money for the customer. Its price is very high in the market in the comparison of other gas stoves. I will suggest to the customer that they should buy other company stove.

This is my experience about this product and I will appeal to my viewers to do not buy this product otherwise you will feel very bad by thinking that your money has totally lost.

We purchased stove from flipkart on Jul 16th'18. First of all information mentioned on flipkart was not correct as it is not having automatic ignition(Pigeon Favourite Automatic Stainless Steel Automatic Gas Stove) and from last two month we are getting problems in stove button and burner and we tried calling all their customer number but no body is receiving the call . Wrost company and waste of money. We want refund and take this bullshit product back.

Piegon Glass top was been recently purchased by me. Some of the positive things I need to share with you is that, the product is very easy to clean and it gives a cute look in the kitchen.

This product is very worthy for the price and I would like to recommend you guys to go for this. I have bought the product with black toughned glass without any designs.

Hello friends my mother bought pigeon gas stove in MGB mall it's name as brand and have goodwill from a long time but unfortunately it's seems UNcomfortable and after some days it's glass was broken without our fault we demand the another peace with a warranty they have tested that defective peace and it was proved that it is a defective peace and they agreed to give peace but we afraid to take same so we demand another product but they don't given so please friends when you buying the product you have Check carefully we bought it for rs4000 so be careful

I purchased the 3 burner stove 15 days back with a 2 year warranty from Big Bazaar. And I raised a complaint on 1st May 2017 with Piegon customer care, that there is some problem in the gas passage through the burners, the flame is wrongly distributed along the sides of the burner. This stove is having worst quality that I have seen. Some times it looks to be dangerous as it leads to fire. The knob of the stove is also came out.

While logging the complaint(Complaint# 718740) on toll free no.180042566666, the executive informed that the complaint will be resolved with in 2 working days and I called them back after 3 days than again 2 more days and so on. Now as soon as I tell them the ticket number raised by me, they will disconnect the call or they will tell that this ticket has already been resolved. And when I tell them that it is not, we are putting your call on hold to check with the technician and you can keep waiting for hours.

I purchased pigeon smart plus glass top gas stove last month ftom big bazar. I will give 10 on 10 for its looks . But the problem is its flame is not regular means some time it blow in high flame some time on low when I kept on high. As well as in one burner there is some gas leakege issue .

I called customer care regarding this . But very disappointingly I say that they do no take it seriously n they haven't sent there service man .thrn I called thrm again. I register complaint on mail as well then they listen to me n then they send thrir service man after 20 days of complaint.

Service of pigeon costumer care is very disappointing.

Now it works but not as expected. Bad experience.

Also its brass burner changes its colour.

I recently bought a pigeon smart glass manual 3 burner gas stove at at very affordable price.its flame is very good for fast cooking.its ignition mode is manual.it has three burner and the space between all the three burners is good so that we can use all the three burners at same time.its top is made up of glass so it's cleaning is very easy.its stainless steel body is very attractive .It's look is very beautiful.i m very much satisfied.its a very good gas stove.

gas stove well its having advantage and disadvantage also .

So first of all we will see its disadvantage 1) Its consuming too much gas.

2)Its produced less fire as actually requirements.

3) Difficult to cleaning. Well apart of those disadvantage its also having very good features.

1) This stove having three burners .

2)Its having self ignitions.

3) stainless still which keep out the rust. You can make decision I have write both advantage and disadvantage .

This gas stove we are using from 2015, starting it is good. The burners are kept at a good space, so no trouble in using all the three burners with big vessels at the same time. Good flame, but there is emission of smoke frok the stove recently, the emission of smoke implies that it does more gas consumption. It is durable and reliable. Good stove for time beimg, later this smoke problems start. Good style and design

Recently, I bought the 3 burner pigeon smart plus Gas stove.I didnot liked it as the flame was not so high and I found my Gas cylinder to be consumed faster.I think there is some leakage.The stove is really very difficult to clean up due to its meshed and glass material.I bought up the stove in black and chrome color. The stove design seems to be average its doesnot have a premium look.I liked the glass and stainless steel body that is always away from rust.

The food takes extra time to be cooked due to its low flame.The metal around the flame changes red after cooking food.That doesnot looks great.The legs of the stove are good.The regulators to control the flame got loosen after some time.

I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have 3 in one pigeon gas stove and it is with me since last 11 years. It still is the same. Before 11 years the auto ignition was a unique feature, and may be that's why I bought it too. After my marriage that was the first thing I bought and I am proud of it. The auto ignition is still working. The body is still as it is. I must say, that pigeon is one of the most trusted and long stay brand in the market. If you are buying pigeon product, go ahead without thinking.
