Pigeon express: poor service and customer care sup

Pigeon express is one of the courier services which are delivering the courieir to its corresponding customers.Recently I ordered a pendrive in ebay.I paid the money, before receiving the item.ebay had shipped my pendrive through the Pigeon express courier.And I got a message as mentioned the tracking no.of Pieon express courier.They have mentioned their maximum delivery time 7days.But in 7days, I did no get the item from Pigeon. Then I contacted the pigeon express courier customer care.they said that'your order is delayed due to some reasons  please wait for another 7days to receive your item. Then after that I tracked the courier but it has showing nothing in the tracking details, and then I searched for office in our locality and came to known that they do not have office in our location of delivery. And I have contacted the Ebay they have said that the order is cancelled


Due to no delivery options in my location. They are very bad and they did not intimate me that first time I asked the courier services. The courier have cheated me by saying that they will deliver my product in 7 days.

They have menioned their maximum delivery time 7days.But in 7days, i did no get the item from Pieon.Then I conced the pigeon expres ourier customer care.they said that'your order is elayed ue to some reasons d please wai for another 7days to receive your item'.Then I believed their words.i waited for another 7days.But I have not receive my item.Totaly 15days completed


BuT im unable to receive my item.Then I contacted the pigeon express courier customer care.They said that the order I cancelled.please contact snapdeal care.Then I conated the snapdea care.The snapdeal members said that the order is cacelled due to courier service.the courier is unable tto deliver the item.But I lossed my money I snapdeal because o pigeon courier only.so Pigeon express courier is wort.name only having express, but it is not equal to ordinary service.

Guys, if you have anything important to deliver it within few days, I would say never go for this courier. Like every other courier services they will give the date, when its gonna reach but, its never gonna reach on time.my parcle dispatched on 9th Nov from kanpur to hyderabad, they told us within 7 days it will reach, but till now its 23 nov, its still on its way.


And offcourse never try to contact them cos they will just say they cant do anything for this.


I would prefer Indian post office services above this courier service.

Pigeon Express is a place full of Fools, These people do not deliver the dockets in time.They are so stupid that they deliver a Packet of Rakhee, 2 days after the rakhee festival.


Mr. Gangaram, Mr. Rahul & Mr. Harsh. know the importance of Festival. thus Mr. Rahul left the office early. Mr. Gangaram did not answer the phone calls after office time & Mr. Harsh is still on leave.


My two dockets containing rakhee are still not delivered. i.e. even after two days of the festival. Reason one: Dehradoon's docket's is of no service area, . so Sir while booking also it stated Dehradoon and not America. U were so dumb that u had no idea that u'll not be able to deliver it.


Reason Two: Bangalore's docket is out for delivery from 28.08.15 & the delivery boy is an alien on this planet who is not able to find a place in Bangalore till 31.08.15 or might be the address no longer exist in Bangalore its in Jupiter or Mars I guess.These people are so innocent. or the biggest.

Today is 18.03.2015, still I have not received the parcel.


Hence it is proved that the worst service in this universe is pegion express. I advise them to change their name as tortoise couriers.


Never go for pegion express.

My PAN card was sent by this courier. They took almost 15 days to deliver it. The center was not more than 4 KM from my house. But they kept saying that we do not have people to come and deliver in that area. Since PAN card was important for me for official processing of my application, I spoke to them they asked me to come and collect it personally.


When I went near there office they did not answer the call. Had to come back empty hand. Second time that is waiting for 2 days to be delivered by them, obviously which did not happen. They did not give the correct address on purpose.


After 5 to 6 phone calls, they said they will send a man near a well known landmark. But only if I pay him for it!


Raised a complaint with PAN card department. Hope the department realizes that important documents like these should not be given to irresponsible agencies like Pigeon.

I have never received the paper statements of HDFC credit card for several months. Initially they were being returned stating that I do not live in this place which was false in the first place. But I was ready to live with that so long as my statements do not fall into the wrong hands.


Later, the courier delivery boy started forging signatures on the receipts and claiming that the statements were delivered. I raised a complaint about it. Then I was told that some random person whom I do not know had signed for it from my house. I responded to the mail saying that no such person lives in my house and this person who has been faking a delivery report is a fraud.


Here is where the problem started - When I am dealing with HDFC Bank, why do I suddenly have to talk to Pigeon Express couriers suddenly?


My residence is in a decent society and not difficult at all to locate. Pigeon Express couriers called me post my escalation and then said they would investigate and find out whether it was getting delivered at the wrong address. The delivery boy arrived at my place in the evening and gave my statement dated 2 October 2012. He then said that because of my mail he would lose his incentives and all that. He was sitting there and pestering me to sign on the previous receipts and said that he would ensure to give me the couriers henceforth. I said that the complaint shall remain and I had nothing to do with him or his courier company. But yet he kept on standing there and begging and pleading. I told him that I had no intention of making him lose his incentives and if I am worried about my ID getting misused owing to non-delivery of couriers, then I require to keep a record of notifying HDFC Bank about it. He left murmuring something. Pigeon Express again called and tried to persuade me into accepting that my problem got resolved but I refused to accept it. Finally someone called me from HDFC bank and committed that such things would not happen again.


This is a clear case of fraud happening and I am surprised HDFC still continues their contract with Pigeon Express Couriers. Normally these shipping companies have just one person allotted to several towns in a city. So it is pretty obvious that the same has been happening with other customers as well. Did HDFC try to investigate with other customers living in this neighborhood – Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad? Maybe I can give you details of a couple of my acquaintances and find if they have been getting their statements regularly. I get letters, statements, PINs, card replacements etc. from various other banks, credit card companies, mutual funds, insurance policies etc delivered through BlueDart, DTDC, Trackon, FirstFlight and even through India Post. Why does HDFC have to stick to this pathetic courier company?


Now coming to the main concern, what prompted me to escalate this was -


On November 16, 2012 at 7: 15 in the morning, the same fraud delivery boy came to my place. He said "ye le. Ab koi mail mat likh". Then he snatched it back from me and tore off the receipt and said "Apna naam aur number likh". After I signed, he on purpose snatched the pen from me. I hope you understand that this language is extremely crude and third class. Is this how you solve customer concerns? Sending hooligans to people's houses to harass them? Why am I getting to listen to such people at the start of a nice Friday? I was in a rush to go for work or else I would have gone to my society security office and made them bar entry to this fellow.


Now all I would like to say is either stop sending me any paper statements if you need your beloved Pigeon Express to be there. Apparently your consignment team has some off-the-record tie with these people I guess. Why else would this kind of a hush-up happen and the same consignment boy is retained? Or else, send me the statements through some other shipping company. You are risking identity theft of thousands of customers who are living in or around the area I live in.


I do not need a delivery in person of anything. Even if the guy had dropped off the letters under my door or in my letter box and signed himself, I don't have any issue. The problem is that the letters were never delivered. The concierge desk of my society collects all parcels, letters etc. and ensure to hand it over to the resident. This person had never bothered to even enter the society premises to make an attempt to deliver.


After all this fuss, I received the statements for a couple of months and now guess what – we are back to square one. With me writing to HDFC Credit Cards that I haven’t received couriers for the last three months and they replying back to me that their records show that it was delivered.


Cheque Book not delivered

ICICI bank dispatched cheque Book through Pigeon Express. But they don’t deliver the same and reported to bank door locked.


Ever after 10 days and repeated reminders cheque book not received.
