I purchased Pigeon 4 burner gas stove from paytm at the end of Dec-2017. I received a faulty piece, same was informed to paytm as well as Pigeon. Unfortunately no solutions / replacement is done till now. If incase any mishaps happens in my house I hold the people who sold me faulty item responsible! I have paid nearly about 6000+ I continue to pay more for extra cylinders. I have wasted nearly 3 cylinders behind this gas stove due to leakage within 3 months.

Ive written to you & paytm a million times, you have no customer service what so ever!

Pathetic or even worse I could say.

You deserve negative rating in all manner for this kind of service.
