I have worked for Phenix Data Outsourcing for months now. One thing that I have observed is that the work targets are a bit steep. However, one can completely manage these targets. Since, the job is ‘work from home’, people think that they don’t have to work as hard. They are unable to complete the work under deadline and then they blame the company.

It is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. This certificate is given only when the companies are legitimate. I have work experience from multiple employers in this domain. The competition between them is extreme. More often than not, they try to ruin their competitor’s reputation by false publicity. Seeing my satisfactory experience and attractive earnings, I think Phenix is a victim of such wrong business practices from their competitors.
